We received a flyer and were hopeful as we were looking for a gardener at the time. They did great work on the garden and weeding but in the end we were left disappointed as they didn’t quite finish the project as we desired and promised to come back after numerous calls from us. I understand that if someone can’t make it on the day promised, they at least call and try to reschedule. Oh well, will keep searching for a more reliable team...

Ryan and his team have just finished a major landscaping overhaul at our home. We ripped out both the front and back yards and literally started over again. Ryan's planning was exceptional. Every team member he brought to the project was a true professional and executed their job perfectly. The project included the building of a new front yard patio, complete replanting of both front and back yards, turf replacement, installation of a fountain, replacing 100 feet of fencing, superb pruning of mature trees, installation of in-ground irrigation and landscape lighting and so many more small details. The team turned up when planned and were wonderful to have around. Ryan was responsive each and every-time we reached out to him. We hired Seymour Lawn Maintenance to over seed our front lawn and we feel very short changed. They used minimal product and spent only 10 minutes doing the job but charged us for much more. If I wasn't at home when the guys came, I probably wouldn't have noticed that any work was done. I spoke to the manager and was told our invoice would be adjusted to reflect the work done but we were invoiced the full estimate amount instead. We feel very taken advantage of. Needless to say, we are no longer using them for our lawn care and do not recommend them to anyone.

Ryan and his teams were responsive, hardworking and detailed. In our backyard, their careful handtrimming of a giant messy laurel and some overgrown trees in an awkward location really opened up our view. Our neighbours were pleased with their work and their communication as well. A second team came for a full day of front yard work. They did a great job pulling out unwanted shrubs, reshaping and edging all of our garden beds, adding good soil, landscape fabric and mulch, and even planting in some new plants that they recommended and we picked up. Full job done well, on time and on budget. Thanks to Ryan for checking in to make sure all details were to our liking. We'll use them again and are recommending Seymour Lawn to neighbours and friends!

We agreed on a brand new lawn and installation of slate rock areas with beautiful Irish and Scotch mosses. This company helped repair my lawn after it was infected with the Chafer Beetle. Other companies insisted on a new lawn for thousands or dollars but Seymour Lawn was able to rebuild my lawn organically for a fraction of the cost. Looking forward to some family time in our yard this summer.

A seasonal wind-storm hit our friends house in New Westminster, they call their local lawn and garden people, and no one was available on a moments notice, as their walk way to the house was blocked by a fallen tree. As they were in a bind, I recommended our North Shore's, Seymour Lawn and Garden company. I called Seymour Lawn & Garden who was also booked with emergency wind-storm clean ups and regular customers, and they came through for us on a moments notice and was able to get their Garden specialists team our to our friends house and cleared the tree out to regain entry to our friend's home on the same day!! I have quoted over 10 landscaping companies to redo our landscaping completely. It was quite a big project with front yard + back yard + do a complete clean up behind our property. Ryan met me for a first meeting and as he saw the property he was very enthusiastic about all the potencial and that we could do with our landscaping. Differently than other companies that simply heard my ideas (I am not a landscaper, therefore I didnt quite know what I wanted), he shared his ideas, heard mine and quickly understood we were hoping for a low mantainance garden, but full of lush plants and flowers, not a simple minimalistic garden. We started our project in the begining of March and the whole process was clear (communication wise), easy and a pleasure to deal with. Ryan's team is amazing, everyone was so hardworking, on time and always so pleasant and polite. They showed up early and worked hard all day. They always cleaned up in the end of the day, which was nice ( we have dogs and needed to take the dogs out to the backyard sometimes). As the project started to take shape we were so excited to see all the plants and trees to be delivered and then planted, and I was so glad that Ryan understood my love of flowers and he made sure all the flowers were in a color pallete of my liking. Our big project is ready now and we are beyond happy. Us and all our neighbors :), we have so many people stopping by to admire the garden and have received countless compliments on how beautiful the garden looks. The transformation was absolutely amazing! Ryan and his team will also work with us for maintanance and we have a new project scheduled to start next year. We cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough. BE WARNED!! Scam artists. Do not believe the fake positive Google reviews left for this company, look at the negative comments if you want the truth. They are very dishonest, charge you for many hours of “work” but they do not complete even half the work they promised and leave your yard in an awful mess only for you to have to hire someone else to do the work. I hope nobody gets scammed like we have so please do not hire them and find a reputable company instead. Seymour Lawn Maintenance are the worst gardeners on the North Shore! AVOID

Well what a regretful purchase that was. His crew only came twice and didn’t even complete the whole package we paid for! We called many times and all our calls went unanswered.
