We had another company come in before and spray for ants which didn't solve our problem. Mr Asmat was able to come in on short notice and put down bait around our house and managed to get rid of the colony in one visit. Took about 7 days for the ants to completely disappear but he was very thorough and were very happy that they're gone!

Asmat is amazing. My wife had bites on her arm that we thought had to be bedbugs. However, we had no signs of bedbugs at all. We contacted Asmat and even though he felt our situation was not a bedbug issue, he came over and did a free inspection. He thoroughly went through our bedroom and declared us bedbug free, he reassured my wife that our room was not only bedbug free, but insect free. He refused payment for the inspection. He totally followed Covid safety, was masked and gloved up, wore booties when he came in the house.

I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE with concerns .. We bought a new home and my son and I spent the first 3 nights getting eaten by something .... ( Appeared to be bedbug bites but we could not find any ... ) I called this company and Asmat responded immediately and came to our home the very next day to spray .. I have not had one single bite since he sprayed our home and I sleep feeling calm and safe against bugs.. He was extremely professional and listened to all my concerns ( as I was very grossed out and freaking out ) I felt reassured after speaking with him his first visit and was even more impressed to not have a single bite since he sprayed our home the first time ( He sprayed it twice to ensure he got all the creepy crawlies that were getting me and our family !! ) Well worth the money spent and I would call him again in a second should I have concerns in the future !! Worst service ever! Do not recommend them. Called to get rid of carpenter ants and borrow ants inside the house back in Spring. Still had ants after 3 months of service. Technician said our contract is up and he can’t help us anymore. Technician stopped replying to messages. He gave us a liquid poison to use; however, I discovered it expired last year. To this day we have ants in the house. Replying to your below response Nov. 24, 2021 Please see the chain of messages below regarding the ants issue during your servicing. Thanks April 3: Hi Asmat, the small ants are all over the house in new places too. Alive April 11: Hi Asmat, we have new ants coming in the kitchen now. April 15: Hi Asmat, just following up on my text. We also have many carpenter ants around the hole house. I was hoping you could come around this weekend or early next week. Could you spray the outside of the house? April 18: The ant situation is much worse now. The carpenter ants are back. They are also all over the house outside. Is there someone you can send to spray the house? April 28th is when you dealt with the ants again. May 16: Hi Asmat, we have ants coming in the the laundry room and garage. We cleared out the weeds from side of the house and found a couple nests. Also, along the kitchen side too. Are you able to put more poison? Your reply May 18: This week I am fully booked. I will check my schedule schedule and let you know about the date and time. Your reply May 23: Saturday May 29. I will tell you about the time later Then you told us if we find the location where the carpenter ants are coming from, you will come and spray. Then we figured it out and messaged you in July. 6 months later, we will have ants in the house.

I could not have asked for better service! I called with a time sensitive problem and within a couple hours someone was at my house letting me know what I was dealing with. He was friendly ,informative and fast! Nobody wants to have to call pest management but if you have a problem you want this guy on your team!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Asmat came to our house and charged us $500. He said he would get rid of our pest problem but he only showed up a couple of times and didn't do much. When we called him, he would just make excuses that he was busy. Afterwards, he stopped picking up our calls and our pest problem is worse than ever! We threw $500 away for nothing! Horrible service and will never hire this company again!

I had mice issues last yr and I got work done from a different pest control place. The problem did not go away because we had constant signs of mice throughout the home. After several attempts to contact them they said there was nothing else they can do but put more bait inside the house. No holes were ever patched inside the home! I then contacted Asmet and all I can say is wow! He was thorough, patient, professional and most importantly understood my concern and guaranteed his work! We were seeing mice and droppings prior to his visit almost 2 to 3 times a week. After he did all the work we have not seen a single sign of mice anywhere in the home! He did an inspection about 2 weeks later and still no signs! I highly recommend Pestzap as your choice of pest control. He definitely goes above and beyond :)

We had such a great experience with pestzap. I came home from work to find a serious ant invasion in our kitchen. Panicked i called every company on Google and no one could come help the same day with such a last minute call. Asmat made time for us even though he was at a job no where near my house. He was professional, experienced, and very kind. We went from having hundreds of ants to no ants in the same day. I highly recommend hiring this company for your pest problems you will not be disappointed. (Also i am so happy because other companies wanted to spray inside our house right away - you have to vacate the premises for at least 6 hours when they do this so i really wanted to avoid that - asmat used a gel instead of spraying inside the house and that did the trick! So happy with the results :)

i don’t write reviews often but for asmat, i will. asmat is very kind, very caring and very honest. you don’t see this sort of character everyday. we had a mice problem & he was our second exterminator we called in because the first did nothing to solve the problem. asmat was incredibly reassuring and did absolutely everything to insure we could sleep soundly. he went through the entire house, bit by bit and plugged every single possible entryway for a mouse. he even checked in a week later to make sure everything was okay. great guy, great service.

Pest Zap was the second company I had hired to treat my home as the first company was unsatisfactory and Pest Zap were outstanding. They are educated, professional, thorough and did the work they needed to do to get rid of the problem and put my mind at ease.
