Love, love these guys so far! Matt came to our door so we started service with them after speaking with him. So far, so good! The first tech, the Owner's Father, I believe, was great for our first treatment and then they follow up 45 days later and now we're quarterly. Our 2nd tech that came yesterday spoke with my husband mostly but I will say he was here a long time and so very thorough. I was amazed and very pleased that he listened to our concerns and then stayed to fix them.

We first called Alder over 2 years ago. We had just moved into our home and had come to realize that we had a brown recluse infestation. After my wife stepped on one barefoot one night, that was the end of it. I called Alder based on their reviews and Jared was here within a couple days. Recluses are hard to get rid of - it took a couple of treatments and some work in the attic, but it has been a long time since I've seen a (live) brown recluse. We've been using them ever since for quarterly upkeep. Every technician I've had the pleasure of meeting has been polite, timely, and competent. If I have a problem, they are quick to address it. If you've got bug problems, give them a call - I can't recommend them highly enough!

Shawn, our technician, came up with a thorough and effective plan to get rid of squirrels in our attic. He finished setting the traps around 1:30 in the afternoon. At 4 p.m. we had our first squirrel in the trap and he came back that same evening to get the squirrel! Awesome customer service!

Alder Pest Control recently came out to my house to do a treatment for ants that were running amok. Not only did he spray around and inside our home, but he located the colony under a nearby rock and addressed the nest head on as well. He was very professional and really knew his stuff. We are signing up for quarterly treatments for spiders as well since we are close to the woods. The pricing is fair and I would highly recommend this company compared to others we have used in the past that are perhaps more well known but were not as thorough with their service or straightforward with what billing would look like long term. 10/10!

I love supporting small local businesses and not feeling insignificant with some of the other bigger pest control companies. We are so happy we hired Jared! We had been dealing with a pretty bad spider problem and our previous company could not get it under control. They charged a huge service fee to tackle the problem that they initiated service on but never followed through with. I called to find out why they stopped coming and apparently they forgot about us even though I had prepaid for all these follow up service visits. Needless to say I was over it. Alder Pest Control immediately controlled the problem much better than this other company. We just moved in to a new place in Bentonville, and we noticed a lot of spiders and hairy centipedes, so we called Alder Pest Control. Jared was very informative about the treatments he would be doing, making sure it met our needs and that it would be safe with my little kids around. A couple weeks after the treatment, I noticed some ants on the back patio. He came back that same day and treated for ants, turning over paver stones to find nests and colonies. I couldn’t be happier with his level of service! It’s nice to deal with a company where the sales rep, technician, and owner are all one in the same.

The service provided by Alder Pest Control was as good as it gets. Very professional, responsive, and considerate of both the home owner and the animals involved. We contacted them involving some squirrels on the roof that were trying to get into the attic. They came out quickly and handled the situation in addition to helping us get a minor repair completed as part of the process. Within a short time the situation was 100% resolved with only 1 initial phone call. November 2020 Inspected our inground stations which monitor for subterranean termite activity; all clear. This is the best choice for subterranean termite monitoring! No drilling through concrete, no nasty chemicals, these stations work so very well! Thank you again Alder Pest Control.

We have loved using Alder!! They go above and beyond your “normal” pest control company. I have to brag on at least 2 of the technicians that have come out. A few months ago we had a HORRIBLE flea infestation in our yard!! Never before had we ever seen anything that bad!! If you opened our back door they would literally try to jump in our house! ????To make it worse they were tough to kill because everyone around us has dogs. We had other treatments that had failed..but they sent Daniel out & he did a fabulous job treating the front and backyard!! He went over and beyond making sure every square inch was covered including the patio and front porch! Needless to say after that the fleas were annihilated!! ???? Today they sent out Shaun for a routine treatment.. I explained to him we might need to wait a week or so since we have been sick and haven’t been able to rake our leaves and it wouldn’t do much good to treat on top of leaves. This kind gentleman took it upon himself to rake leaves for us so we could go ahead and have our yard treated and not have to wait. ☺️Who goes out of there way to do something like that nowadays??
