The folks at Dungeness Pest Control are just the best! My husband and I are first-time home owners, and our house is quite old with many "quirks". I'd been hearing rodent activity through the walls, and looking closely at online reviews, called Dungeness Pest Control. I wanted to support a local business, and their prices seemed reasonable. From the first phone call, everyone has been friendly, professional, and effective! We just had our second check-in, and I can say we haven't heard any rodent activity all month. The technicians are a pleasure to work with, very courteous and knowledgeable. I tend to have many questions, and they answer everything with patience and good humor. Five stars all around, highly recommend!

He was amazing! Seriously awesome. He was kind and professional, quick and thorough. He showed up really fast when we called with a giant ant swarm in the living room, it was way after hours, and he stayed until late at night helping us clean up. A giant carpenter ant colony moved into our fireplace hearth and we didn't know until one night we came home to a horror movie of so many bugs on the walls they were black, they covered the windows, just bugs all over the furniture on every surface. He helped us vacuum them up so they didn't spread further in the house. He even helped us demo the old hearth right then and there because we had to get to the nest inside. In the process we found where water had been coming in to rott away the side of the house making a perfect moldy, rotten wood area for the ants. He was there hours, even as I broke down in tears at the damage he was very caring and kind. Honestly, just great in every way. He sprayed every where and put granules down in every hole nook and cranny. Swept all the hornet/wasp nests of the side of the house, put a rat trap out... I'm spreading the word about how awesome he was. Just really a great human being and we signed up for repeat check up service. Highly recommend!

What a positive experience we had with Dungeness Pest Control. When I called them and said ”help!” Heath and Jake showed up that afternoon. We had an ugly infestation of ants in a bedroom we seldom use. They were on the problem immediately and explained the procedure in detail. They treated the house inside and out. Great Local Family Business. I had a problem with rodents in a crawl space and a wasp nest in an exterior wall. All the technicians are truly knowledgeable and have an eye for detail. They clearly explain and SHOW you what they are finding and how they plan to handle the pest problem. I like that they took the time to communicate their intentions in steps to tackle the problems over time, as my pest situation is not a quick fix. They use up to date techniques and products which I appreciate. Their use of modern online billing and reporting is also a plus. We were happy to sign up for their seasonal services!

I cannot express how impressed I am with their attention to details, reasonable price and consistency. Each quarter, they treat the outer parameter of our home (we do not spray the interior - I am sure they would provide services if requested) for ants, pest including spiders, they use a brush to remove spider eggs and webs and they provide services/tools for controlling rats/rodents. Living between nature and water we are attempting to reach a balance within our scope of living when it comes to managing ants, spiders, and rodents, etc. without over "treating."
