Wow ! from start to finish the service from Pest Detective was amazing. I called the office and the guy who helped me was so knowledgeable. He walked me through my rat problem. I was beyond upset - my daughter and I had seen a rat the night before. As a single mom, you can imagine how uncomfortable I was to know there was a rat in my house. I couldn't go back until I knew it was gone. Kelly was able to come out and help me that day. Thank goodness! I don't know what I would have done. These days most companies do not provide this level or speed of service along with such knowledge about rodents and how to control them. I would happily recommend Pest Detective to all of my friends and family for any rodent, insect or wildlife issue !
