Came to fix a roach infestation at my house. He said we caught it early and we decided to spray just in case. Told me there’s a 6 month warranty. It’s been 2 months and I seen a roach again. He’s no where to be found. Can’t get a hold of him. I called the number and I was told “he’s on vacation, text him”. I’ve tried to reach him and no answer. I overpaid compared to Orkin. Orkin quoted $300 and I paid him almost $500; thinking ill be helping a small business. But completely unresponsive and unreliable and didn’t do the job right.

Honestly it was really urgent matter and he came next day to take care of this wasp nests where the underneath the roof above the windows. We had a mice problem, and the guy came and assessed everything first, before doing anything (this included indoors, and outside, and in the garage). He was able to assess how they were getting into the house, and laid out traps for the mice, as well as gave us tips for reducing, and preventing the problem from increasing. Was very friendly, and knowledgeable in what he was doing. Not only was the assessment something that some bigger companies may charge extra for, or not even do, but the price was also much cheaper than other companies. Highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem.

Very unprofessional service. The pest controller promised for total control with 6 months guaranty but the pest was not even controlled at all. He did 2 treatments but his attitude doesn't seems to do best service to keep up his promises, rather just wanted to finish up and leave. And also the chemical he use doesn't seems up to the standard. No answer from him for the question, what is the meaning for 6 months guaranty? I am going escalate this issue to next level as we can't allow it to continue.....

Wonderful service. I rented a room and the tenant brought me bed bugs. I called Naiser and he came next day on time. He was very helpful with advise. He was also very patient with my tenant who was arguing, telling him her life story and waisted at least hour and half of his time before he could start working. He answer all mine and the tenant's questions. I happened to moved in the place with bed bugs once before. The person that came for service then was not so willing to answer questions. Did the work in big rush and that was what I was expecting this time. I was very pleasantly surprised. He sprayed very well every room in the apartment. He invested his time and effort. We live in a townhouse and the next door family got it done around the same time 5 months ago and they never seen one after they got their treatment done from Blueconforce.ca and they sealed the entry points on top of all this they charged them alot cheaper then what we paid!!!
