Tony's Prime Pest Control is one of the best pest control companies in the GTA. Tony is very knowledgeable about bed bugs, carpet beetles etc. He is prompt to reply on text or call and accommodates requests quickly. Most importantly, Tony is an honest guy who won't try to fleece (yes I used a bug word) you of your money. I found several other pest control companies who would prey on your fear of bugs to upsell you on expensive solutions. Tony is not like that. He has a really nice attitude, reasonable prices and effective solutions that work! Highly recommend Prime Pest Control.

What amazing guy Tony is! From the first call he was honest, knowledgeable and timely. He efficiently and safely removed 4 baby raccoons from our chimney without any damage and secured our roof and any possible entry from having mama come back with them. He even came back without any hesitation for a late night house call afterwards when mama Racoon refused to leave our property with the babies. You’re the best Tony!

He has removed bird’s nests, installed a one way door when animals removed some siding and got inside the walls and dealt with mice in the attic. We had worked with Tony before with a different property, so when our tenants notified us of a mouse sighting at 9pm Monday we called him right away, and he was at our house on the Tuesday. He quickly laid out the mouse stuff, was super friendly and thorough, and let us know when we could expect to see results. He also let us know that he would be there to take whatever corrective action was necessary. He is very reasonable in terms of price. Honestly, whenever we have a pest issue with any of our properties, he’s the only one we would call.

I contacted Prime Pest Control as i suspected mice starting to come inside our home as we could hear scratching noises for a few days . Although my only availability was at the very end of the day , Tony showed up same day and with very little notice . He was very quick with figuring out all eccess points and showing me all the evidence he was able to find wich give us a clear picture of what is going on. He was able to suggest a very simple remedy wich did not require him to perform additional work other then the consultation it self .
