...the folks at this building supply are about the most knowledgeable in the business. I asked casually about a product not expecting anything to come of it and within moments I had an answer and full product information pertaining to the product. With that being said, I threw another question about a product that I deemed impossible to find (and was told the same by other stores retailing the product) and again within moments I had what I needed, customized to what I needed (master door latch). The store is clean, spacious and orderly. The staff is pretty incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

In this current province wide lockdown its hard to get what you want in a timely manner. These guys are great! A simple phonecall can get your order placed quick, you show up, the girls come out to meet you at your car, process it with a portable machine or take your cash and you get your order. Not to mention they have so much stuff to do your DIY projects, it's like the No Frills of Home Improvement, they don't carry it all like the big orange store, but they do a better job taking care of their customers. We'll done guys and gals!

I love this store. The woman who greets you when you first enter the store is so kind and lovely and makes you feel so welcome and is very helpful. I walked to the back of the store and was offered help very quickly and was in and out with exactly what I needed in about 2 minutes. The guys at the back were fast at getting our order and when we were cutting our sonotube with an exacto knife, one of the guys walked over and asked if he could help and offered us a hand saw to help. Great place, will definitely be back.

Went in looking for toilet safe declogger, the staff pointed out his top pick, which said on the back in all caps NOT FOR USE IN TOILETS. I pointed this out to the staff and he said, "yep." I pointed out the warning and advised of what I'd read online to be met with another "yep". I than confirmed with the salesman that even though the bottle and everything online advised against it, I should use it. "Yep," feeling not so sure, I said I'd look elsewhere, at which time I was laughed out of the store by the boys club hangingout in their circle desk area. I'll shop at Walmart, or online thanks.

Every time I go to this store I am impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are. Carry All has all the things I needed for my project and they were very patient while I figured out how much I would need. The most helpful staff I have experienced in North Bay when it comes to small home renovations/repairs. They even discounted two of my products by 20% when only one had minor damage at the bottom corner where most people won't see anyway. I need to start making this store my first choice when needing something. They have helped me a great deal on 3 separate occasions with a different person each time!
