Mice are running across our kitchen floor and two counters. We called and they promptly sent a guy. Who said his main job is lawn services. He waved around his flashlight to point out places they might enter and put out two sticky traps (haven't caught anything in those yet) and wouldn't set snap traps because he didn't have any. We don't use bait in our neighborhood because there are many raptors and several dead have tested positive for rodent poison. When I called I said no bait and the guy only had a few sticky pads?!! And he said mice avoid cobwebs and nothing on the internet verifies that. A waste of too much money.

We have been serviced mulptiple times for mice and voles. Service has been ineffective and required follow-up visits that often are postponed or do not happen at all. The tech suckered us into a yearly service agreement that requires two full-service visits per year. This year they have yet to make the second visit, or follow up on the failed first visit, but yet are trying to get full payment out of me for services not rendered. I call and tell them about my dissatisfaction, get no promised response from managment, and then I see a bill from a collection agency for $123. These guys suck.

SUSAN is the absolute BEST. We had pest issues (ants/spiders) for a year that could not be solved. We had a tech and manager come out to visit us to research the issue - NO luck. They put Susan on the case and it was resolved immediately. I was shocked. Since then, we do not have any issues. Every visit, she really is concerned with ensuring everything is 100%. She does not settle for even 80% ok. She truly cares about each of her customers and give quality in her work - rare gem these days. Even on the hottest of summer days, she arrives with a smile and ensures all of our spiders webs are cleaned up and our home is pest free.

When my family had a bed bug control problem it was the most disturbing experience of my life and I can't stress that enough. Out of all the other life situations I've been through, having bedbugs was truly a nightmare! We tried many other solutions from different pest control company's to home remedies but none of them even put a dent in it. After complaining to a friend at work, he recommended Adam's Pest Control. He had dealt with a similar problem with needing unrelenting termite control but Adam's was able to provide a termite service that actually worked. It's funny but when I moved to Port St Lucie over three years ago, I never thought I would need bed bug or termite control for that matter. Anyway, I found this company to have great customer service skills, work ethic and great empathy. Their home pest inspector was so understanding - and thorough, checking places I never would have even thought of like around electrical outlets and baseboards! After they did the bed bug treatments, it took a few weeks but ever since NO bed bugs! We are truly thankful to the staff of Adam's who helped us get our sleep back. We now call them for all of our general home pest control which has included all of the usual bugs like ant extermination and cockroach control and also for some random some service calls for mice control and a bee removal. We highly recommend them!

i selected Adams Pest Control after a Google search because they are a family owned business. They sent out a very highly qualified and nice young man who is a very new hire. He not only knew everything about ants that were everywhere in my house, he is also studying I T in college and knew what may well have been infecting my laptop in my home office. I would be working on my computer and would feel like bugs were crawling on me. in fact ,they were and they were ghost ants that you would see and then think you were seeing things. The ghost ants are not completely gone yet, but they soon will be. They love heat and can get inside a computer and destroy it. So I own to homes. One is an income property the other is my primary. I have repeatedly asked to have them call the management company to schedule an appointment for the income property and they can come to my primary residence the same day. Every time they switch techs I have to make a phone call with the same request. I will find a company that can handle putting notes on my account so that I do not have to explain the situation every 3 months.

EDIT: Tim Adams called me & made it right. I appreciate the lengths he went to to make sure that I was taken care of. I sent an e-mail inquiry in the middle of the week and asked to receive a quote via e-mail. They ended up calling to verify that I wasn't a "robot," which is fine, BUT the fact that they did not call me until the following Monday is what upset me. They got my information and I stated that I would like a technician to come out Thursday or Friday. She said that was great, that the technicians prefer scheduling days ahead like that. I was told that a technician would be calling me. Here comes Thursday, I still have not heard anything. So I sent them a message. Still nothing. I called first thing Friday morning and was apologized to. No problem. The problem is that I was promised a technician would call me AS SOON AS we got off the phone. Well, it is now 2:30 in the afternoon. Have I heard from a technician? No. Very unprofessional. I am a first time home buyer and am new to all of this so it is very displeasing to have this experience with the first place that I tried taking my business to. Would NOT recommend.

