Good for their word. I called, they came a day later. A week later, the ants were still around so they came again without hesitation or complaint. A week after that, the ants were gone. Both the person on the phone and the person who came to do the work were pleasant, informative, and professional. A nice company that I'll use again when needed.

I have used North Point Pest Solutions on several occasions and they are THE BEST !! I had rodent problems, ant problems, spiders.....Carlos and his crew came out and all these nuisances were GONE!! Very professional, courteous and polite. Marked company vehicles, company polo shirt, clean. Not some torn baggy jeans in a dirty t-shirt in a run down pickup with hand painted signs on the door. This company is AAA and the crew knows their business. I highly recommend North Point Pest Solutions for your pest control issues.

Following poor response time from my previous service provider, a trusted acquaintance recommended North Point Pest Solutions based in Marin County. Two months later a trap caught a rat just inside the crawl space of my Sausalito property. I left a voice message with NPPS Inc and within an hour, Chris, my assigned service tech arrived to remove the critter. Nice! When making a service request to my former pest service I seemingly always got their answering service who would ask me to spell Sausalito with promises that someone would be in touch with me. The typical response was that they didn't have a service tech in my area until next week!

Just wanted to say how great these guys were We live on a lagoon so from time to time we get rodents in the area especially when there is construction going on in the area. We have them come out once a month just to check. This week we noticed an unusual smell and needed help. I texted Carlos and our regular guy Chris came out the next morning.
