They're alright. I have left messages in the past when my termite contract was about to expire and right after it did and they never returned my call. Then life happened and I forgot about it, which is my fault.????‍♀️ Now I have to pay almost six hundred dollars to reinstate it. So, as a once loyal customer I am now going to shop around. If I find a better price, I'll go with someone else. ????‍♀️ One thing I can say is that their technicians are friendly and professional.

The ladies were very nice that answer the phone no disrespect willing to come to our area but I couldn't do it because the price was too high for the first spray and our house is very little and there isn't any insects we just wanted to start prevention before starting

The tech was a jerk. He threw a fit about doing his job and tried to get out of spraying my apt. I had to call his boss who eventually made him do his work. But I shouldn't have to go through that just for them to do what I pay them to do

I live in an apartment complex and they have a master key. They come and spray, but if you don't have vehicle outside, they will just walk right in. There has been times (several people in the complex can vouch they've had it done too) when I was alone and upstairs and literally have been scared to death because I didn't know someone was in my house! Also not sure what spray they use but the raid I buy at walmart has worked better for us.

they sent a technician not fully qualified but charged a full price for service...had to have our property done again costing us another day from work ...not good public relations or secretarial services

The tech made a terrible mess doing termite drilling. Moved everything around in storage room, and did not replace it. Left floor covered in concrete dust. Didn't fill drill holes correctly. Recommend to not do termite control with this bunch

Might as well go to Walmart and get the stuff for cheaper, they use the bare minimum amount of chemical to keep pest away for a bit so they have a reason to keep coming back.
