Fantastic staff. I purchased a large item here that had to be partially disassembled. The store manager was excellent. He made sure I had lots of help with taking it apart and loading it in my car. The gentleman who took it apart and helped me load it in my car is very friendly and helpful. Great experience with the store manager and staff. Thank you!

Buyer beware, while walking through the store looking for a few things I notice these 2 coolers, both well above the safe storage temperature. I mentioned it to a staff member, who asked me what I wanted him to do about it and I say do something about it, as it is not safe.

Pet Food Dept. is such a disappointment. Flavors of Friskies indoor canned cat food have been taken off the shelves, and a lot of the time there are no 12 can boxes of the Indoor flavors. Frequently out of stock in canned and dry foods, and litter. I no longer shop there if I can help it.

Tillsonburg Walmart is very disappointing! The location is horrible horrible horrible! Difficult to get in and out. Hard for seniors and people with disabilities to get supplies there. Plus it's dirty and junky. Selection of products are very poor, and produce is usually old, mouldy and rotten. Woodstock Walmart is a way better Walmart than Tillsonburg. It's worth the drive to Woodstock Walmart for much better products!!!!

Worst walmart in the city. Whoever is in charge of their stock needs to be let go. They have been out of basic items on many trips: milk, ice cream, allen keys, thank you cards. Save yourself some time and drive the extra 5 minutes to deerfoot meadows, where you know you'll find what you need.

A bit messy and found that their price matching policy is different than all the other Walmarts that I've been to. The excuse was that different stores and different budgets so they choose what to match? Not sure where that came from but the Walmart at MacLeod and Southland, Detroit meadows and McKensie Towne never hesitate to price match. I think I recommend to skip this location. The staff seem like they want to help bit the managers do not.

Helpful staff....lost 20 minutes of my day with a mis-priced item at self check out. Remove these machines.... every time I use them there is always a human to assist....and they usually have to. I was in store early and it took some time for a human to help.... then it took her 15 minutes to sort it out. I estimate you have a 20% fail rate. And while 80% success may look good on a balance sheet...the issues the 20% fails cause, erodes your customer's confidence. I will not use them again and almost left your store before checkout over a $1 price difference. Store was clean...I found everything I needed... up until checkout I was a very pleased customer.

So disappointment today! I was wondering why they don't carry the large Nescafe instant coffee anymore. So I saw a clerk in a aisle. Hi sir do you still carry the Nescafe Instant coffee and he held his mask close to his face and very Rudley said NO. Then went back to what he was doing. I just wanted to know why or could you find out if you can get it. So ya I walked away right away because he obviously did not want to help. So HEY WAL-MART what the heck. Maybe remind your employees that having customers heĺp you keep your job but if your rude. Then forget it I'll go to the superstore.

I love the fact that this is Supercentre. I can pick up some grocery items at the same time as other house hold essential I may need. There is also a McDonald's in here, so it is great to get our little girl an ice cream to eat in the cart while we shop - win - win. Friendly cashiers as well.

My wife, son and I were treated quiet poorly at customer service while trying to make a return. It was nuts in there today. Also wasn't really happy that I couldn't use a store credit card that my wife sent me a picture of at the register. She sent me a picture of the bar code on the card. I asked how to use it at the self checkout and the employee said it couldn't be used. You would think in store credit would be an opinion on their self serve machines. Very disappointed in this. People now a days are using their phones more than ever. If the bar code is readable it should be able to be used. On a semi positive note I got a free cookie that they were giving out to the many people in line.

Not bad selection but 3 isles of pet related products is not necessary. There are never anyone in those isles yet the 3 or 4 other isles are very narrow and are jammed full of people. Shopping on a Friday night can be an annoying experience due to the volume and attitude of the shoppers.

I love our Walmart. I wish it was a supercentre but being not one has it's advantages as well. Being smaller it's not very busy but a great place to easily drop into and pickup items needed that are far more expensive at convenient stores. It also has a pharmacy and it is actually quicker to buy from than the 7-11 nearby

Sadly to say, barely any cashier's working, line ups are almost from one door to the other! Strawberries and gum spread all over the floor at the cashier's, people walking over the strawberries smashing them everywhere making the floors very unsafe to walk on as it was very slippery! I walked around it as much I could. The store is so much bigger now' but unfortunately the shelves are mostly empty. It should be "Bigger store, Bigger variety of choices ! NOT. Very disappointing because I asked for help as I couldn't find what I went there for, and the employee told me to order it on line! I was speechless when the Walmart employee was encouraging me to shop on li e, rather than tell me it will be in store later! This is what makes me an online shopper! Install of getting help in the store I'm told to shop on like! Not very impressed!

Dingy, small and uninviting...all they did was change the color scheme and take out the restaurant when they took over from Zellers. Most of the time the hair salon is closed and the nail salon is always empty. Better to drive 5 minutes north or south on Deerfoot and shop at one of the Supercentres.

Old lady cashiers treat and watch you like you’re a shoplifter. They charge 5 cents a bag and if you bring your own bags they just sit everything on the other side of the checkout to bag yourself. It is a walmart. Unlike the USA our walmart does not carry liquor or cigarettes. It is smaller and has less product than Walmarts in the USA. But usually a one stop shop if you need a little of this and a little of that. Huge parking lot. Sometimes RVs and campers will set up for the night while on the road. Seems like a general walmart thing that they seem to allow. Staff is friendly (I am here more than I like to admit) Isles are a little narrow when moving through with a cart. Macdonalds inside, automotive service centre, optomatrist, and passport and family photos. Like I said. It's Walmart. They probably got what you need.

I don't know why they call our Wal-Mart in Tillsonburg a super store ! It has higher prices than some of the flyers from our grocery stores, and we have the most expensive stores for grocery shopping in town. They try and sell more groceries than retail, the selection for clothing and shoes are pathetic, always have to go out of town any way for sizes and colours. They should never have let them in the town centre, no room, no parking half the time. They need a store out in a bigger mall or set out alone some were with a larger parking lot.

I have never had a problem with this store until recently. In the last few days I have gone in to purchase, only a few items, and noticed that the shelves are not being filled during the night shiift. I don't know if it is the employee or the store. But if the customer has been in the store and it is not on your shelves they will start going else where. While I was there today I did complain to one of the staff members. There was a man in front of me with a full cart in the express lane; the cashier said nothing can be done about it. Why have the express if you are not going to follow with the quide lines of the "express lanes". Try put a sign up in various language so every one will know the meaning of express. I hope the next time I go there the shelves will be filled.