Sandy came out and was on time right in the morning. Didn't have an obnoxious 9-5 all day wait. She was very thorough and educated me along the way. Performed above and beyond and touched every corner of my home with human/pet safe products. Very efficient. Even trimmed branches touching the house as a gateway for ants to enter. Very pleased with service. Garage cleaned and brushed of spiders, exterior, you name it. Very pleased.

AWFUL. If there was a way to give no star's....then I would rank them '0' stars. Services promised over and over again were not delivered. Stay away and if someone tries to tell you they can stop mosquitos from biting you in your yard-ask yourself what is stopping the mosquitos in your neighbors yard from not deciding to fly on over and take their pound go flesh! Get the mosquito treatment in writing that you will receive a full refund if it does not work!

Service was purchased by previous owner in June 2019 prior to closing on our now home. We contacted them in May 2020 bc we found termites near our home. No one came to check it out, so we found a new pest control company that WOULD take care of us. Did not sign a contract with Adams, and didn’t schedule a renewal of service because we are beyond happy with our current company. Despite calling them MULTIPLE TIMES and being promised that it’s been rectified, I keep getting bills from them.

NASTY! They are quick, sloppy, and dishonest. My neighbor had bed bugs and they heated their apartment and said everything was clear - with their person and dog who checked all the other apartments. 2 weeks later another neighbor gets them, they charge to come out and confirm that they are bed bugs and then come back to heat their apartment - check "some" apartments and say that everything is clear. 4 days later I get them - crawling all over my couch, loveseat, bed, hallways - they charge to come out yet again to "confirm" that they are bed bugs (what else would they be at this point?) -confirm, wonder why they missed it with a person and dog, and bring the dog through again who went right to my couch and loveseat. They have missed 2 apartments now - and are making me wait over a week to treat my apartment (again, not the whole building - which makes more sense) and after they treat my apartment - i'm sure we'll get the "all clear" yet again. House hunting now and will never use Adam's as a company - they are sloppy, inefficient, and not knowledgeable with bed bugs at all.

I called Adam’s and they had Zale out the next day. He did the initial spray and baiting that day, and is coming back in two weeks to spray again. He was very informative and friendly, and didn’t make me feel gross for having roaches in the first place. They never came to my house, but the previous house owner had them. My annual inspection was done in November. They started calling me and my husband starting in May. I told them several times that it was done in November. We bought the house in January. We have been called about 7 times asking us to schedule an inspection. We told them every single time that it wasn't due until November. We were told that they'll update our records. Tell me why we got an invoice from Adam's pest control today stating that we owe money for services that weren't done? I talked to a nice lady on the phone today and she said she will take care of it and will remove us from the list as well. I'd give the lady a five star but the company itself a 0 for not keeping accurate records and sending invoices for services not rendered!

Very disappointed with there service, Came out once for the quarterly service and did a bunch of things then I don't think I ever saw them do anything else after that. I complained about my traps being damaged outside the house by rodents and they didn't do anything. The guy shoved copper steel wool in my AC line area and shorted out my AC so i had to fix that and i didn't turn in a clam which I was being nice and I regretted that. Save your money its not worth it at all.

