After calling countless pest control businesses I finally decided to go with this one. I had the pleasure of dealing with, Nina. She took the call with the utmost professionalism. I explained to her that I had uncovered a mass infestation of carpenter ants as I began my home renovation. She outlined the exact procedure to be done without missing a beat which left me at ease. As anyone could imagine finding carpenter ants eating away at your home. Sure enough the scope of work was done within a few days. I'm happy to report the carpenter aunts are gone! I just used Just Pests for a nasty ant problem I had this summer. This company was amazing to work with. They were very professional on the phone, they were able to come out the next day and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process to me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from reoccurring. I found this company to be fairly priced and effective.
