We really love working with Native Pest Management. Each rep has been attentive and educated in general home problems. Both current and preventative methods are communicated and all needs are addressed in a timely fashion. The cost is reasonable, but a little bit more expensive then what I’m used to out of state. BUT if there are any issues outside of the normal bi-monthly check-up, a rep comes out to take care of them very quickly. I recommend Native Pest based off of experience and research into other pest management services around the area!

Sean came out to help with a foul smell that came about after fumigation for termite. He smelled the horrible scent as he walked in, I told him I believe its in attic he check attic for awhile and no sight of rodents or animal. So he decided to check AC vent at the bottom and behold a large Possum laying decompose and fathers everywhere it was horrifying. Sean grabbed the shovel and removed its body or what was left of it. I know living in South Florida the bar is very low as it's difficult to even get someone to call you back most of the time, but Native far exceeded all of our expectations in all areas. They sent the account manager Brooke out to us and she was the most professional, kind and attentive vendor we have ever had out to the house. She spent a great deal of time going over a plan of action for us. She was also very understanding that we needed something safe as we have 3 dogs. We had no idea that we had rodents in the attic. The insulation kept things quiet up there and there was no sign any where in the house.... until one day my son saw a rodent climbing up a wire that lead inside my house. It slipped through a tiny opening and was gone. At that point I realized that I had to do something right away. One rat becomes many in no time at all. I called and that same day, the technician came out and did a thorough inspection. We signed an agreement and the first thing he did was more carpentry than anything else... patched up all the openings that the rats would be able to access the inside of the house. Then he placed baited traps in the attic. The plan was to then come check several times a week and watch the activity. Today was the first day of the "trap" check. The technician found one GIANT rat trapped, disposed of it and reset another trap. He will be back in two days. There is no nice way to deal with extermination. And during the time of COVID, it was reassuring to see that both of the technicians were first of all well-dressed and groomed, and also masked. I am so happy that our friend recommended Native Pest Management. They will be our go to pest management for everything when we need it. One-time, respectable, gives 30 min notice prior to arriving.... All top notch points in my book.

This company is a life saver. I moved into my brand new house only to find out that it was terribly INFESTED with cockroaches after we already moved our stuff in. In Boynton Beach, they were the cheapest that I found and they specialized in killing everything that we needed them to in a very chemically safe and child and pet safe way. My incredibly heavy infestation was solved in about 2 weeks. Any time I need them to come and do a spot treatment, they usually come the same day or the next day. ****UPDATE**** Native and all of the people i have dealt with have been 5 STAR. After the exclusion process was completed, they came back every few days (as promised) to check the traps they laid and check the possible entry points they found. Almost immediately after they were here we stopped hearing critters in the attic. Native pest control did everything they promised to do! Thank you Native! ******************** ****Original post from July 2021*** So far so excellent. I hired Native on July 14th to help with a rodent exclusion. Sean was great explaining the products and services, so I was comfortable with what I was spending. Michael, the technician, showed up on time on July 20th. He proceeded to fill possible rodent entry points on the exterior of my home. When that was complete, he went into the attic to set the traps. Unbeknownst to me there were old traps in the attic, and one had a dead rodent in it. Michael disposed of it for me and let me know that there were old traps up there. When I asked if he would remove the old ones he said yes, then he found the were nailed/screwed into the beams in my attic. After telling me this, Michael disabled all the old traps and made sure there was no bait on them. I am not sure that is part of the job, but Michael did it anyway. Over the next couple weeks Native will swing by and check the traps they have laid. I am early in the Rodent Exclusion process, but everyone I have dealt with has been professional, polite and very customer centric. Like I said- So far So Excellent

I had a great experience with Native Pest Control! I thought I might have had a termite problem and called them to come out and inspect. They were able to fit me in the same day I called, identified the problem as a big headed ant problem, luckily not termites, and came out and treated the whole house the next day. Everyone I worked with was professional, on time and let me know 30 mins before they would arrive, which helps a lot, especially since I have 2 high energy dogs! My issues were addressed in a courteous and timely manner .Native also had the best deal with the best warranty. Matthew McKinney is my pest control service provider and he always does an awesome job! He takes the time to listen to any concerns and addresses them appropriately. He is also conservative with the bait since he knows my little pup is a bit of a pest herself (even though it is both pet and kid friendly, limiting exposure to any chemical is generally a good idea). I just got my termite treatment yesterday, and I was beyond pleased with the technician and the job he did. Efrain was just amazing, he is the best of the best. I did feel that the inspection I got before the treatment was lacking in some areas: the outside of the house was never even looked at, and pictures I sent of things I saw inside the house after the inspection were innacurately identified as frass from termites, when it was actually ants and their nests. Overall, I was very happy, and I hope the treatment I received will take care of the issue. Native pest control is a very good local company for pests of any kind. Zachary with Native Pest Management was in charge of our termite tenting service. He was friendly, informative, punctual, flexible, easy to talk to, and reliable. Native Pest Management had a reasonable, affordable, and competitive price for the tenting service. The tenting service they used, seperate from them was well organized and a well-oiled team. My only disappointment was a large indentation on the roof of my new shed in the backyard that I found after our post walk through with Zachary. However, the contract did say any damage that occurs during the tenting process will have to be repaired and covered by the owner. We may be able to just punch it out through the inside. I did not have any other damage. I was present for the tenting application without Native Pest Control on site as promised. I was not present and did not know what time they would be removing the tent covers. It may have occurred then. I have now signed up for their pest control services year round since I was very unhappy with Huwlett Pest Control, so we will see how that goes. So far, the associate that came to do our initial service after tenting was very friendly and thorough.

