I had a problem with a squirrel in the attic (I did not know at that time what was it), I called some company which had rating 5 stars on google, two men came and did exterior inspection and told me, "Good news, you do not have any hole in the attic, so no racoon and no squirrel" I asked what is the noise from then, they said it must be rats or mice, call a pest control company we only work on wild life , they charged me $100 for inspection and left. (do not fall for them, the company name is famouse man raised in the jungle) When the problem continued, I did a better job by asking on nextdoor, and I found more than one recommends Joe from Snap Pest Control So I called him, it was obvious he is not like the first company, he said, I do not want to come and just get your money, get some surveillance to see what you have there, I installed a wireless camera in the attic, and I saw the squirrel family. I called joe again he came, found the place they enter from , which the other two men did not find, blocked it, after one week the family chew their way from another spot, I called him again, he came and this time he installed a wired mesh on all vents, he did not charge me much, comparing to what I hear from some companies, he is friendly and respects the time and appointments, he even helped me without asking in fixing something I could not do without long Ladder. I could have left a short review, but I believe by telling my story first you will be more confident to call him for the job. I hate to see others who have no clue or at least they do not care for people but for money get 5 stars and do nothing. If you want a non-greedy, honest, decent and professional help with your issue. Joe is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is also extremely honest. In 2016, I initially called Joe for a mouse issue. I called recently because some of the bait stations left had been disturbed. Joe came promptly and told me that it was insects and not rodents. He could have very easily sold me on the need to seal the foundation of my house.

Joe is extremely nice and took the time to explain the facts. I was experiencing scratching noises in my ceiling for over 2 weeks and thought maybe with was mice or rats. After an over the phone conversation he said it was probably squirrels and we have to find an entry point. The eaves, soffits, gutter guards and roofs are all new however we found a corner where the aluminum has been lifted with a small opening with markings. Joe used his camera and he determined that the squirrels "were out for the day". He installed metal messing into this corner area to prevent them from getting back in. He did this all within one hour and was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use him again for any pest issue.

Joe's clearly a professional who cares about the quality of his work. He found the entry point of the mice in our home, sealed it, and explained everything thoroughly (i.e. how he was able to identify where the mice were coming from, signs that they were entering from those spots, how that led to some of what we saw around the house). He even guaranteed his work for a year. Most companies only offer 6 months, which isn't necessarily enough time to know that a problem has truly been taken care of as a pest population will just decline in the interim and make it appear like everything is ok while they're re-populating. On his return visit, he was also thorough and professional. My husband and I would strongly recommend Joe's services.

I had racoons enter my attic. I called numerous companies for help, and not one of them returned my calls after leaving them a message, except Joe from Snap Pest Control. He had called me within a few hours that same day. I had explained my issue to him, he came to my home, assessed where the racoons had entered, and he installed a one way door and steel mesh at all the corners on the roof to prevent other attempts to enter the attic. He spent quite a bit of time at my home, to ensure that every possible entry point was addressed. Joe is reliable, professional, courteous, and reasonable with his charges. I had even referred my neighbor to him to have the steel meshing installed as a preventative measure, who was satisfied with his work. I recommend Joe at Snap Pest Control for anyone who has any pest or animal issues. He is amazing and deserves more than five stars. Joe has helped us twice so far once in winter 2012 with a mice problem that the big companies failed to resolve. He thoroughly analyzed the whole house from inside and outside using his cameras and tools and determined the mice has chewed on the phone lines and entered through the basement. Not only he eliminated all the mice in the house but also fixed the whole from the outside by closing it with metal mesh and cement. Joe is great and works not for just the money but for the satisfaction of the customer and that's why he spent all the required time to get the job done. His prices are way better than the big companies as well. In winter 2013, we had another problem that Joe also perfectly resolved. The squirrels invaded our roof from the forest and chewed right into it. I had tens of squirrels playing inside my rood driving the kids crazy. we were about to move to another house if it wasn't for Joe. He fixed all the problems on the roof vents and repaired/replaced them. He did a better job than the builder who built the house. He checked with us few weeks later and ensured that the problem is permanently resolved. My family and I are greatful for knowing Joe and Snap Pest Control. Thank you Joe.

I've known Joe for over 2 years now and he has helped me out more than once. We had a problem with a raccoon that tore open the roof soffit panels and made it's way into the attic. Joe setup a one way door that ensured that the raccoon could go out and not be able to enter again. He really knows his stuff and is very pleasant to talk to.
