Definitely not a pet friendly service... I noticed our dog sniffing around and inspected the area. I found bait / poison placed at ground level. Our dog had the runs for several days possibly from consuming bait located in other open ground level applications. Professionals would consider house pets. You won't find a work order or invoice under my name. It was for Robert Cook Co-op in south Etobicoke. Your technicians came back a 2nd time to apply small dabs of green and brown substances throughout the apartments. They were specifically asked not apply anything in an open area that our dog could reach. Your technicians response was... It is safe for pets to eat. He then applied the pesticide to the base of the toilet and left. As I said earlier... Definitely not pet friendly and definitely not professional.
