When I found out I had bed bugs I was concerned about how difficult it would be to get rid of them. But upon hiring Swift-X, I was given clear instructions on how to prepare for the treatment and given ways help get back to normal quickly. When the time came for the appointment, I was pleased at how thorough the inspection was and that the source of the bugs was easily detected. The spraying didn't take long and my room was set up to help prevent any survivors clinging on in the coming weeks. I've not seen a single bug since! Overall, I received a very friendly and professional service, and would gladly recommend Swift-X.

Very happy with the service. Customer service was really good, I've called every pest control in Toronto but I picked this company because mike was really attentive to my concerns and scheduled me to come do the treatment right away. He frequently contacts me through text to see if there are any bed bug activity going on.

I was searching online for a bug exterminator and came across Swift-X during my search. I called the number and spoke with the company owner about my issue. Mike was very professional and informative. I made an appointment and 3 days later he was at my apartment. He was on time for the appointment, and I was very impressed when he removed his shoes at the door (in my experience, not many people do that without being probed). During the appointment Mike explained what he was doing and why he did it, which made me feels ease. he was pleasant and patient. Even after my appointment he kept in touch for weekly updates. I am overly satisfied with my experience with Swift-X and I will highly recommend them.

Mike is so hands on and helpful guiding us through the horrids of this bug infestation. Hire him you won’t regret. Cockroaches are the most digesting pests. Worst when you have kids and you want them gone immediately. Unfortunately these little buggers are great at replicating. It took 4 months to finally not see something scurrying across our counters. I’ve written him in the middle of the night asked him to come do a 2nd spray (no charge) and he made sure to come within a timely manner. He gave us clear instructions to clean every night and not leave any wet spots. We became so diligent on the process but finally I feel we are cockroach free. I highly recommend him and will use him for any other bug issues.

Mike was so extremely helpful and quick when I was dealing with a bed bug problem in my apartment. The service was quick and pet friendly. We were able to talk about preventive measures and he even gave me a few plates/traps to put under my new metal bed frame. The bugs never are back!

My whole experience with Swift-X was great from the moment I received a call back which was extremely prompt to my experience with Mike who came to do the treatment at my apartment. Mike was communicative, on time, efficient, thorough and a complete professional. His cockroach treatment worked and his pricing was more than fair. After the treatment was done, Mike took the time to answer all of our questions/concerns and how we should maintain our apartment moving forward. He showed up with his mask on which is much appreciated during a pandemic. He talked us through the plan of action and was efficient with his time. Our experience with swift-x has been amazing. I was so unsure which company to go for when we realized we had a pest problem, because there are so many out there. Mike is reasonably priced, and VERY responsive when you contact him. I don't think he ever takes more than 20 minutes to respond. He sprayed our place, put the gel baits and other bait, and in the weeks and month after still responded to any questions I had. He is very professional and communicative and I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of help.

My wife and I decided to go with Swift-X pest control after talking to a few companies and getting quotes. Their pricing was middle ground but came with a guarantee. The persona I spoke to was very courteous and helpful on the phone. We had a bed bug infestation in at least two of our bedrooms at our rental apartment. He did a great job, as we were bed bug free after the initial visit. I also prefer to deal directly with a company owner, as they tend to be more accountable and take care of things. Mike was incredibly helpful and thorough. My partner and I were out of town when we discovered from our house-sitter that there was evidence of bedbugs back at home. Mike was easy to talk to over the phone and reassuring that the problem could be easily solved, while at the same time being completely safe for our pet. We were able to book for him to come treat our house the day we arrived back in town. He was very thorough as we walked through the house together discussing the issue, telling me what to look for, what to expect, etc. He completed the uninvasive treatment within a couple of hours and made sure I was clear about what he had done, and what we should do and keep an eye out for the next few of week. Since then, Mike has gotten in touch a few times to check in and ensure that we are happy with the results. We would recommend Mike and his company to anyone we know!