I owed them money for a service they did at an address that i had moved from over a year ago and instead of calling me to let me know they passed the bill to a collections agency for $98.00. Of course when i called them to ask about it they didnt care to explain or give me any answers as to why they never bothered to contact me first since they had all my information. My advice take your business somewhere else they obviously like to treat people like trash. I cant leave 0 stars but i would if i could. I live in a duplex and unfortunately my neighbors lack of knowledge on how to deal with her bed bugs spread to my part of the house when she left her mattress in the back hallway that we share. After a few weeks of getting bites in the middle of the night I told my husband he needs to do a thorough check of the mattress because something just isn't right. There unfortunately was about 12 bed bugs hanging out on my BRAND NEW bed. Unfortunately for me I rent my place so had to go through my landlord to get services from anyone. I had already thrown out my mattress just out of pure disgust. I've never had bed bugs before and didn't want to wait to get my bed treated and suffer getting more bites plus my daughter as well. Anyways the younger guy who came to my house all he did was poke around the now empty room besides my dresser with a flashlight. Did not tell me or show me if there were any more signs of bed bugs in the room at all. He then went to the neighbors and just left. My landlord contacted me to tell me this man said yes in fact there are bugs still and it will be 1800 for both sides and i will be stuck with a 900 dollar bill when the neighbor had the pests and spread them to my place. I refuse to pay the 900 so had Orkin come for a second opinion and THANK GOD someone knows what the hell they are doing. He did a great job checking my place and let me know that no in fact there are absolutely no bugs in my place and only are bugs in the neighbors side still. He of course still recommend treatment but it costs far less than Adams. He was much more informative and i feel like the guy who came out from Adams was just looking to stick a big bill on us just taking advantage of the fact that it is a duplex and if they treat one side they in turn have to treat the other. Very disappointed in the whole disgustibg experience and would never recommend!

I would highly discourage people from using Adam’s pest control. I agreed to have them come every three months annually so long as it could be the same tech every time. I travel a lot and don’t trust just anyone in my house. Absolutely loved the tech that came out he was amazing and went above and beyond. When they scheduled me for my second visit and would not give me the same tech even though that was the agreement. After speaking to the manager and saying I would leave and cancel the contract if I couldn’t have the same tech they still would not agree because he was busy so Adams pest control would rather lose a paying client then just schedule him as they originally promised

I've used Adam's for a year now and have a mixed review. Initially, they were very responsive and on the ball, so I bought a year of service. When the technicians came to my place, they were friendly and did great work. Towards the end of my contract when I was trying to schedule my final visit before renewing, they stopped returning my calls. I left several messages over the course of a month, and they never got back to me. So I got screwed out of the last visit I had paid to receive. If you do use them, I suggest only paying per visit instead of a year at a time.

I called Adams after another service told me there would be a 5 day wait. They were very prompt and came to my rescue the same day. An elderly neighbor's house had become infested with rats and she was taken to the hospital. The rats were spreading throughout our neighborhood and we found 2 in our garage. Adams was very professional and set up several traps. We trapped the 2 within 24 hours. Adams came out a few days later and reset the traps. After 2 weeks, we didn't have any more. Adam's did a reasonable job. Their communication was not the best, but there are now no mice! They did some minor sealing on the interior of a rental property and put out indoor and outdoor mouse traps. They made recommendations on what I should look at sealing up on the exterior of the house. I had asked for a call from the tech on whether or not they should apply a boxelder bug treatment, but the tech didn't call and applied it anyway. When I heard back from them several months later about paying the fee, I was charged for the boxelder bug treatment. When I requested a refund, it was given within a couple hours. I am very pleased with the speed of the refund. I am disappointed they did not seal up the outside of the house and instead just provided recommendations and did not contact me at the time of service or after to report what they did. For mice, professionals pretty much do what you would do. I went with Adam's because of the 6 month guarantee and me not having to do it!

Incredible service and outcome. I have waited two weeks for doing a review as I wanted to see results and I am still astonished. We live on a dirt road in the woods and Nick Olson and the team from Adam's are great. I called and talked with Tami Elstad about my concerns and she walked me through their process and services. I decided to have our local field rep, Nick Olson come out to see if he felt we could truly benefit from their applications. Nick and Tami were so knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions with recommendations. They even made sure that I had the correct expectations. Nick thought he could eliminate about 90% of our mosquito issue, but my wife and I feel it was more like 99%. We do not have to worry about letting our 2 year old play outside now even after multiple rains and hot days. We are more than pleased and you can tell when you walk down the road to neighbors the vast difference there is. We have Adam's coming back on a schedule to keep out front of this. Their pricing was super reasonable and I feel we definitely got the best value ever, and that's after looking at DIY options and some of their competition. Call Tami and let them help you.

