Not all Pest control businesses are the same, that much is certain. Ryan Reynolds, the owner of Bayview Pest Control, stands head and shoulders above his competitors. His industry knowledge, customer relations and attention to detail, place Bayview Pest Control in a league of it's own. I wouldn't think of using any other company after the results we had on their last visit.

Very happy! Ryan was able to get out and MAKE a CUSTOM crawl space door right in time for inspection. He really saved the day! The house is an old, unpredictable home and it required some creative thinking to get around a random, unknown water pipe. Ryan rolled with the punches and it came out great. Thanks, Ryan!

Great experience, very professional and thorough in determining infestation routes and eliminating them as well as letting me know of other pest problems that are covered under the very affordable maintenance plan. Overall I’m thrilled to know mice will no longer be crawling around in my cupboards and beds. Ryan was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He contacted us right away to something up and got out here quick. He knew exactly what to do, and how to prevent future pests. I figured we would be living with a dead mouse in the walls, but he found the darn thing super fast and helped troubleshoot and get us set up to prevent more unwelcome critters. Ryan was amazing! I’ve had rats in my house for quite some time and have tried everything including other pest control services but all without success. I was at the end of my rope and just figured living in an older home with rats was my lot. I found Ryan when I googled pest control and he had great reviews but I was still skeptical. I shouldn’t have doubted, he was so accommodating and professional and gave a wealth of information. He also used tricks and psychology and simple old fashioned traps and I loved how he understood how rats think and behave. It takes a few weeks so don’t expect fast food drive in results. Rats don’t all join your household in a day and they won’t depart in a day. But through Ryan’s careful plan of attack and persistence and patience, every single rat met its demise and we have been rodent free for over two months without any sign of intruders. Ryan also does monthly maintenance and is vigilant and thorough in making sure your home remains pest free. He is worth every cent! I would give Ryan 10 stars if they had those but 5 will suffice. Call Ryan! He’s the best!

Ryan showed up not only on Saturday, but on Halloween for an emergency wasp nest inside an apartment. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and preformed above desired expectations.
