Easily the best exterminators we’ve ever had. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Accommodated a reschedule smoothly. And not only did they come in and do a MUCH more thorough job than our apartment building exterminator, but they educated us on where and what the problems were as to how roaches were getting into our home. Time will tell of it was truly successful, and at that point, I’ll update my review. But for now, I’m a very happy customer.

I called with a pest problem. They said that they would have someone over between 1-5. John was here in no time, set up the traps and sprayed the place. Reasonable annual plan.

Jimmy came to my house to check for any rodents or site of them eating any of the traps based on our 30-day follow-up. He was able to put more bait in the traps just in case. He explained to us that the rodent that we were chasing is dead and he also sprayed for insects. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work.

I had an ant infestation. The little black variety that seem to just keep multiplying. We were concerned with finding an exterminator for the job because we have several young lizards of different varieties and raise bugs for their food source. We also have two dogs. I spoke to Alison who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would use this company again.

i would highly recommend using rest easy pest control. When I called to schedule the appointment the woman who picked up was extremely sweet and understanding and they offered an appointment within a few hours. Angel showed up on time, was patient, nice, understanding, answered ALL my questions, and was able to determine what the issue was and fix immediately. Angel was truly an angel sent from above. I will definitely use rest easy pest control in the future and signed up for their annual plan. Thank you angel!

The tech seemed to know what he was doing and found the source of the mouse problem quickly and did all he could to fix it and leave devices to analyze later to see if they’re still around. Over all the tech seemed good; remains to be seen whether the mice are gone for good but they offer a yearly plan where they come on demand whenever there’s a problem, which is a good service.

They are not just exterminators, given a problem they will go the extra to solve it. We had an army of yuck, from landlords basement pest control, which of course came up to our offices. Rest Easy knew how to handle it. We also have a regular person who knows our space.
