If I can give ZERO stars I would. I called to book our FIRST initial visit and added on a flea prevention since we have a dog and when I was told I couldn’t be in my home while the technician came in, I wanted to first consult with my husband as we don’t have strangers just walking all over the house without us. I was told my file would be held until I call back. And within a few minutes my husband responded that we are ok to proceed, I spoke with someone else who was more bubbly. I believe it was Nikki. She assured jme she would pass along my consent to the other representative who was working with me (Samantha) and we will be good to go next week. 5 hours later I don’t receive any emails with how to prep or about my appointment so I call and speak with Samantha who rudely says she shredded my information when she didn’t hear back. What?! I DID call back! She said we would have to go through the process again and then kept saying “well you said you would call back after talking to your husband.” I again told her I did call back and she said “well, what do you wanna do?” I asked to speak with a manager and she said “she was busy.” When I asked to be sent to her voicemail, she said “she doesn’t have one”. I get a call from Nikki (remember how I said she was bubbly? Not this time). She apologizes and then repeats what Samantha was saying. I told her this is all too much and that they need to have better communication. So then she says “ok let me see if my manager is available…”. Been on hold 15 min now. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

They are always happy to work with my schedule and make sure I don't have to go to any more trouble than I created myself by having two properties. Every tech is knowledgeable and pleasant. Pro: Quality work, nice customer service Con: Questionable billing strategy. The $65 to get a quote was waived by the man who came to our home. He wouldn't take a check and said it would instead be included in the cost of the work if we chose to use them. This seems nice, so then you pay for the job. The trap is they call you a month later and say you still owe $65 for the first visit. You tell them the story, and they say the price they charged for the work didn't include the $65. In effect, they tell you upfront the fee is included in their quote for the work, making their work seem more affordable, but afterwards they say just kidding and take an extra paycheck.

Their product really works, we use to have small roaches and they placed a glue in different spots of the house and they disappeared within 2 days. The representatives are always nice and professional. You have to be home when they are serving your house, which I don't mind. The cost is reasonable compared to other similar companies. I am sick of you guys in my cinco ranch neighborhood at night. I am also sick of your truck surrounding my neighborhood for hours at night. Night time is when I walk and I dont want to breathe pesticide and the nights you guys crash the peacefulness the pesticide is everywhere. We were charged a whole lot of money for ABYSMAL work—very little exclusion work actually done, no bait, just three traps in the attic. Phone staff not very friendly. Had to reach out to the estimator on a Sunday and ask him to have a second guy come and do what the first should have done. Warranty on work (what little was done) very short. Had to call a second company to properly do the work (they offer a FULL YEAR warranty). I cannot properly describe how disgusted I am—I spent almost $700 to have three traps changed, a small amount of foam laid and some mesh thrown up. They must be riding on their reputation because this was ridiculous.

Dave from Cypress Creek Pest Control came out to spray our house and yard yesterday. He was very kind and professional. He put disposable booties over his shoes as to not track mud into the house and on the carpet. All in all, he was here for about 15 minutes and sprayed all the rooms (minus where our cat was hiding) and our backyard. We paid $102 for the service. I was into ally quoted on the phone for $94, but I didn’t mind the up price as I think Dave included more of the backyard to make up for the fact that there was an inside room he could not get to. I called on a Thursday, and CCPC was able to send someone out on a Tuesday morning, so they have excellent turn around time. I would recommend CCPC to anyone in the area looking for quick and affordable pest control.

Avoid this company at all costs. I had previously been a customer for several years. Recently, my dog became incredibly sick within an hour of the house being treated. I called to get information on what type of pesticide was used and advised the receptionist that my dog was continuing to throw up. She couldn’t advise what chemical was used (something that easily could be stored in my profile) and assured me that she would have a supervisor contact me promptly. I didn’t hear back. I spent hundreds of dollars at the vet and got a call from someone the next morning. My pet could have passed away for all they knew or cared. What if this had been a child? I have yet to receive an apology for the lack of action from this company. The fact that they are dealing with toxic chemicals and don’t even have an MSDS sheet handy for receptionists is beyond irresponsible. Not to mention, in the event of a medical emergency someone should be able to reach a supervisor. Perhaps this note will finally get their attention.

super nice and thorough rep for quarterly service for residential- general pest prevention. Used them for years. This time there was a visual residue on nearly every baseboard that was sprayed; especially on the wood floors. Need to use a higher grade spray that dissipates better. .

Update: quarterly service is great. Update: pest control seems to be working but quarterly service is definitely needed for our area. Some technicians are great, thorough and explain what they are doing, others are not as thorough. Very disappointed. We requested a quarterly pest control ($60/ service) to treat the exterior and interior perimeter of our house for household pests including small ant species, cockroaches, etc. We were still seeing ants and spiders two, four and 7 days after treatment. When we brought this information up with the pest control service four days after treatment they said it should take one week to work and if it doesn't work they would come back out. Either they are not using effective chemicals, or the staff is not familiar with the application of the chemicals, or simply did not do a good job treating the area. Regardless, having someone come out multiple times for one treatment is very inconvenient and indicative of poor service.

