The customer service is beyond fantastic. As far as regular service goes: Very vocal and in touch with you about times they will be out and service provided while they were there. A notice is sent the day prior to any service which gives me control over my at home availability (if needed). Everything I've signed up for has been above par, including interaction with technicians. I have the Home Defense Gold package, and has worked perfectly for my needs. They will come out, upon your request, to spray inside as well if pests are a problem. Monthly installments, rather than up front/yearly charges, makes it easier for me (personally) to budget and keeps me mindful of the service I receive and pay for. The fact that they're a local company, and have well have exceeded services I expected, make them a strong recommendation from me... and customer support is the cherry on top! Highly recommended for anyone within their service area.

I've used this service for a few months now. I started out with a mole problem. The service was completed after quite a few issues from their side. (One guy called in sick and no one covered the shift, once was canceled in their system) The mole is still active in the yard now. The tech mentioned that the "service is not guaranteed"... I guess I should have known. I contacted the service and they said they would send someone out and they never showed again. While discussing the mole, they mentioned their pest control service. I thought it sounded like something we could use so I signed up. The installer drilled through my irrigation line and cost me an additional 125$ in repairs. Outside of the mole, I can't say I have had any additional problems with pests... Just a lot of hassle

The service tech Adam, was great as well and extremely patient with us while we tried to load up a grumpy family of six. He stayed in touch with me through phone calls and texts to let me know exactly how far out and when exactly to expect him. I was very grateful for that. We just began service with this company in late May. Everything that was done on our first application met and exceeded our expectations. We later decided to add termite protection to our property. The technician, Oscar, was right on time for the appointment and did a very thorough inspection of our property and installed sixteen underground bait stations around the perimeter of our home. Oscar was very personable and answered all my questions plus we breifly briefly discussed other shared interests that made it a more human experience. We would highly recommend this company from the services that they have provided. The office staff has also been wonderful whenever we have called.

Continued to refuse to leave property when asked again. You have completely missed my point. Perhaps this will get through your PR speak: MY ISSUE WAS WITH YOUR SALESMAN!!!!! He refused to leave my property when asked to go. He was REPEATEDLY asked to leave and continued to refuse. He was standing behind our private vehicles that were parked on our private property and appeared to be writing down our license numbers. Who does that???? I also called to speak to you, were told you were out, left a message, and you never attempted to call me back. Instead of addressing the real issue-a disrespectful salesman-you have filled this review with a bunch of excuses and self promotion. I can only conclude that you have no interest in educating your staff in proper customer service or taking responsibility for this issue.

Our new home sat unoccupied for quite some time, lots of overgrown trees and plants, plus a creek. The pests were unbearable. After a couple of treatments and a re-treatment today I was able to walk around outside without being plagued by bugs. Oscar (our technician) works very hard to help get our pest problem under control and the entire team is always very understanding and supportive. Plus they don’t charge for re-treating!

The best company I had roaches way many it was disgusting we got them cause we borrow a grill from someone they had them too.. I couldn’t leave no food nothing until they recommend Natural state pest control. In the first treatment we saw so much dead roaches and in 2 weeks they were gone!! Joseph Moody is the best !!!!!!! I had a critter get into my house and to be totally honest I was super scared and nervous... I called natural state and they sent Mr.Moody out that day and he went through all my house and showed me things and told me about the spaces they like and placed traps down. He explained everything and took time out for my 50 million nervous questions and made me feel soooooooo much better... I can't tell you how happy I am for Natural state and how they helped me with my problem and took time and didnt rush or make me feel like my questions were unimportant even when I know I probably asked the same questions multiple times.... We dealt with bed bugs for 2 YEARS! We started out optimistically trying to deal with it ouselves - streaming, drying, DE, cimexa, even buying an expensive fogger and fogging our house with an expensive cedar oil... TWICE!!!! Enter a local pest control company whom we finally hired to heat treat. They heat treated a total of 5x with chemical and an aprehend fungal treatments in between. This continued almost a year. We finally contacted Natural State who assured us they could take care of the problem. Shane came out for the estimate and clearly went over the plan of attack. They chemically treated as they heated the house. When we still found bugs they came back and sprayed then followed with another heat treatment - but each time they came they were changing things up instead of doing the same thing and expecting different results! Even though they had to come multiple times to finally resolve - it's been 2 months and we haven't seen a bed bug or had any bites!!!!! This is the longest stretch in the past 2 years and we finally feel confident that our problem is resolved. They were a little more expensive than our local company - but SOOOO worth it! Shane was great to keep in contact. I hope we never need them again - but if we do, we are going straight to them!

I didn't get the pleasure of actually getting to use their service, but I HAVE to leave a positive review for this company and the people in it. The friendliness in their voices on the phone is not just a front, they are caring people working for an awesome business. I live all the way in Springfield MO and called them by mistake thinking they were local (thanks a lot, google--I said NEAR me), and even with that large distance, Shane was more than willing to make sure we were taken care of as fast as he could make it happen. We ended up getting a call from a local company that was able to get it done sooner, and that is literally the only reason we didn't go with Natural State. If you live close to this company, you are truly blessed when it comes to your pest control needs. In short, don't just give them your business--throw it at them. THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!! When you call, ask for Shane Williams, Best Service, Best Price! Everyone in NWA charges $1500+ for heat alone, or $700+ for Chemical alone, but they only charge $1200 for HEAT & CHEMICAL! They did a whole 2nd heat and chemical treatment for free because they felt like it needed a second treatment, NO EXTRA CHARGE! Plus, THEY PAID for the Hotel and Camp Bow Wow for our dog for the extra night. What other company have you ever heard of doing that? I signed up for their quarterly chemical treatments ($30 a month) because I trust their work, and their price can't be beat! PS - Don't listen to the review about unsolicited call, that crazy family drew a gun on the salesman for knocking on their door and the police had to intervene.

