Great service and great prices!!! I had a wasp nest hidden behind aluminum flashing over my backyard door. AOP Pest Control North York quickly and effectively treated the nest. By late afternoon, I was no longer able to detect any wasp activity at all. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. YOu should give them a try and you'll never regret that you did.

I contacted the company on Thursday and the exterminator told me that he would come the following day at 1:30 PM and he would phone me. My mother waited at home all day long for the exterminator who never showed up and never called. I called the following day to find out what happened. The girl at reception apologized and said that she will get exterminator to call me right away. I agreed and continue to wait. No phone call ever came from the exterminator or the office itself. This turned into a three day event. I called the office First thing Monday to inquire about them not following up or through with appointments. The girl went silent on the phone whispering to someone else in the background and then hung up. I did not speak abusively or use profanity. I wouldn’t recommend this company as they are unprofessional and lack customer service skills for clients. Very unprofessional!