I don't have a problem with my exterminator. Love the guy. My problem is with the automated calls that schedule appointments without consent. Then when you reschedule the exterminator comes anyway and has no idea. Or when the computer system has problem it takes forever to fix in system. They eventually fix it but it just doesn't catch up to the guy coming to the house. My suggestion is just call your local guy and deal with him. Forget the main office.

My family moved into an apartment in Sept. 2015 and the prior tenants were filthy, disgusting people who had bed bugs. My family wasn't told of this until move-in day, but the apt management said Adam's Pest Control came in prior to move-in day and heat treated the place (meaning it was "safe" to live in). Obviously it wasn't safe because as of almost 4 months later, bed bugs are still biting my family and living in the apt. Adam's has been coming every 2 weeks for 4 months and "treating" the apt (heat, chemical and even chemicals in the walls). They continue to find live bed bugs and claim to be taking them back to their office to run tests on these pests. Other pest control companies we've called have said this is "highly unusual" and even high quantity infestations only should take 3 to 4 treatments to remove the bed bugs. I understand privacy between apt management and this particular pest company, however, NO ONE at Adam's Pest Control would give us details about our current situation. They have been claiming that we haven't been "doing all we can" and basically telling my family that it is THEIR fault because they haven't "prepped" before each chemical treatment. My family hasn't been getting information on how to properly "prep" before each treatment due to lack of communication between our apt mgmt and Adam's Pest Control. Each time there is someone new coming to the apt and whenever my family has called the company to get info., people who work there say they can't talk to us and we have to go through our own apt mgmt. Basically if you want pain, suffering and frustration beyond belief, you should absolutely go through this company for your pest issues. Otherwise do yourself a favor and get an actual trusted pest control company who can actually do the job.

We've been an Adam's customer for many years. We moved out of the "city" in 2015 to a rural area, and Adam's still services our home. The technicians have all been courteous and helpful. I know it's hard to specify a certain time, especially in our area, and that is fine with us, but they are usually within 1/2 hour from the stated time. What I like is the fact the techs site potential problems areas and offer suggestions. The number of "indoor" bugs we have is quite minimal, even living on a farm. Also their spraying around the outside of our house minimizes the problems with bugs, such as Japanese beetles when they are in season.

They came out after being asked to look for flying insects and their source and the source, but instead searched for bedbugs, which I told the "tech" I did not have! After realizing I was correct in this, the "bug specialist" informed me that he doesn't know anything about flying insects and that he usually only looks for bugs that crawl! Not being a "bug specialist' did not stop me from deciding to investigate further myself by removing the light cover on the ceiling of my bedroom and discovering the tiny insects which had been annoyed by recently and took them my local college entomology lab and discovered that the source for these tiny flies was likely the dumpster behind our building making their way into my apartment that of the tenant across the hall as well. I have never been treated so rudely by a company in life! Since the bugs were very small and Adam;s was unable find specimens the "bug specialist" spoke to me me as if I must imagining or hallucinating these flies. I would not use Adam's for any reason ever again! I have a problem I will solve it myself..

I have been using Adams Pest Control for pest control (for the past three years) and their lawn service since they started that division two years ago. I moved to a home that had a mouse issue. They quickly got it under control and I signed up for their yearly program. They would come out at no additional charge if there was any evidence of mice. I have maintained that service for the peace of mind and have not had rodent problems. It also includes spider and other insect control. I am also very happy with their lawn division. They do weed control, Japanese Beatle control (after I saw evidence of the beetles on my trees), and fertilizing. This spring my yard looked pretty bad due to the harsh winter. They came out an aerated it and put down seed. It now looks beautiful. Everyone I have dealt with there in both divisions have been very helpful and have gotten to know my yard. I would highly recommend Adams Pest Control and their lawn division.