Man I love this service. I found native on a website highly recommended. I don’t remember which website but I’m so glad I did. I bought a house that has been sitting for a few months and it had lizards spiders ants and roaches. I called them because spiders freaked me out and they were all over the house. First of all I called them and they called right back. So response time was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and so nice. They have customer service down at this place. They make you feel like you’re speaking to your family on the other line. Two guys came out. They both knew their stuff. Plus they were extremely polite. The next day I had their service done to the whole house. When the guy was leaving he said give it a week. A week...try like one day. In one day I haven’t seen one critter or insect. I’m so excited I’m not living with spiders anymore. I would totally recommend them.

He said to keep watch but no treatment was necessary. I asked him about treating the area where the cabinet was. He said I don't want to rake your money for something that is not necessary . That doesn't happen very often and probably never with a chain store or company.

UPDATED: The owner of this business has called us and resolved this computer error. It was frustrating but we understand sometimes things and problems can occur. He also offered us a free service for the issues we were facing. So glad we got this resolved and appreciate how responsive he has been. This is so unfortunate. I left an amazing 5 star comment about 3 months ago when they cleared up my ant & cockroach problem. They were great, timely, and professional. When I signed up for my services I was told I could cancel my subscription at anytime. We rent our property so we don’t care about long term problems down the road we wanted short term relief which was done in 3 months. I cancelled my plan in October. I spoke with 3 different agents on 3 different occasions. I explained I cancelled and I do not need the service anymore. I was told that stopping treatment may result in problems again, I said that was okay again it’s a rented property. The miscommunication began with the technician that arrived at my home at 9am, I told them I’m sorry nobody told him but I cancelled my service over the phone. I then continued to get phone calls regarding a need to update my card on file. I cancelled the card because this business does not understand what CANCELLED means. I have since received countless of voicemails and phone calls continuously asking for a new card when I have cancelled my plan. Now I am being harassed with bills in the mail and being billed for November and December when nobody has come to my home and I have long ago since cancelled my plan. This is ridiculous and I regret starting the plan with them initially. It’s such a shame because the technicians are really awesome and knowledgeable people. I guess the account managers are the ones that need a lot of help.

We discussed the pests I've noticed within my home. He explained the strategy and methods he was going to use to get my pests to take the applied baits to their nests and kill them as a whole. He worked in a timely manner and stayed on the task at hand. He was very thorough and explained everything to us prior to his departure. I used Native for pest control on the American cockroaches (palmetto bugs) I kept seeing in my house. It was easy to set up an appointment. Ely was professional, came on time, and explained the process very thoroughly. He said he’d treat my house as if I had an infestation even if I did not to ensure he gets it done the first time. It’s been about two weeks and I haven’t seen any bugs. So far, I am very happy with this company. They use newer and more up to date techniques that actually work, not just frequent visits just to spray around and hope for the best.

I went with their fumigation service and their quarterly pest treatment plan. Today was my first treatment with Jamal! He gave us a call before arriving to give an approximate arrival time and when he arrived he immediately put on shoe coverings before entering our home! I stopped the services because of personal financial reasons, and recently went back to them because a lot of my insect activity had started up again. Ramiro came and did a thorough inspection, and took care of everything, even the attic. The guy that came out to look at my termite problem was very knowledgeable and polite. He did a thorough investigation of the areas I said I had concerns with and the next day so did the termite specialist. The specialist was just as pleasant and made sure everything was well doused in treatment. He was even tapping the boards as he went and pointing out to me which ones had the most damage. Time will tell if it worked. No one tried to upsell me on anything either.

He came to my house and the first thing I noticed was he was wearing a mask, gloves, and feet shoe covers so that he doesn't track any dirt or anything in my house! He greeted me, then explained everything that he was going to do. From the outside to the inside. He was very educated with the Company's product and even with all the different kind of Roaches. He took his time, and even explained to me the process of getting rid of the Roaches in my house. I actually had termite warranty coverage already from a national company whose name starts with "T", but their service was abysmal, and that is why I reached out to Home Advisor for a referral to a different termite treatment company. Native's service manager Zachary, who came out to assess, and then supervise the treatment, was exceptional, and the other staff who came to treat on 2 separate occasions were also outstanding. From what I can see, this is a company that does everything right.
