I called at 6:30 AM, because my first greeting when I went to wash my hands this morning, was a brown recluse in my bathroom sink. I had a call back around seven, a full explanation of what it would take to get rid to the little monsters, a full explanation of my options, pricing, patience to explain everything. By the end of the day, two professional young men show up and die the first treatment. They kept me informed about their schedule and what to do about my pets. Very thorough treatment! High quality chems. We called for a wasp infestation primarily but also noticed too many bugs around the house after moving here only a few weeks. They came out within two hours, which was amazing to us after living in the Dallas area. They said it looked like the house had not been treated for years, perhaps never, so they did a thorough first time treatment which normally costs a lot but we got a sweet move-in discount. I swear, I think the volume of high quality chemicals they used cost as much as the entire service that day. They use hospital grade chems not the cheap chems some pest control services use, which is reassuring. Eldon and Spencer were very informative as well. It's a fairly new company that is setting the bar high on service.

Let me start out saying that I Flex has earned my business indefinitely. Let's start at the beginning. Day One: The"kid" that walked my neighborhood on a 92 degree day was FANTASTICALLY polite. Mind you, they don't work directly for Flex. If I'm wrong please correct me. He offered us a neighborhood deal that spanked Terminex. Day of service: I forgot that the Techs were coming out, they called and promptly rescheduled me for the same day when I got home. Showed up 5 minutes early, explained what they were doing, did their stuff, gave me a thorough explanation of EVERYTHING I should be expecting for the next few weeks. Incredibly polite, beyond professional, and very sharp. They were thorough on cleaning webs, identifying bug locations. Today: I get home to a HAND WRITTEN thank you note from Mike and Eldon. Believe it or not, they pay attention. They even welcomed me back to Arkansas. They had no idea I moved away and back! The men and women and Flex are by far superior to all others in my opinion. I dropped Terminex like a hot rock. Can't wait for them to come back and hit it again! Mike, Eldon.... Let me know if there is anything I can do for your company. I'm spreading the word to everyone I know! Edit: I have already left a review so I hope this edit makes it through! Kade did FANTASTIC on our home. Talk about setting the bar for Above and Beyond!! He was friendly, polite, timely, and very positive. Wrecked a 30 wasp nest in less than a minute. Even explained what stages they were in. Our dogs are iffy on most people that they haven't "met" but loved Kade. He was great with them and our kittens. I still have yet to have any other experience than beyond pleasant with Flex. Again, thank you Kade for getting rid of all of those creepy crawlies and entertaining my kiddos by showing them the wasp larvae! They're still talking about you "John Wayne'd” the wasps!

Then Steven spent about 45 minutes educating me about bugs and how to eliminate their access into my home. He took the time to explain the program at Flex so I decided to give them a try. Now came the time for the initial process and two men showed up to perform the service. Caleb Evans and his assistant. My house is 5200 sq ft and they split up one working outside and Caleb working the inside. I was with Caleb as he walked every inch of my home. He also explained how Flex keeps the bugs out and how the food chain kills the others. They were very accommodating and on time with very professional attitudes. Had a knock on the door from someone working in our neighborhood... If you are like me, you are instantly a no for that. This was different though. The guy was super nice and asking if we wanted pest control. He gave us a lot of info about how to get rid of spiders as we chatted beneath a web with eggs. I realized we really could use some help so I asked the million dollar question - what will this cost me? Turns out it was super affordable! I could have spent the same at the store buying the wrong chemicals and spreading them myself. I paid on the spot and they said see you in 2 days. Great turnaround. I love small business and shopping locally but I must admit I was still skeptical... Fast forward 2 days. I got a text in plenty of time to get home before the tech got there. For me that is huge, we work so many weird hours and run all the time so I don’t ever know when we will be home so I really appreciate that. When the tech arrived he was in a clearly marked vehicle, in uniform, and obviously ready to work. Our tech Kade, was friendly and got down to the business at hand. After a brief walk through he grabbed his gear and started working. The great thing is not only did he spray but he also knocked down all the webs and sprayed extra to help keep spiders away. He also had an extra eye for detail, moving bricks in the flower bed to ensure he got to the source of the ants before they invaded. We are super happy with our experience.