If I could give them zero I would. The guy came to my house I basically told him I had a bug issue I knew because I saw them. He basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. That he won’t treat my home anyway because he thinks I am a hoarder. I had one room that looked crowded with a few boxes of recycling on the floor because I was in the middle of cleaning when he came. How dare him throw judgement onto me. Needless to say I will be looking for a different company one with less ride employees.

The technician who sprays at my apartment complex doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing. Not only do they not post they have been there to spray chemicals, they do not tell you where they have sprayed. I have seen him spray the door handles...why spray the door handle? There are kids and dogs that play in the yard, where are the chemicals? Can you let us know how long to be stay off the yard? And in this case not to touch the door handle? They don't even tell you what chemicals they are using (which would be great to know since the people and animals living there are exposed to it).

When I purchased my home, the seller used Adams Pest Control. Buyer beware in the middle of all those papers that to sign is a contract renewal in your name for termite inspection . It’s really my fault for not reading every thing I signed. But by the time I got to the point of closing, I was give out and just ready to get it over with. So now I have a bill for services I didn’t want. I didn’t even know they performed the services. I work at home full time and do not recall seeing anyone walk around the house and they certainly didn’t come in. Lesson learned the $169.00 way.

I feel badly using this service as an animal lover, self-proclaimed environmentalist, and interest in conservation/animal welfare...but we relocated too many mice in a live trap from our kitchen to leave the problem unaddressed. Had a great conversation with Madison today that helped me see although death is still perhaps a human convenience, the traps that instantly kill them we placed are more humane than the bait stations we've been using that kill them slowly. He is knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and prompt. He definitely goes "above and beyond," helping me to keep my home protected and safe. He calls me when he notices the source of a potential problem, and he fixes any current problem without delay or direction. I signed up with Adam's when some red squirrels moved in after my dogs, their natural chasers, passed away. I wasn't prepared for the service I've got today. I've owned homes since 2010 ,in different counties, this is the second home in Vero .Today was their first day of servicing my home. I got the Royal Treatment ,they absolutely dusted window s i l l s , outside,checked for termites everything and I've had the same service for two years before calling Adams,couldn't seem to get the problem under control these guys were not aware and when I stepped out because we only did the outside today they were able to tell me exactly what I knew I was dealing with that the other company couldn't even tell me what the ants were,treated for 2 years,no luck. they're definitely on their game and such a nice group of young men totally thrilled they'll be here next week to do inside I'm doing a two-step process because of the dog and I are fairly sensitive but I totally recommend this business.Evan and partner were awesome.

Adam Pest Control is a complete scam. As part of the sale of my home the people buying it requested pest control. The serviceman came out and I told him the situation. He said that this is common and that I just needed a receipt to prove that I had my home serviced. As if I was not as important as other customers. He walked around part of the house and filled one small hole. The rest of the time he tried to 'small talk' with me. He was there was 20 minutes and I was charged $268. I paid half of it and called corporate to see if they could issue me a credit. His manager admitted that the serviceman was unprofessional, however the manager unwilling to issue me a credit. The manager seemed to not care about the lack of service I received and how much I was charged for it. I told him that I never leave bad reviews, however, if I did not get a credit, which i clearly deserved, that I would be leaving a 1 star review online. Again, he did not care. I only paid the rest of the bill to protect my credit rating. I calculate for paying $268 for 20 minutes of service, I was charged at a $804/hour rate. I did not know they had a team of lawyers performing pest control. Complete scam. If they honor my complaint and issue me a refund, I will take this post down.

