Haven't had the pleasure of using their service yet, but my experience with their crew was exemplary. I stopped to help an elderly gentleman who was struggling to get his scooter up the hill in the snow. I wasn't able to get his chair into my car by myself. There was a crew from Absolute Pest Control nearby who didn't hesitate to assist. The gentleman was beyond grateful, though they didn't get the chance to hear him - they saved the day then hustled back to their work. GREAT COMMUNITY SPIRIT AND WORK ETHIC! They will certainly be my first choice for ANY pest control needs!

They have already followed up less than 2 weeks later to ensure that the program is working—for a small locally owned business, they are extremely responsive. I first called Absolute when I had a ground wasp/ hornet (not sure which) problem. He was out the same day at exactly the time he said he would be. A couple of months later (winter time) I thought I had mice, turns out it was rats. On my nervous system!! Rob came right out. I never heard another rodent once Rob came by. He cleared them out and closed up the area where they got in. I now have Rob come out on a monthly basis year round!! . He makes sure that nothing is crawling inside my house which helps me to sleep much better! He is professional, on time, friendly, honest, has great quality and the best value. Robert was right there for us when we couldn’t get rid of a rodent problem in our garage after many tries on our own. We had tried just about everything on the market and YouTube videos. He got rid of all of them quickly and he has kept them GONE for more than a year. He checks regularly and keeps us up to date. He has gone above and beyond to get rid of fleas in our garage and yard when we were out of our house for months. He is a very caring and friendly and pleasant young man to work with. Our experience with Robert was great. We found mice in our attic/crawl space that needed to go. We are a no kill sort of household, preferring to use live traps to remove the critters. This is of course a slower process and not for everyone but Robert helped us identify the areas where they were coming in and get those sealed up. While we are still in the removal phase we are pleased with the service, support, friendliness, and cost.

I have been a customer of Absolute Pest Control for 4 years. I am very happy with the services provided and plan on continuing with my services. We purchased a home In The woods and was In for a surprise quickly realizing that the rodents and insects of the wood would become a problem quickly if I didn’t have help managing these pests. Robert has been a huge help in managing our pest control on our five acre property. He has taken care of our traps on schedule. He is curtious in giving reminders when it is time to spray and there needs to be some prep work on our end. The guys have been there for problem solving issues. I have had problems like a rouge bat in the house and Robert was quick to respond by saving me from the unwanted intruder. Absolute pest control is also up with the times on the technology front and helped inspect possible rodent activity with a robotic camera. These guys are awesome and passionate about their pest control. You will not be disappointed. I feel Absolutely secure at home that my pest control needs are taken care of. Robert is GREAT! I never met someone who is so enthusiastic about ridding you of pest problems. I had spiders and outside ants. He also found a colony of moisture ants that have attempted to come inside the house. After many treatments to solve this problem....he has been successful. He also has sprayed my grass to get rid of bugs! The price is GREAT for the amount of services provided. Highly recommended.

The team at Absolute Pest is awesome. I called in OH to get quotes and they were the only ones that gave me a price range over the phone instead of wanting to send out a technician "to look at my issues" . Appointment wait was a week but when Rob came out he listened to me vent and answered all of my questions. He walked with me around the house inside and outside and gave me his plan of action. He had to come back to finish the ants off but he made me aware that this might be the case and follow ups are included in the original price.
