Ryan came out and inspected our house (and charged us $150). Since then he has been completely unresponsive. He said he would provide an estimate, but has not responded since to our multiple calls. I called from a different number and he did pick up and and said he just hadn't had time and would send the estimate that night, but we never heard from him again. Such poor business practices.

I am bit lazy so I pasting my yelp review here. I had rat infestation that was too much for my cat, so I decided to get some help. I called all the "Attic" Guys. They all just measured square footage and gave me a price by footage. Ryan came out and was the first person who walked around my house and inspected entry points. The other companies did not. His estimate was lower, so I decided to use him of course. Once his crew came over and started, some of the items I was quoted for by his competitors didn't need to be replaced at all. All of them said I needed new vents, I did have a vent problem but he just pounded out the vent and reused it. Him and his crew came out and in one day removed the insulation and replaced just what was needed. Ryan was honest and told me I didn't need all new insulation and only replaced what was needed. Ryan sealed up my house and placed traps. When it was time to settle up came the best part. He was significantly under the estimate. This is first time I didn't mind at all paying a bill. I had some other issue he was able to help with as well. He has additional skills as well, so just and ask and he might be able to help. I totally recommend Ryan and his crew.

Called for a mouse issue in a store room in a relatively newer home. They came out and gave an honest assessment of where the mice could be getting in...came back a week or so later and secured all entry points into the room. Easy to work with, overall good value. Highly recommend.