I contracted with Adams Pest Control and signed a service agreement on August 20, 2020. The property to be evaluated and treated was a small lot with a large RV parked on it. The folks living in the RV had rats enter and destroyed some interior wires. Rats were roaming the area. Since I am the lot owner and live 2100 miles away it was a long distance arrangement for me. The numerous reviews sounded very promising but .... Shortly thereafter, I received an email offering attic pest control options and prices as well. There is no attic in an RV. I replied that someone needed to look at my order and wanted to know what was happening regarding the treatment procedure. I was told that Ryan would be in touch because I had a few specific questions. However., I never spoke to Ryan and received an email that service was done. I spoke briefly with the folks in the RV and they said that service had happened but they work and I have no idea how many times the service arrived, are the rats gone or temporarily under control, still have unanswered questions plus a specific request for something in writing about adjoining empty lot with lots of vegetation and a storage box which appeared to be a home base for the rats. I requested that in writing so that I could bring it to the attention of the HOA. Nothing, sums it all up. So my recommendation is that if you are contracting with this company make sure you get timely updates and real communication. I was told that Ryan had left me messages - never happened even after I pointed that out. So my assumption is that the rodent problem has been corrected but I do not know for sure. I would think that the person paying the bill would get more appropriate communication especially since I was not on the premises and had made inquiries. After informing the office of my concerns, I have heard nothing or gotten any questions answered. So, Adams might do a good job but I have no idea. What I do know is that their communication system is in need of serious improvements.

technician (Brian) was very helpful, courteous and was always happy to respond to emails, but as a company in general i would not do business with again. i had them do a mouse inspection and Brian had set 3 traps in our utility room and this is where it had ended. while this appeared to be a short term fix, i have started to think how such a isolated approach could rid my problem, which it hadn't. i recently tried to have Brian come back, but found out i was just past my warranty period. no follow up calls, no follow ups on varmit traps (ie; catching any?) nothing at all. just "...we would be glad to send him for another $190....." other pest companys such as Plunketts or similar proactively check bait stations and give a report on activity around your property. (at least this is the case at our cabin north of Brainerd) for my home, i will be using Rainbow Pest Experts and i recommend you do the same.

Don’t bother with Adam’s. There are better options. I called seeking help with a wasp nest. I was told the earliest they would come to treat was roughly two weeks from the day of my call. I set up the appointment, then called around to see if I might be able to find service sooner than that. Keep in mind this service takes about 10 minutes to complete and I am located about 5 miles from their office. I called Plunketts and they had someone to my house that afternoon. When, two days later, it was clear the first treatment didn’t completely resolve the problem, they returned for another treatment (again, within hours) at no additional charge. I thought I called to cancel my appointment with Adam’s, they say I didn’t. It’s possible they are correct. Apparently they sent someone out, sprayed the poison to treat the wasp situation without checking with me to understand the problem, or the location where we were having trouble. They did not follow up except to send me a bill. With Plunketts I knew when and where they were spraying, and what precautions were appropriate following treatment. The level of communication from Adam’s is unprofessional. The fact that they expect full payment for this level of service when none was needed speaks to a lack of integrity. Also, Plunketts is $50 cheaper for the same service, prompt response, and prompt courteous follow up when the first treatment wasn’t fully effective.

After a year of service, I fired Adam’s Pest Control for poor service. I own a lake property that had a rodent problem and hired Adam’s Pest Control to help. The first visit was very good. A conscientious employee arrived and did a good job. I signed up for twice annual service based on my experience. At this point, five star review. The following spring I was contacted and the next service date was shared prior to the service date. This is important since there are bait stations in my garage and a few places that need to be checked inside. The same technician came back in the spring and I had another good experience. Still a five star review. Last fall, I was again contacted in advance and waited at the property for the technician. A friendly, but not as good technician arrived. After the visit I was not sure I wanted to continue service. Not long after I started having issues again. At this point this would be a three star review. This spring, I discovered one of my two outdoor bait stations open and empty except for leaves. About week or two later, an invoice arrived for services. No call, no chance to meet the tech, unlock doors or check the inside areas. I am not even sure the bait stations were re-baited, although the invoice indicated this was the case. At this point, this is now a one or two star review. I called customer service to inquire about what was and was not done. I ended up terminating service with Adam’s on that call. Had the customer service agent tried to make this right, I might have continued service. Now down to a one star experience. Final verdict: If you do have Adam’s try to help you with rodent problems, my advice is stick to a single visit and see how it goes. Don’t sign a contract to save $50 on a first visit. If you get a good technician that first visit will probably be worth the money because they know where to look for entry points. After that, if you get a good technician it may be with the cost. In my case, there is zero value to receiving an invoice for almost no service ... a definite one star review experience but I am giving two stars on this review because of the first two service calls.