I spent my summer of 2018 bit up by spiders. I was NOT going to let that happen to me again, especially with a 3 month old in our home. Thankfully we found Flex Pest Control. They were extremely easy to communicate with and made our appointment quickly. I was concerned about a lot of chemicals in our home with our new little one, but Mike reassured my husband and I that Flex Pest Control uses restaurant and hospital grade chemicals that are safe for babies, adults and pets! It was a huge plus in my book to hear that. Mike was kind enough to help facilitate the appointment and help me create a portal to book my future appointments. Soon Spencer arrived. He texted me when he was here as to make sure to not disturb any sleeping baby in our home. He was extremely thorough and let me know what was going on. I let him know my concerns about spiders and he let me know that there was two options for me and let me chose what I thought would be best for our home. Spencer took down a spider's web and let me know where it was. He even came back in before he left to make sure that I didn't have any follow up questions for him. He let me know that he would come back at any time if something was wrong and that if for some reason we had an issue of bugs or something, he would come back and retreat for free. Not many companies do that for you. I honestly could not be more pleased with my service and I have already told my family to go them a call to get going on spraying before the summer season. Seriously, thank you so much Flex!!

A salesman from this company followed me home on a hover board from the entrance of my neighborhood to my garage. I sat in my car a minute hoping he would go away. But instead he waited for me right under the door of my garage to get out of my vehicle. Finally I got out and immediately let him know there is no solicitation allowed in my neighborhood. He came INTO my garage and responded that he was only going to let me know that “his trucks would be driving through my neighborhood tomorrow because so many of my neighbors were getting his service.” He mentioned 2 neighbors by name or specific occupation. I asked those neighbors and turns out he had lied. He had approached them but they said no thank you. And he told them that *I, myself was getting service and so they should too* total lie. I checked with the city and FLEX doesn’t even have a solicitation permit so everything about this was illegal. I should have called the cops. If I needed pest services I would never go with this sleezy, dishonest company.

He took special care to make sure he let my dogs meet him and then to make sure they were put away safe while he and the owner took care of treating the inside and outside of my home. Then Marko showed up at the door Trying to sell Flex services and explained their process and plans. He was very patient, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We set up an appointment for the next day or two for the initial spray. Before he left he said one of their vehicles would be in the area that day if we wanted to change. The switch was quick and easy. Caleb and Lance showed up with the equipment A little later. They too were very knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. It was like old friends coming in with a mission. A few days afterwards, I received a card in the mail by Marko saying that he appreciates the business and to not hesitate if we had any questions or concerns. It’s been about 3 weeks since the first spray, and as told, the ants got bad for the first two or three days, but I have not seen one ant in the last week, and I have always seen ants pretty daily for the last 7 years in this house. All the employees I have talked to have been great and talk to me like a friend they are helping out. I’m glad I took advantage of their deal and am very pleased. Thank you.

Flex Pest Control has been a great experience so far. Jury is still out on whether or not it helped with the bugs, but from a service perspective I couldn't ask for more. Lance and Matthew showed up on time, were very clear on what they were doing at all times and were very respectful when entering the home. With COVID as a concern they both were happy to wear masks and did a great job distancing themselves from those in the home. Great experience overall, will update as I see changes in the bugs. Update 9/1/2020: Still pleased with Flex. They recently came out and did the second treatment and the service was as excellent as the first time. Spencer Strickland, the technician who has primarily treated the house is extremely friendly and always takes the time to ask about any issues or trouble spots that may need extra attention, inside or out. The Flex team thoroughly treats our house to prevent a plethora of pests: they routinely remove & treat any nests/webs, spray a treatment outside around the exterior with extra attention to doors/windows/crevices leading into our home and spread granules throughout our yard. Since having them treat the house we haven't seen pests inside (had few after their initial treatment, as expected). We have also noticed there isn't pests in our garage/attic, or around our outdoor furniture and patio. Their treatment to prevent spiders has been exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rid their home of pests, especially those with an extra dislike for spiders.

Not only did he treat our house indoors and outdoors, he also treated our attic. We had had a problem with red wasps in our girls is bathroom and he went into the attic to remove wasp nest and treat for wasp. We also had a pretty bad ant problem. He said that it could get worse before it got better but let me tell you what, we noticed an immediate difference the very next day. I bought my house in July 2019 and soon discovered brown recluse spiders in my home. I saw 20 brown recluses (both alive/crawling around and dead in sticky traps) in the first month of living there. I also saw carpenter ants around my deck and centipedes/millipedes inside the house. I called Flex in August and Spencer came out the next day for a consultation. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. He treated my home (inside, outside, crawl space, garage) and yard that day. Spencer said it could take more than 1 treatment to get rid of the spiders completely so I was prepared to wait. But I didn't see another brown recluse or any other spider, no centipedes, no carpenter ants! I've continued to have quarterly treatments outside the home and 8 months later - still no spiders or other bugs! Every person who has come to my home (Spencer, Kade, and Richard) has been punctual, professional, and polite. I highly recommend Flex!

