We were recommended this company after asking my property manager friend for some help. It's now been 2 months since we received heat treatment from BHT, and we’ve been very happy with the results of their services. A free initial inspection was performed by Chris and Davis, and evidence of the random bites my wife was receiving for the last month and a half were finally explained. I had no idea since I am not reactive to the bed bug bites. Ever since their crew came and performed their service, my wife has reported no bites and we still have 30 more days of warranty. We highly recommend them for any bed bug problems you might encounter. Money well spent and no regrets.

I'm very happy with BHT. I called them Chris and Davis come on the same day for inspection and had my place treated in 2 days after. Very polite, professional and hard working. My bachelor apartment was treated at around 150 degrees Fahrenheit and so far everything is good thank God. Also their price was very reseanable. I highly recommend.

I had bed bug problem on October 3, 2019 we tried all pest control companies their customer service was bad and prices were very high. I called Bugs Heat Terminator their Customer service was Excellent they said we will not Quote but, inspect first for free. They came inspected the entire house showed us the bed bug infestation and gave us heat treatment recommendation but, gave spray option too. We preferred the heat treatment and they came on October 13, 2019 and did an excellent job. On January 13, I was bit by a bug and sent them message. As per my convenience appointment was set on 19th they have come FREE OF CHARGE and did spray of all the house. They are the BEST of THE VERY BEST.

BHT has one of the best customer service I’ve come across in a long time! When I called for a quote and information on my situation, the staff (David) was very patient and explained things in details while also calming down because I was freaking out about the situation. They were at my place the next day and accommodated my late hours work schedule. The job was done once, they did not have to come back for a second treatment. Which made it soo easy considering my work schedule and how nervous I was. I HATE BUGS! ???? Soooo amazing! BHT not only gave me the best customer service but also the best price. I received a call the next day from The staff to check on me since they knew I was freaking out about the bed bugs! I was told I could call back or email them with any or as many questions. We had a amazing amazing experience with this team! They are all such great guys! We were so stressed about the bed bugs in our house, we spent over $2000 on getting chemical spray done and it simply did not work but the heat treatment was so effective we have not seen any sign of bugs from that day! About a week and a half ago, I noticed that we had problems with carpenter ants in several areas of the house, including parts of the basement. I contacted several pest control companies and ended up using Bugs Heat Terminator. After a free onsite assessment of the problem, two gentleman, Chris and Davis came in a day later and took care of the problem. They were very professional and I found them to be very thorough when spraying the entire outside perimeter of the house, and also inside the rooms of the house. To date, we have not had any reoccurrence and I do strongly recommend this company for any pest related problems. (Note: Their price I found to be very reasonable compared to other companies that do the same type of work).

BHT was one of the most responsive and informative companies out there that put me at such ease. I had a concern of potentially having bed bugs and two of their wonderful inspectors came out to do a thorough inspection. Unfortunately they found one bed big but because of their keen eye, they spotted and recommended the appropriate treatment to ensure it didn't become a full blown infestation. Marco and another technician came out to do the treatment and I felt so comfortable enough to leave them alone in the home and lock up. Second treatment was done today and havent seen a single bug! Shout out to Maria for answering my anxious emails very quickly and was very kind and supportive!

I rent an apartment few months ago and I started recognize some bedbugs in my place, and showing some bites but I didn’t know if it was from bedbugs or mosquitos, so I decided to have an inspection, I asked my friends if they knew any company and one of them recommended me BHT, i was so afraid that I had this infestation but cris and Davis went to my house they did the inspection and we did an appointment for a heat treatment and spray. So my wife and I went on vacation and stayed at a hotel that had bed bugs. We came home and since my wife and I aren’t allergic to bed bug bites we had a growing infestation without knowing for about 3 months. We called BHT and I spoke to Chris and he came to inspect our home. my first use of this company was in June of 2020 as i had a really bad infestation of bedbugs that sadly were not being efficiently treated with the sprays my building was doing, after months of constantly being bitten i decided to seek an alternative being i also had babies in residence , I spoke with Maria she was very pleasant ,informative and also placed my mind at ease about my situation, My service of heat treatment was promptly set it (also affordable) and they did a great job !!! i came back to find bugs dead from places in my two bedroom unit i didnt even expect they could be , I lived bug free without any issues until again this summer of 2021 i was faced with the same issue again ( building is infested with bed bugs) I decided to move out and most obvious had to decide whether to throw all my stuff away or find a way to ensure it was bug free !! and i did just that !!!! came right back to BHT for another heat treatment . They treated my apartment and furniture one day and the next i was gone from that awful place !!! since then this has been a month and i have not seen any signs that i brought those things with me , BHT was also thoughtful enough that they treated my. new place right after i moved in as well to give me the best chance possible of some protection in my new home !! I have had nothing but fantastic service from BHT . I scoured the Internet for the best people to fumigate my house for bugs. I dealt with Chris at bugs heat terminator and I couldn't be happier. You won't find a better price and the young man he sent to spray (Felipe) was so lovely and I immediately felt comfortable enough to leave him alone in my home while he sprayed. He was extremely knowledgeable, and even helped me bag up some of my stuff. I was nervous that things would get damaged or would smell strongly of chemicals but when I came home at the end of the day I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no odor after spraying and no bugs inside again! Providing professional and courteous service, Bugs Heat were my saviours in helping rid my unit of a bed bug infestation that had overtaken my unit in August 2017. After having a horrible experience with the pest control company my landlord originally contracted, the gentlemen that came to assist me not only in prepping my unit for the heat treatment that killed the infestation but also for the follow-up gas treatment that help seal the deal with these horrible pests.
