I'd like to say that phone calls are promptly returned. I'd like to say that Ryan shows up. I'd like to say that when he doesn't show up he returns messages asking what's going on. I'd like to say all these things... but I can't. See sheila's review, I sense a trend here... I can recommend Maximum Pest Control Services though.

Ryan arrived at the house within 2 hours and set up traps for the squirrel in our house. He checked back regularly and even though it took a few attempts he didn’t complain. Once the squirrel was caught he removed it quickly. I’d definitely recommend Halton Wildlife Services.

I had weird noises in my attic , was unsure what it was. I called Halton Wildlife and they came and determined I had squirrels in my attic. They were extremely professional and solved the problem. In a humane way! I love animals of all kinds and did not want them killed but did want them out of my attic! Job well done, professional and humane and better yet no recurrence of the squirrels! I would totally recommend them to all my family and friends! Customer service was exceptional!

We had a similar experience as per the prior negative reviews. The two stars are for the first visit where Ryan actually showed up. This followed by several cancelled appointments, no returned calls etc. We liked the rate, however the continued babysitting that was needed, wasn’t worth the cheaper rate.

I called because I noticed that I was hearing loud noises every morning before going to work. I talked to a representative and they were very informative on what it could be based on the noises I was hearing. They showed up next day and now I do not hear anymore noises. HIGHLY RECCOMEND very professional and quick service.

I have called on Ryan and his team twice. The first time, they removed birds that had built a nest in my roof soffits. Recently, they helped with skunks under my front porch. In both experiences, I found Ryan to be knowledgeable about the issue at hand and how best to solve it. Additionally, he booked appointments to see me within two days of my call. The wildlife were dealt with humanely, with Ryan returning multiple times to check that critters had safely vacated my property. He and his team are professional, personable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Never recommend to go with this company. They Installed a one way door, took the whole money and never responded to cap the hole on the roof for preventing squirrels getting in. I called them couple of times but never returned my call. Now the squirrels are in the attic again,.

I had a wasp nest in the front stairs of my home. I called Halton Wildlife, Ryan came and sprayed. He mentioned, if after one spraying they were still there after 5 days, he would come back and spray again. He ended up having to come again to spray. I am happy to say, the wasps seem to be gone. It was a pleasure to deal with Halton Wildlife, and I highly recommend them.

I contacted a few companies regarding my mice problem and Ryan was the only one who responded. I messaged him at 8am and he came at 2:15pm that afternoon to help, not to mention we were in a middle of a giant snow storm. Ryan’s was very professional and honest. Beware of this outfit. I called this company to get a quote for removing an animal from my attic. After checking my roof and attic they declared that I had a mouse problem. I signed-up for their “Mouse Plan” which consisted of some guy sticking his head in the attic and throwing around rate poison and snap traps. Two weeks later they returned and no dead mice to show me. They threw more rat poison around. In the meantime they did not return any of my calls so I hired another company. They located and got rid of a female raccoon and not a sign of a single mouse.

These guys DO NOT know how to follow simple traffic rules! Did NOT stop at a stop sign situated near a school zone in Milton. Then both workers have the audacity to stare at us arrograntly once we caught up with them on the next light... I guess they dont care as they drive around on their company vehicle. What do you expect from a company who cant follow a very basic traffic rule?

Not recommended due to unreliability. Initial visit was good. Two wasp nests removed with a promise to return to get any stragglers, which built two more nests. Didn’t hear from them for 4 days, then Ryan made, what turned out to be, an empty promise to return yesterday between 1-3 p.m. At just after 3:30 I called to find out if they were still planning to show up to rid us of more nests, he said they’d be here shortly. Never showed up thus I’m writing this review the day after our ignored scheduled appointment. I suspect that Ryan and his sidekick are just summer students interested only in a pay cheque with an optional work ethic. Most businesses have the courtesy to inform a customer that they’re running late for a scheduled appointment thus giving the customer the option of either rescheduling or making other arrangements. This one did not. By the way, the name of the company gives the impression that it is affiliated with the Town and/or the Region. It is not.

The charges, which were quite reasonable, were explanded in advance. The work started immediately, and now the problem is solved.
