This amazing man received my call because I was freaking out after noticing some fur stuck in my airconditioner vent. I truly thought a wild animal had gotten in the vent. He was very kind, inquisitive and wanted to help. What had happened though was one of my kids who are all under 7 had placed a stuffed animal there. This wonderful human being was so kind to take a look and told me he would give me a quote after looking. Once he came he saw it was a stuffed animal. I was freaking out all day thinking a big animal maybe had died in my AC vent. I offered to give him even gas money for coming here to look, but he refused. He was just happy to help. Something for me to laugh about when kids are grown but also something he should be proud of for helping me. Thanks and I highly recommend him. He is a good guy. If you do have pests he can be trusted to do his best to get rid of them.

Indian Meal Moths (aka Pantry Moths). I purchased a home with an undisclosed whole home infestation. Fortunately, this was noticed by chance during one of my walk throughs prior to closing. I had hired a professional cleaning company to address the cleanliness of the home prior to my purchase. They highly recommended Regional Pest Management and noted that they won't use anyone other than Mike. I was extremely freaked out by my situation. Mike was calm and explained these creatures to me. He willingly took on the job at this property and was extremely responsive and professional. He is diligent in his work. He listens to his clients and provides honest answers. He gave me guidance to help expedite the process and let me know where I could save on money. There is no way that we could have tackled the infestation without an exterminator and I am so grateful that I called Regional Pest Management. Anyone that has an Indian Meal Moth Infestation will know how stubborn these creatures are. Mike was able to tackle them. I would suggest to any home owner fighting these creatures or any others, to not hesitate, and just call Mike.

I highly recommend Mike's services. Last week he came to our house to help with an ongoing yellow jacket problem in our shed. Numerous people had been stung near the shed and they had become quite a nuisance. Mike came to our house and was able to exterminate the yellow jackets and remove the hive from the shed. Mike at Regional Pest is professional and does great work. I wasn't able to stay on top of my dirty tenants enough which lead to a cockroach infestation. Mike was awesome to deal with. He's great at communicating over the phone/by text. He provided me an inspection and reassured me my issue could be resolved. He gave me great advice on dealing with my issue and gave me a plan of action. I feel like after getting rid of my tenant and the bugs that I have my house back again. I learned a great lesson but couldn't have done so without Mike. He's the best in the business and I would happily use him again or recommend him to anyone that needs him. He's the guy you never want to call but you're happy you did because he will take care of your problem and give you back peace of mind which you can't really put a price on. I was having a problem with a hive forming in my front porch roof. I called late in the evening and spoke with Mike. He was fantastic and just had a few simple questions. He was able to tell me a lot about my situation just from those few questions and offered me alternative solutions to my problem. He came out the next morning at a specific time (without giving me a 3-4 hour window of when he might show up like some other companies do). He did an amazing and thorough job, told me exactly what to look for and expect over the next week. He was also kind enough to survey another pest issue I was having while he was there.
