Taha came to my house in Brooklin to treat a very bad infestation of carpenter ants. He responded immediately to my calls and returned immediately when we found other areas with carpenter ants. He is very knowledgeable about pest control and provided us advice in order to stop their spread. He is very personable and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. I have recommended him to my family and neighbours and he has gotten rid of the carpenter ants from a very bad infestation. We will be having him return each year to stave off any return of ants. I HIGHLY recommend Contact Pest Control.

Taha came with one of his employees and he was very honest and prepared me on what could be happening in my attic. Pricing was very straight forward and they were able to do same day service. Turns out, there was a mother raccoon with 5 babies. It chewed through my neighbour's vents, chewed the wall, and settled in my attic. My neighbours were in disbelief that it the entry point came from their side but Taha was very patient in explaining and showing my neighbour where the entry point was. He and his crew were very professional, with 5 year warranty. They installed the one-way door and relocated the babies near the entry point so the mother could retrieve them. They were able to look for possible entry points and reinforced my vents. He said he would even disinfect the area of where the babies and mother settled. Taha's pricing was very hoenst because I have called other companies that would ask for $450 minimum to inspect. Other companies would also ask for an additional fee to clean up the area.

Unfortunately, I was one of the bedbugs victims within the city of Toronto. My family and I were terrified as the bites have made every one at the house not looking forward into going to bed anymore. After doing some research online, I came across many local extermination service providers, and I called few of them to inquire about their bedbugs extermination protocol. Contact pest control provides a three month warranty including a K9 dog inspection to clear the unit of any life bedbugs activities. I discovered a wasps nest in a small crack in the wall by my front door. I called Contact Pest Control and spoke with Taha. He expalined what the procedure was to get rid of the wasps and advised that he could attend the same day in the late afternoon. I ordered 2 services for killed the cockroaches however my place still have a lot of cockroaches after the services was finished. when I asked the company about what was done in side my unit, they refused to give me report. It really bad service and no worth for the price.

We called taha when we found a bedbug on the bed one day. We were terrified because we have a newborn in the house and we don’t want him to get any bites and we don’t have the luxury of throwing out our furniture or moving houses.Taha was very responsive from the very first call and he explained to us what to expect and he answered all our questions. We called him a lot for three days and he never got bored of replying our calls and he made sure that we understand everything very clearly. he was always extremely friendly and modest when he spoke to us. he managed to book an appointment with us to come and spray the house three days after we found the bed bug although he was extremely busy ..while other companies told us that it would take them a week or two to come. taha was extremely punctual and he came sharp on time and he inspected the house inch by inch before deciding to spray anything. he checked all the furniture and walls thoroughly and he thankfully didn't find any evidence of a bed bug infection so he decided that it is unnecessary to spray the house. to us, this was such a noble and responsible act because it showed us that he cares about our newborn health and he also cares that we don't just spend a lot of money for no reason. he told us to wait for a couple of days and call him if we found another bedbug but thankfully there is nothing so far. but because he was so friendly and caring we would still like to stay in touch with him from time to time, he is such a good person to deal with and he is very professional and well educated and he does his job with passion. we definitely recommend him! he deserves more than five stars!
