Really amazing customer service! We had squirrels living in the attic of our new house and they promptly responded to our inquiry and took care of the issue at a good price. All the good reviews are totally real. These guys (especially Ken) provide the best service. I had received services from two other companies before and wanted to wait for the last one when we had a squirrel stuck in our chimney but Ken came faster and boy I was lucky. Other than getting the squirrel out of chimney, he inspected the work of other company and told us that it wasn't covered properly. He covered it for us for free. He also installed the vent covers for much cheaper than the other company had quoted me for. And the best part, our chimney cover had fallen down and Ken said he would come back and install it for free for me if I buy the cover myself. He came back twice since the first time I didn't buy the right item and installed it for free even though it didn't have anything to do with his work. I didn't have to pay another company and pay a few hundreds just to install that cover. I won't hesitate to call this company again next time I need animal control.

Responds quickly when you first inquire, does the job quickly, then completely ignores you when you follow up about their service. The transaction is done through a verbal agreement on-the-spot (you don't get to see a breakdown of the numbers). The invoice for their service, including payment details, is sent via email after the job is completed. However, I never received the invoice. I called and emailed a few times asking for the receipt and there has been no response. I have no detailed record of their service and no proof of the 3-year warranty. Not that they would respond anyway! Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Gotcha Wildlife Removal Service was fantastic. We've had several red squirrels living in our house since the spring. We tried to remove them but weren't successful. We contacted Ken from Gotcha Wildlife Removal Service and were greatful we did. He came inspected our house and advised us of entry points and resolve not only our squirrel issued but our mice issues. We had questions regarding our pest issues and he answered them with no hesitation. Ken we appreciate your prompt response therefore easing my daughters fear of the noises that she heard in our house. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Kenneth is very rude and threatened to sue us. We had the worst experience with him. He was very arrogant with my mum and literally walked off while she was talking and shut the door in her face and drove off. Unfortunately, we had paid the full amount ($425) in advance thinking based on reviews his service would be top notch, however the second he got his money and did some work on the roof, he stopped replying to text messages till we basically forced it out of him. That's basically when everything went downhill, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Roof had a leak caused from raccoon damage. Kenneth was over very quickly and solved the issue. He is very thorough, worked from the inside (attic) and rooftop. Kenneth is very knowledgeable, friendly and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. I am confident in his repair and would definitely recommend Gotcha Wildlife to anyone. Absolutely amazing service! I had a mice infestation in my basement and Ken was there the same day to provide treatment. He was extremely professional and took a great amount of time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot them!) I would recommend the service to everyone.

Gotcha refused to cover a warranty repair. The damage is clearly visible from the street and we can hear the entry point. The technician that came out was abrupt, rude and refused to show us a photo of the inspection. There are more clever ways of getting out of a warranty repair than just having awful costumer service, especially for a returning costumer. I would have been happy to pay for the repair, and their advice to me was to go with another company. Which I recommend everyone else does as well.

Kenneth was cool and appears to know his stuff! He was straight up and didnt push us to do anything only educated us so we could make the best decision. We will totally recommend GOTCHA. Although I was disappointed he didnt have cute baby raccoons in his truck I could look at. Lol

I contacted Gotcha Wildlife on November 9, 2021 at 5:45 pm and left a message regarding what was likely squirrels in my attic. Just before 7:00 pm, Ken of Gotcha Wildlife returned my call to determine my situation and provided information regarding his services to address my issue. He indicated he was available between 12:00 and 2:00 pm the following day and I was delighted. At 11:45 am the following day, Ken and Frank arrived and immediately assessed my roof and vents for possible entry points, and my attic for evidence of past or present animals. Both inspections confirmed animal entry but none were actually seen at that time. The one entry point was fitted with a 1 way exit door and mouse treatment placed in the attic. To this day, November 15, no further noises are coming from the attic. In another week or so, Gotcha Wildlife will remove the 1 way exit door and permanently seal the former entry point. Would I hire Gotcha Wildlife again knowing what I now know? Absolutely! Both Ken and Frank took the time to listen to my concerns and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. They were very easy to deal with and knowledgeable, including the legal requirements and limitations related to bats, an endangered species. They were also polite, on time, efficient, well equipped, skilled, and competitively priced. I have already recommended them to family members. BTW – I am in no way associated with Gotcha Wildlife.
