We have a recurring pest problem and Thomas offered us invaluable advice. Even though we knew very well that the infestation was confined to the basement laundry room, Thomas took the time to go through each and every room in the basement, making sure everything was okay and even giving us suggestions to prevent potential pest problems. Having checked the laundry room thoroughly, Thomas suggested options for treating the infestation. Since we have a dog, the last thing we want is chemical insecticide. Thomas totally understood and didn’t push us to use his company’s service, advising us to try less harmful alternatives ourselves before considering chemicals. At the end of the two-hour-consultation, Thomas checked our garage and walked around our house, offering us additional tips to prevent rodent problems. We couldn’t thank Thomas enough for all the invaluable advice and he only charged us a reasonable consultation fee. Thomas came to our house within 24 hours of calling him. He did a thorough inspection to find out the sources of where our mice were coming into our house. He was so friendly and wonderful to deal with. He gave us many helpful suggestions to deal with the possible places of entrance.
