Mike was very informative during the preparation process, which ensured the treatment would be successful. He showed up on time, was super polite and did a very thorough job. Best of all, its been a few weeks since the treatment and I'm happy to say the roaches are GONE! Really, what else can you hope for in a pest-control company?

They broke a $300+ pair of headphones. I sent the video evidence and they wasted months of my time requesting it before eventually ignoring it and ignoring my calls or hanging up on me. They will not take care of your property and they will not refund you if they destroy it.

Mike did a wonderful job explaining to me the treatment options, weighing the pros and cons of each as well. He was very patient and performed the treatment the next day. Sorry to say, these guys have been treating my neighboring apartment for bed bugs for last 3 years, they come in every 2-3 months to treat their bugs, also enter my apartment for preventive treatment, but still after so many treatments in last 3 years, they couldn't eliminate the neighbor's bed bugs! Reply to Response from Owner: How many times in a year you have to do 'Block' treatment for the same floor? And for how many years? Please check your log book and you will know you have been treating the same location for last few years. This is very inconvenient for people who live in the apartment to prep the apartment for you, remove pets and leave the apartment for few hours during work hours when they have to work from home during COVID; and this is not just one time thing, it has been going on for several years and few times in a year. Please do the treatment in such a way that you don't have to come back every year.

Mike was amazing! OK to be clear, I had mice under a storage box in my backyard and rats under my BBQ. Who knew they would do that? Mike did! My dog had been sick all week and this was too much for me too handle. Anyways, Mike provided me with a couple of boxes that would feed both rodents with a means to "go to sleep" and die. That made my wife happy as she was quite adamant it shouldn't hurt them. The end result the pests died, quietly and I put in new stones under both my bbq and the storage bin. Thank you Mike, you deserve this :-)

Terrible mike and his crew came in and did a heat treatment and the very next day mike was over and a living bed bug was found he sprayed the house after that still bed bugs were found after sometime mike sprayed the room down and to this day bed bugs are still being found I would avoid his services as his loyalty is only until the warranty after that he doesn’t care he doesnt check up or anything

Mike is great! I had moved into a new home and found a cockroach, so I called him and he came right away! He explained that i may see a few more in the coming days as they start to die, but if I needed a second application he would come back. To be safe, i called him a week later and he came right away. It was my idea to take the time to write this review because Mike was so amazing and spent so much time with me to determine that I DIDN'T need his help that I couldn't believe it. It was the long weekend and I woke up with some random bug bites for the second time in a week. I was terrified it could be bed bugs so I called Mike based on the reviews (I was surprised he picked up immediately on the long weekend) and he talked me down and encouraged me to not react or spend money because I was in a panic and told me how to check and what to look for. When I found one small thing that I thought could be a bug casing he had someone from his team pick it up and checked it under the microscope and assured me it wasn't a bed bug. After a whole lot of freaking out it turns out that it was just random one off thing and this person who runs a business was HAPPY for me that I wasn't going to have to pay him a dime. I think there are a lot of people who would have taken advantage of that situation or at the very least not spent a good hour and sending one of his team on a trip helping someone figure out if they really needed help. It was just such a sign of a solid honest person that without having actually had to hire him I couldn't recommend Just Bugs enough!

What can I say a Mike is awesome he doesn't get upset that you ask numerous questions s sone techs do. he's very patient, he answers all of your questions to the best that he can he calms you down he's very nice, he checks up on you. when you need him he is there!!! I had tenants living in my house for over three years from hell they brought bed bugs and cockroaches into our home and we could not get rid of them I contacted Mike as we were being ripped off from another pest control company and they just kept coming back. Mike he answered all my questions he did a heat treatment and a spray treatment and the other pest control company would only do a spray treatment and they kept persisting to come back over and over again would definitely recommend Mike!