We had a rodent (mice) problem that four previous extermination services were unable to solve. When the cold weather set in this winter and we again found evidence of mice in our home we were frustrated to say the least. I had seen the advertisement for Adam's Pest Control on television several times and decided to contact them to find out what they could do for us to solve the problem. The person I spoke to, thoroughly explained their procedure for our specific problem and quoted, what we felt, a very fair price for the service. We scheduled immediately for the technician to come to our home the following week. The technician was not only knowledgeable of mice, he was also patient and took time explaining mouse behavior. He made a complete inspection of our home inside and outside and showed us where he found problems and the suspected areas where he determined that the mice were entering our home. Along with traps set within our home, he dealt with the outside areas of entry. No other service had ever made a thorough outside and inside inspection of our home before. The technician explained what we could expect within the next few days. He also reminded us to contact him if what he had done did not give us the desired results. Additionally, he reminded us of the 6 month warranty on his services. I am happy to say that everything the technician told us and everything he did is exactly what happened and we have been free of any mice in our home since. I would add that all of the staff at Adam's Pest Control who we dealt with were respectful and professional. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Adam's Pest Control to anyone with any type of pest problem that requires the services of an exterminator.

We called Adams Pest Control because our stove wasn't working correctly. When the Sears maintenance man came out and took some panels off of the stove/oven, there were definite signs of mice. They actually ate portions of our stove (insulation, wire, etc.) and wreaked havoc with droppings and other non-pleasantries. We called Adams immediately and they were able to come out the next day. He walked around our foundation and closed up gaps; set traps in our lower walk/out level and some on the main floor and behind the stove. While he was there a mouse tripped the trap that was behind the stove. They are excellent and very knowledgable about what they do. To answer your question: yes, we did replace the stove and haven't had any signs of mice since. Give them a call! They'll take great care of you.

Called Adams for sugar ant treatment. They came out the same day I called which I so appreciated! Technician, Evan, spent nearly 1/2 hour going around my 1,100 sq. ft. home with a flashlight looking for the possible entry location of the ants. Found they were coming from a gutter (Evan explained they look for water) outside one of my patio doors and finding their way inside and traveling. 1st day after treatment I saw remarkably less ants and 2nd day after (today) I only saw two or three so treatment is definitely working! Adams is at the high end as far as cost but I I would rather pay a little more and have a bug free house than pay less and have a company that uses inferior products to treat in order to cut costs. Don't use this company. It will save you the aggravation to do some due diligence and research and ask neighbors before using this fake, money hungry, unprofessional company. I used them and did not get what I was told on the phone. These calls are recorded too. Then the exterminator that showed up was lazy as could be and his work was sloppy. He used something to supposedly seal cracks it was sloppy and looks terrible. I went over his work and found holes he missed. I still had mice coming in using this company and I figured it out on my own. The operators lie to you to get your business and when the exterminator shows up you don't get what you were told. Also, I paid almost $300 for two traps and two or three bait containers which I was told on the phone wasn't used. The guy was too lazy to set the traps too. I contacted the corporate office and so far nothing. I may take them to civil court. This company is a fraud.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. My lawn is now a total weed. The owner of this company Michael is the rudest business person I ever have had to speak with in my life. I have been told for the last 3 years that my weed problem was due to over watering. In the last 6 months I have a new technician who tells me that my back yard was never on the weed control program. This of course was all blamed on me, this is what I signed up for according to them. I did receive a call from Michael who told me bluntly to go find somebody else since I was not happy. Update: They were very fast coming out within the next day of calling them. They also removed the bee hives and sprayed. I had to reduce the stars because bees were still around the areas sprayed. In addition whatever they sprayed, it got stuck in my screen and won't come off very easily.

