HORRIBLE response time. I call and leave a message but never get return phone calls. I call again. And leave another message. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Crickets. Days go by. Weeks go by. It is completely ridiculous! Their ability to follow through on a project is negative! No idea how they stay in business. I have never gotten a question answered when I called and I have never gotten a call back from them. EVER. I see other reviews here where people have been satisfied with their work. Personally, I'd rather work with people who can return a phone call. At least every once in a while!! They are pleasant on the phone but NEVER CALL BACK!!

I was actually quite surprised having never had my home ‘managed’ for pests before, how amazingly bug and especially wasp-free our home was in the months following a visit from Plantation Pest Management. The price was just about affordable for us. The gentleman who came to service our house was quiet, courteous and quick (15 mins). I was doubtful the treatment would work but I was proved wrong. Hopefully next year I maybe able to afford two treatments.

Home owners beware! Plantation Pest Management contract states that #14 This contract is ongoing or evergreen after one year unless cancelled by either party in writing within 30 day of anniversary date. What does that mean? It means that they will come to your house every year and do an inspection/treatment with our without your knowledge. If you do not pay them they will take you to collections. Maybe they should make sure you understand this before you sign the contract. I would suggest that they change their contract wording to allow phone cancellations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We should’ve done our homework on this company prior to using them; we didn’t and like others, we feel as though we’ve been scammed by their contract! Plantation Pest Management’s contract states that the contract is ongoing or evergreen after one year unless cancelled by either party in writing within 30 days of anniversary date (#14). No reputable company would have the need for a CONTRACT (especially for termite services); you’d choose to do business with them each year without the need for such! Since they aren’t a reputable company, not only do they have a contract where they can increase rates each year, charge you late fees etc., they have their famous “gotcha” clause (#14)! Well done!! You did get me; however, I will share my experience with every outlet I can to keep other customers from doing business with your company, or at least having knowledge of what they’re getting into by doing so! According to them, an inspector conducted an inspection at our place of business; however, at no point prior to, during, or at the completion of the inspection did an inspector alert us they were on our property, or what they were doing or had done. So, we had no knowledge they had ever been onsite. Today we received a call from a collection agency stating our invoice had been turned over to them for collection!??! What invoice?!? The company didn’t get a verbal approval from us to service our property because of the contract we had signed that auto-renews each year and they had been mailing the invoice to our old address (no invoices were ever forwarded to us)!?!? I can tell you this is normal business for this company; this is something they do on a regular basis. Wyvonna has her spill down on their scam and the paperwork to back it up!?! She insisted she never received return mail from us, but we never received forwarded mail. In any case, we were at fault, we should’ve called them to update our address … I would’ve happily done so had I known I was under a contract with them! When I asked why they didn’t call us when they didn’t hear from us on the invoices they had sent, she let me know they have so many accounts in collections it isn’t possible to call everyone!?! In another words, they are scamming lots of people! We’ll pay the bill in collections as it’d cost more to fight it than to just pay it (and they know this)! Instead, I’ll invest my time in reviews and reporting them to the BBB and any other platform I can! Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and/or don’t sign any paperwork with them!!!

Our technician (Joe is awesome!) is always very thorough and treats every room of my home with detail. When treating outdoors, he is careful to clear any leaves from the eaves of the house before treating. We used Plantation for the last 5 yrs for our termite policy and they did yearly inspections. As part of selling our house and transferring the policy they came out to do another inspection (previous yearly inspection was done about 2 months prior). They called out during this inspection that the foam board in the crawlspace went to the dirt and needed to be cut to be at least 5" above the ground. We were a WEEK out from closing and had to scramble to get that taken care of. What exactly did they inspect with all the other inspections that were almost $150 a pop???

Seriously, Do not use them. when I purchased this new house 3 years ago, I used them as pest inspector without knowing they automatically renew their service. and after I found out that I was late on payment the first year, I called and paid on phone. Even then, they still didn't tell me that they automatically renew-- so sneaky. When you started going green on most of your bills, it's really easy to overlook some payment like this and get charged extra. It's just shady to me

I inherited this company when I bought our house with a termite control and annual check/spray contract. Soon after moving in, my teenage daughter awoke early one morning to a young man looking in her window as she slept in bed. She screamed, and he ran by the other teenager's window, also scaring her to death as well. We were really freaked out over this, and I fired Plantation immediately to keep them from showing up unannounced and peeking in windows. They were not scheduled, did not let me know they were coming, and had many excuses but no apology when confronted. I have no idea if their pest control services are acceptable, but their behavior is not professional at all.

Plantation Pest Management is a business that uses extortion practices to keep an image on reviews as a respectable company. They have recently taken a payment only to refund it so they could harm my credit through a collections process. This practice is rare for a successful company. The internet reviews reek of a practice of doing the right thing only if reviews are amended to cover-up the issues in customer relations. I understand they are chosen by builders and customers are left to deal with this company. This review will not be adjusted as a result of credit harming tactics from Plantation Pest Management. BEWARE and Keep an eye out at the closing table if your builder has locked you in with this company.

This was the first company able to come out and spray the day of my calling them. They offered their services for $100 versus Termix asking $250 while trying to get me into a contract. A very nice man came to our house to spray for what we thought at the time was fleas. After he had already stated spraying, he volunteered to look at my daughters bites and told us they weren’t fleas. Either seed ticks or bed bugs. He stopped spraying, told us he wouldn’t charge us for his service, and rescheduled for the following day. We figured out that night that it was, in fact, seed ticks, and cancelled our appointment. We received no arguments or conflict in doing this. They charged us nothing. Plantation Pest Management is a genuine and honest business. We will be using them for all our pest control needs from here on out.

Plantation Pest takes care of business. We purchased a Wood frame cypress home in 2017 that was infested with spiders. Plantation Pest came to the rescus. Wes and the crew, always call and spray quarterly. We have little to no spider problems and the ones we usually see are already dead. Awesome job! Good prices.

We bought our house new in 2013 and the builder had used this company for the termite inspection. A year later 2014 they showed up for annual inspection. They were at the house for less then 5 minutes and didn't even inspect half the house due to having a dog. They charged 165.00 we called to complain due to them doing nothing and other termite companies charge much less. They were rude and said we had to pay ok fine that's our fault for not getting the price prior too. We Advised we would be using a different termite company the next year due to their high price. Now a year later we receive a bill in the mail stating they came out for a annual termite inspection and we owed 165.00. I ignored it thinking it had to be a mistake we'd already advised them to not ever come back we were using a different termite company. We recieved another bill stating we would be turned over to collections if we didn't pay them. We called explained we had cancelled with them and actually never seen them come to our house. I (wife) stay home with our kids I would or should know if someone were to show up. And on top of that we have a dog there's no way they could have went into our back yard. They were extremely rude and said we had to pay or be sent to collections. We paid so not to mess up our credit but truly feel like we were robbed! How do you charge $165 for a service you were asked not to do and no proof it was ever even done! Horrible business practice.