They are very professional. Even though it’s a 4 hour time window, they call you 20 minutes before your appointment so you can get home if needed. There was no waiting on hold to get a hold of them, when calling and the technician looked professional, so I had no problem letting him in my house. He spent a lot of time treating the problem areas and explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend them! The only thing that I would say to do better at is they need to save my information. Everytime they come, they call me at the gate and ask for my gate code, which has never changed.

I looked for a new pest control company for a little while after we moved to cypress from tomball. I was tired of the one we used in tomball. They would come without telling me and if I wasn’t home they would just do the outside and charge me the full amount. Very frustrating! So I saw a van parked in our neighborhood and it had cypress creek pest control on the side so I gave them a call. They were a little pricier than others I called but they do the attics and spray a ton outside and garages and every other nook and cranny you can think of. And like others I called they have a 90 day warranty from service where if we have a problem they will come back out. Hoping I stop seeing spiders and stuff soon. We moved in a few months ago and I doubt the house was sprayed before we moved in so we had a few buggies running around. Hopefully this company maintains my standards and I continue to keep them after the contract for the first year is over.

Called to schedule a treatment for my home , the representative over the phone scheduled me for Thursday 3/16 between 1-5pm , I took the day off so they can go , spend half day waiting for someone to show up no one did or even bothered giving me a cal if he was running late or to reschedule. Steve was my technician. He arrived on time and did not attempt to start spraying until he had inspected the house inside and outside. He was very thorough in his inspection. My problems were spiders getting in my home and he got down on his hands and knees and found many areas, especially around the windows, that need to be filled in, and also around the front door. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Our subdivision Camellia has hired Cypress Creek Pest Control to do mosquito spraying in our community 1-2 times a week. I wish I could give them a 0 if possible. They never spray our section of the community. This problem has been there since the very first time they were contracted. I have called them over 30-40 times in the past year or so to get this problem resolved, and they still can’t. They never show up. They are rude and unprofessional. Owner of this company never wants to speak. They tell me that they will generate map results and speak to the driver however they never do. Never return phone calls. At the end of everything, when they don’t know how to apologize and fix the problem, they say we refuse to speak to you because you are not from the HOA. Great job Cypress Creek Pest Control! HOA has reached out to them several times to spray our section, but I’ve never seen the truck before. This company has to be the worst ever existed. Shameful that they’re running a business. Please don’t hire them. Commercial or residential. It’s 2021. There are numerous companies out there. Give your money to someone that deserves it. This one though is nothing but a pathetic company. 0 stars. Since October of last year, I’ve been talking to a wall when it comes to this company. They just want your money. There’s no ethics. However, I spoke with Nicky on Tuesday and paid on Tuesday and was told I would receive a paid invoice right after service was completed. The work was done Wednesday at 10am. I called at 3pm Wednesday since I still did not receive any receipt or invoice of my payment and I spoke with Nicky again. Her response was..."oh I meant to say you would receive the invoice tomorrow (Thursday)". Hmm now I'm suspicious and I said o.k. Thursday came and gone. Here we are Friday at 1:50pm and I'm having to call back just to get an paid invoice of what was done! I spoke with someone else who said Nicky apologizes and will send it now. What do I receive? A receipt showing a payment was received. But it doesn't say what for or what work they even completed and where the work was done! Now I'm having to call them AGAIN :( and yes I spoke with Nicky again. Her response was...."oh you want an invoice?" Like REALLY LADY!!! I will never use them again. This is horrible if this is how you treat your customers.

However I was really impressed when the manager himself came to inspect & re-treat for termites at no charge when I had foundation work done on my home in 2005. ******Buyer beware****Bait and Switch**** Called in for treatment as I started seeing roaches, spiders earwigs and wasp activity around 8 weeks after first treatment. Someone came out to "treat" for those bugs last friday. l I walk out my house today and for some reason look up on the side of my house and see a huge wasp nest. So, I call these folks and say, maybe their technician missed it? No they say, your contract only covers wasps to the first floor/eaves of the property. What??? I have my contract and I see nothing like that specified on there!!!. They go on to say if you'd like us to come out, we'll charge you $110 to come take out the wasp nest...really??? You guys are adding bits to the contract that weren't there initially. I guess I'll move on once my contract is up! The rudest, most condescending manager just spoke to me LIED that everything she was stating to me on the phone was on the website, out of warranty for the premier service etc. Made her walk me thru it on the website and low and behold - there was nothing on there to support anything she was saying. She went on to say I'm probably not a good fit for them and she will happily let me out of my contract with no penalty! Hurray!! Good riddance to bad rubbish!! Nothing to write home about here. They are way overrated - 1/5 for me since there is no ZERO :( Update: Nothing she indicated below here is true, she couldn't even find it herself when she walked me through on their website! Taking my business to Samson Pest Control ... thank you very much!!