From the first time I contacted Adams Pest Control, I was immediately impressed. I was having a problem with carpenter ants inside the walls of my house and I received a quote over the phone from Adams that seemed very reasonable based on some others I’d gotten. Tiffany called me back and asked if they could come by and look at the issue to confirm what we are actually dealing with. Brandt came over and found ants and evidence of their burrowing and did my initial treatment right then! Brandt was very knowledgeable and warranted respect for the confidence he demonstrated on how to rid my home of the ants. He found how they were entering the home which is only a minor fix for us. He sprayed, baited, AND dusted to ensure eradication. Other companies were only going to bait. I was totally blown away to see what Brandt did during my first visit, including cleaning the outside of my house and knocking down cobwebs. We had a great experience with Adams Pest Control at first. We had one guy who came out to do our quarterly treatments who was very thorough & professional. Then there was a different guy who took over & he seemed fine at first but not quite as thorough. I am always happy to give someone the benefit of the doubt though so I let it go. That was a mistake because the service went downhill from there. The last treatment we received was a complete surprise, the technician called & left a message that it was time for our treatment but we were super busy at the time & had not returned the call. We got home one day to an invoice on our front door saying that the technician had sprayed. Since no one was home, he/she could not have sprayed in our house and our backyard is behind locked gates so he could not have sprayed over half of the outside perimeter. When we contacted Adams because we did not want to pay for a full quarterly treatment when we did not receive one, we never received an actual response yet we continue to receive bills. So beware that once the honeymoon is over you may not get the service you want.

I would highly discourage people from using Adam’s pest control. I agreed to have them come every three months annually so long as it could be the same tech every time. I travel a lot and don’t trust just anyone in my house. Absolutely loved the tech that came out he was amazing and went above and beyond. When they scheduled me for my second visit and would not give me the same tech even though that was the agreement. After speaking to the manager and saying I would leave and cancel the contract if I couldn’t have the same tech they still would not agree because he was busy so Adams pest control would rather lose a paying client then just schedule him as they originally promised

I have never given a company a 1 or 2 -star review, but in this case I was really disappointed. We had an appointment scheduled, the guy doesn't show up. My husband and I were then convinced I had written down the wrong Wednesday, so we waited another week and they still didn't show. So I called Adams to confirm my appointment, and they had nothing on the books. After being on hold for an extended amount of time, she asked me if she could call me back. 10-20 minutes later, I get an EMAIL, not a call back saying there was a glitch in the system and my appointment never got posted. Then in her email she gives me a new scheduled date and time. Because she emailed me instead of calling me, she didn't ask if that date or time worked for us, and it didn't. It also was now going to be an entire month since our initial call. So I emailed her back asking for something sooner. She emailed me the next morning saying she will have a technician out at 2:00pm. However, because my husband and I were both a work, neither of us had the opportunity to leave and be there, so I said that wouldn't work. Then they cancelled the entire service. The reason why I am not giving them a 1 star, is it was not the woman on the phone/emails fault this happened, and she did try and reschedule for me twice. However, when telling a customer you will call back, please call. Don't just take the liberty to schedule the appointment when you do not/did not ask for the clients availability. I just was extremely disappointed in how it was all handled.

I have not had any issue with insects since they started treating, until this summer with some ants, probably weather-related. They are not only responsive and effective, but they offer very good information on prevention. DO NOT USE..Not happy with shady tactics..Honesty is important and they are far from that. They over bill you and bill you on the wrong days tat you sign up for(like weeks off). Posted a payment two weeks early and then LIE that they will give me a month free. What do you know. They charge my acct and no one came so payment shouldn't have been processed..especially since i CANCELLED the service. They tried to say some BS that it had to be processed. I will dispute payment but please do not use them. Dont give them your card info bc they will bill as they choose. Also the chemical they used made me sick..Lying and no honor is something you need to have to ensure customer's trust. They are not that.

Andrew resolved the issue quickly, and while he told us it could take 3-5 days to be fully resolved, we didn’t notice any other yellow jackets almost immediately.