I have called flex after I noticed cockroaches in the house. In November They came and treated for everything, Plus I paid extra for the cockroach treatment. After a month the cockroaches still were not gone. I called them they came out right away to treat again.. After 4 spraying I still have rose of roaches . They said I have to get rid of my refrigerator which is relatively new and I'm not gonna Spend 13 or $1400 on a new refrigerator because they can't get rid of the cockroaches in my house it would have been better and cheaper for me to go get bombs at the time period they said they won't drink for the roaches because of the amount of product that they have put down anymore. So apparently they're using a substandard product because I bombed and that get rid of it Is. The claim a money back guarantee I guess I'll find out

Our entire experience with Flex was easy and professional. Our consultant, Sam, was not pushy at all and did a great job explaining the services they offer and answering my and my husband's many many questions about our specific pest problems and Flex's services including treatments, warranties, and available discounts like the group rate and mosquito treatment add-on. Kade and Waylon texted me when they were on their way the day of scheduled service. They arrived to the property a few minutes early and came to the door precisely at the scheduled time. They briefly reviewed the services and expectations before and after treatment and were very thorough throughout the treatment process. The only other pest control service I've used is Orkin, who did not inform me until the day of service that the products they were using would leave fumes. My experience with Flex was completely different and so much better. Their products are used in hospitals and other areas where resident health is a priority, so their treatments do not pose any risk of harm to the health of children or pets. All I had to do was kennel our dog during the treatment and for 45 minutes after to allow some areas of the product to dry first. Two thumbs up to Sam, Kade, and Waylon. Great job guys!

Flex Pest Control is GREAT. I have squirrels in my attic, and finding someone to remove them (without killing them) has been difficult. I reached out to Flex Pest Control on a Saturday night and within an hour or two, someone responded, letting me know that he could be at my house on Monday afternoon to assess the issue at no cost. On Monday afternoon, he was here, crawling around my scalding hot roof to identify holes through which the squirrels might be entering. Ten minutes later, he came back with photographs, identifying new, gaping holes that the squirrels were entering through, in addition to old holes that had been (unsuccessfully) patched up by the squirrel removal service we used previously. The cost of having the squirrels removed and the hole patched up is not super cheap, but the long-term, humane solution that Flex Pest Control offers is well worth it.

That saved me so much hassle! Also, on one of our quarterly visits, they came to spray and we had left the dogs outside. I can not say what the results will be as today was my first treatment, however I observed him working and he did everything that they said he would do so I’m confident that my wasp problems will go away and that my home will be insect free. Flex Pest Control does an excellent job! I had brown recluse and ant infestations at the beginning of last spring. Because the issue was so severe, I asked them to spray more times than the regularly scheduled appointments, and they were more than happy to take care of it. Never made me feel like the pain I probably was, and addressed every concern with care, patience, and professionalism. With a toddler running around, the recluse were a big concern. It took maybe 4 months or so (as anticipated with as many as were in my home), but I have not seen ANY live bug of any kind inside my home or garage in 8 months. I’m extremely happy with the product and customer care of Flex Pest Control.

This service has been great! They were very professional, thorough, and competent. I had many spiders, caterpillars, and sometimes other insects. Flex has made my home, garage, and deck almost insect free. This has lasted all season. Today I had my quarterly inspection and maintenance visit. Amanda provided the services and did an exceptional job. I had a question to her about some crawling little critters on my front walk. She said she would check on the insect. At the end of this maintenance visit she reported what she had done and seen. She also presented me with a picture of the very insects I had been spotting on my front walk. She provided me a picture of them and the name, Drain Worms. Amazing. I was not familiar with them by name. And now they are no longer a problem. I would highly recommend this service! Zach was on time, very professional, and very friendly. He was thorough in looking around the landscaping for evidence of ants and other pests. We had a carpenter bee problem in our fence. He cleared those out for us, and hung a bee trap for us while he was here. He swept away any cobwebs and nests that were around the property then thoroughly sprayed. He was more than willing to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. It was a hot one out today, but he didn't let that stop him or slow him down. Great service and a great price. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!