We had a flea and tick preventative on the yard, as well as a brown recluse treatment in the house. Spencer is super thorough and even draws diagrams of the house in his Moleskine notebook! Not happy with service and will probably be changing soon. They come 3 times per year and never spray inside the house after the first visit. They randomly set appointments and then email you the day before without even asking the customer. They don't answer email but encourage you to email them with questions. They supposedly came and did our service today-noone was home so there was definitely no service to the inside of the house. If you use these people make sure you get, in writing, what they will and won't do for that yearly fee! You might be surprised at what you're actually getting (and not getting).

I called to schedule a one time service because of all the spiders (including black widows) that were on and around my house. The man on the phone was very professional and friendly. He explained that they would use a duster to clean up the webs all around the house and then spray the treatment. (I didn’t ask for these things, it’s what he said their process was). The technician came the next morning and was here for maybe 10 min spraying. After he left I noticed that all of the webs, spiders, and egg nests were still on my house. I called and the woman I spoke with was also professional and friendly, and said the technician would come back out the same day to take care of it. He arrived and was clearly in a hurry, he was running around the house with the duster as fast as he could. He spent less than 5 minutes and when he talked to me he was talking extremely fast like he had somewhere more important to be. He got most of the webs, but still not all of them. I was upset that this was overlooked the first visit, and more upset that after calling about it nobody took the time to properly do what I was initially told would be done. I would have even waited a day or two if it meant someone would take the time. I don’t feel that 10 minutes of spraying is worth $140. I can easily do what they did, and more, myself for much cheaper and will be doing so in the future. I suppose I was naive for thinking that professionals with a high price-tag would provide a more thorough service than a homeowner could do themselves.

Polite staff in and out of house. Blake is our usual service worker and he is very kind, knowledgeable and informative about his service plan. We have 3 small children and a cat so it’s comforting to know the insect spray is safe for them. I’ve called several different times throughout the year for a service call and am usually scheduled for the next day. Any time we find a bug, they’re dead! We have a bad case of Asian Beetles every year in the fall in the house and garage. Natural State took care of them! We had a mouse that made an appearance after the initial treatment. They came out the next day, set a trap, confirmed it had taken the bait, and we never saw it again. I called Natural State Pest control. I let them know we where having issues with ants in our newly purchased house. They told me they would have someone out to our house the next day. The next day they showed up sprayed around the house put bait were the ants were at in the kitchen area. The exterminator let me know if we still had issues after 10 days they would come back and spray again. After 3 days we barely had any ants in the kitchen area. After 4 days we no longer see them in the house. They were professional and courteous with is from the start.

Upon returning that night, I found things in place, house clean, some dead bugs, and and only one crippled bug dragging a white flag. We captured him, called Maj.Shawn who instructed us to confine and observe him. This morning the last of the bugs died! We slept well and the house is clear of bugs!!!!

I am a college student and our house got infested with rats, we went through several different guys until we got hooked up with Scott from Natural State Pest Control. He has been to our house weekly for as long as it has taken to deal with it, always setting traps and always being very responsive and on time. He even helped us with sealing up our house inside and out which sometimes can be thousands of dollars, and even though our parents paid him for all of his services to us he even offered multiple times to do it for free. Out of everyone I have ever dealt with in a situation like this whether it was a lawncare service mowing a yard or a plumber coming to fix a leaking pipe, i have never experienced anyone near Scotts level when it comes to concern for the customer. He knew my roommate and I were just two college kids without proper knowledge and tools to deal with the situation and he took it personally to help us deal with this. I 100% recommend Natural State Pest Control to anyone dealing with any issues like this. I know not every single individual exterminator will be like Scott was with us, but I cant even begin to explain how much of a help he has been to us and how nice of a guy he has been to us. 11/10 recommend.

Natural State was highly recommended to us when we first moved here in May. They were out to our house 2 days after we moved in and they have been consistent every month since. We upgraded and got the yard spray package which has greatly lowered the mosquito and fleas around our property. They are always quick to respond and do an excellent job explaining what they are doing each time they visit. We’ve needed the occasional off-cycle visit as well and their office is always able to get us in that same week. I will always recommend Natural State pest control, especially if you have pets or little ones running around as their sprays are safer for them to be around.

Cody arrived on time and was very nice and professional. We had a carpenter ant problem and he investigated the home for damage and documented his findings. He didn't find damage which we were happy about but he did find some screening torn that we need to correct. Cody takes photos to show the problem areas. He treated area to prevent any further ants from coming in. We asked him to check our carport attic which he gladly did and he found some ants up there and baited and fogged it. He will be back in 10 days to be sure ant issue is resolved. We were very pleased with the service and his assistance. Cody was very pleasant and thorough and tried to find the actual nest, but it wasn't visible. We are in the woods so it could be anywhere. We are going to continue the annual program which we feel is a good value for the money to prevent further infestations.
