Gary came to my upstairs suite, last minute, on a Saturday, during the holiday season, and did a thorough inspection due to a bedbug sighting. You can tell how much experience he has with pests, especially insects, through conversation. There was no evidence of an infestation, and he didn't capitalize on my very obvious panic and push for extra treatment - just suggested some very logical next steps. I will be going to Avon for all future pest issues, if they come up. Anyway, give them a try, heavily recommended.

They came three times with dog& treated the house multiple time but we keep on finding the bedbugs . So started searching for a well qualified professional and found about Dr Garry Mann who is Entomologist & He is the owner of Avon Pest Control . We called Dr Garry Mann he responded very quickly & came to our house next day. He was very thorough about bed bugs & inspection he took around an hour to interview us/consult and inspect the house to make right plan as per our interior home environment. I had bed bugs in my condo in Vancouver Downtown this year. I called a company who has Dog and Heat treatment services for bed bugs. They came three times in my apartment & done heat treatment one time that cost me $ 1300. I got again bed bug in 35 days; than I call them they refuse to provide service for free. I got a reference from someone at my work place to call Dr Mann of Avon Pest Control. I called them they came next day and thoroughly investigated and explained to me everything about bed bugs. I learn unique way to exterminate the bed bugs from Dr Mann. He is highly qualified and experienced professional. They did excellent job and treated my suite once. Very poor service. Gary Avon pest control came In for what was thought to be a flea infestation on June 22nd 2018. He did spray but did not do any follow up. Me and my partner where still getting bit until Avon came again on July 29th 2018. To spray again described to tech paul what was going on he said it sounded like bed bugs. He inspected and could not find any. But he said he will spray as he said just because he could not find any does not mean they aren't there . He sprayed yet we are still are getting bit by something and it is now September. My complaint with avon is that I have been doing research and pest control companies will spray and then reschedule for exactly two weeks later to get any eggs that may have hatched. Avon does not do this . They do not contact people to reschedule and do follow ups in a acceptable time frame like other pest control companies. Also avon on there Facebook page says they have a four month guarantee. I do not see any evidence of this. All I see is evidence of very poor work ethic and false advertising. I am seriously considering taking legal action against this company for false advertising as well as pain and suffering. I will also be putting in a complaint in with the BBB. and doing my best to make sure their business liscense is removed. AVON pest control has exactly two from the time of this post to comply and come in to do treatment correctly and then a follow up exactly two weeks later. I had a bed bug problem in my building in downtown, Vancouver. I got reference of Dr.Mann from Avon pest control. I scheduled appointment with Dr.Mann to figure out my problem.He told me not to disturb anything in the suite until he arrives.He came on scheduled time and inspected the building thoroughly.He interviewed the tenant and explained about the prevention of bed bugs in future.The prep. was carried out under his supervision and treatment was done professionally.I was surprised the problem was gone with his just one visit.Its almost 6 months now ,we never had any issue related to bed bugs in the building.He warrantied his work.I was really happy with his services and his quality of work.
