We had a problem with some "unwelcome guests" and got a few bids from a few pest control Companies. The first one was equally as professional and kind, but "CRAZY" expensive. The Pest Control Company were equally as professional, polite.. etc, but their bid came in $3100 less for the same exact service, of... it gets WAY better!!!! They were able to just treat the room with the issue (100% guaranteed) instead of our 2500 square foot home. The other Company would ONLY do the entire house, even though it was proven that there were no issues elsewhere. Nicholas and another employee just left, they answered ALL of my questions, were thorugh and I pop aid $650... or around there. That is a savings of $6900... HUGE savings, with the same end result. Do I reccomend "The Pest Control Company"? Absolutely!!!! A happy customer....

We had issues with rodents and ants and called them based on their good reviews. We were given the same quality of service we expected. Their technicians entered our home with face masks and gloves (middle of COVID-19 crisis), evaluated our needs and started fixing issues right away (points of entry for rodents). We signed up for their monthly "Gold" service and could not be happier. Peace of mind that rodents are not destroying our insulation, wiring and keeping us up at night is worth every penny.

My family and I highly recommend Christian and Nick with The Pest Control Company! Their personable and knowledgeable experience gave me so much ease and reassurance that we could rid my house of mice. I have spent the last four days in a sleep deprived, stressful, haze. I have woken up the last three days at 4 or 5 am to the sound of my cat cornering mice in different spots of the house. This company quickly responded to my request for an appointment and came out the next day to scope out my house. Within 24 hours, they set up nonpoisonous traps and secured all the potential entry points. I am reassured that they will be back next week and continue to provide my home with preventative care. Also doesn't hurt they come from the best state ever (Alaska!), which made me feel really at home in a state with pests I was not familiar with. Can't recommend enough- this was a blessing in disguise!

He patched it temporarily the same day I called them, with the plan to fix it permanently on his second visit in 5-7 days. I've only had the first of the four visits, but so far I'm very pleased and would highly recommend The Pest Control Company.

Probably a little early to do this since we just had service today. It will take a couple of days before the results become apparent, however this is what I know. Not only was he on time, but he called and asked if he could come early. Very refreshing. Showed him the issue, Yellow Jackets have created a nest behind a utility box on the side of my house. The estimate for the work was very reasonable, so I gave the go ahead. He treated the area and was gone in about half an hour. Says he will be back in a few days to make sure it worked completely and will clean out the nest and bodies. The rep was very polite and made me confident that he knew what he was doing. Seems very professional. Proof is in the results, so in a couple of days we will know more.

PCC had things under control in a couple weeks, continually digging to find that elusive entry point that had been missed on the first pass. They have been great to work with and very professional.

And they are very punctual and keep their appointments and are on time. And keeping up with treatments has definitely helped with pest control around our home - mostly ants and spiders! This company is so honest. We had Jonas as our service tech, thinking we had ants under our deck as one of our flower pots on the deck became infested with carpenter ants, we removed the flower pot before Jonas had arrived. Jonas climbed under the deck and checked it out and said there were no ants. He did not have to spray whick saved us money. Usually they would try to sell you something, what a good quality in a company, to help a customer and tell them they don't need their service at this time. We will definitely us this company again.

Prompt appointment from when I first called. The large wasp nest was exterminated from under a deck 30 ft up. The notes about contactless service did not get communicated to the technician however the problem was resolved quickly. I had to sweep up all the dead wasps but at least they were dead. For $150 I'd expect the tech to take 5 min to sweep up the dead wasps. Money well spent all together. Definitely recommended.

The Pest Control Company was the third exterminator we contacted regarding our insane ant issue. We have had a major odorous ant infestation for over a year and Christen came out the next day to assess and treat the issue. It has been just under a week and the ants are no where to be found! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!! He did a very thorough job leaving bait traps after spraying in all the areas we have had issues . Very reasonably priced and the follow up care has been awesome. We are only sad we didn't use their services sooner!

First of all, I'm not on social media much, but I felt these folks were amazing enough to deliver the praise they deserve. Nicholas was very personable and professional. He Is one of the owners, has taken it upon himself to be educated about his craft, and be able to answer questions and explain his methods. He was very thorough and did not rush the job. Time will tell how effective this treatment will be -- as it was only completed yesterday, but you can call them back within 30 days for a free re-treat if more trouble is discovered. It was not the least expensive first treatment option we've ever employed for a pest situation, but if it is successful over the long term, then I'll feel better about the price. This is a 'newer' company, and they are well on their way to great success. All of the elements are in place. My greatest hope for them, is that they are successful at imparting their positive ethics on to newer technicians as they grow, and the owners begin to step away from making the actual service calls. Refreshing to see a company striving to do the best work possible. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you have a need for these services.

Pests, the name itself brings fear to my heart. Having lived in an old 1927 home for 25 years, I had experience with nearly every type of 4 footed creature there is trying to set up home in my attic. When I came to Bellingham and moved into a brand new home, I thought I had put my pest days behind me. Rather naive thought, as mother nature had other ideas. So you can imagine my distress when I heard some tiny pitter patter within my wall. I couldn't quite believe it. I spoke with Christian (co owner of The Pest Control Company ) and he made room on today's schedule for me. Nicholas (owner) worked with me today and was just what you want to expect from a pest control company. He walked around my home with me, pointing out broken vents and a crawl space without an inner door. He spent time in the crawl space and confirmed the point of entry. We made a plan and I am quite confidant that by sheer luck I ended up with a great Company to do my work. They were both super polite, showed empathy, and proved that the term *customer service* still means something in this world. I highly recommend this company!

I just moved into a house and found a some pesty ants trying to move in with me also. It was unfortunate I found them but in the end, they're gone and I couldn't be happier. Jonas was my rep/exterminator. He was knowledable, professional, kind, and just a down right nice guy. He took the time to assess the situation and do his thing. All in all, he was in and out in about 40 min and when he was done, no fuss no hassle. I believe this company strives for 5 stars and it shows in the quality work they do and the professionalism they uphold.

I signed up for a year-long service contract to address spider, rat, and other pest control issues in my house. Christian was the technician. He provided superb service by using organic, nontoxic spray to deter spiders inside and outside of my house. It works brilliantly--I noticed a big decline in the presence of spiders in my house. After I expressed to him my desire to use no-kill method to address potential mice/rat issue in my garage, so it can be aligned with my own belief/values (I am a vegan). He responded to my request quickly and kindly. Within a week, he brought in new no-kill device and installed it in my garage. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

I am giving one star because the techs and owner I communicated with were very professional and friendly. However they did not take care of my rodent problem despite there being clearly destructive sounds in wall of building which were continuing to get worse, would not go in crawl space, used only two methods for killing rodents, a bait box with non secondary poisoning and plain rodent traps neither of which worked and they didn't seem to have any other solutions to the problem. They did recommend an exclusive barrier around edge but did not do it themselves, recommended a company to try and that company never called back after saying they would do so. Also, rodents would need to be killed before sealing things off, because otherwise they will stink which would not be good for tenants. We called another company who accessed the crawl space, assessed the damage, had a plan to mitigate the damage and decontaminate the area, are able to install the occlusive wiring around perimeter after rodents are killed and who also offer a maintenance plan that covers and guarantees all their work. If you have a problem with rodents in walls or floor joists, I would not recommend The Pest Company. Choose a company who is prepared to analyze the problem and solve it.

Laid out traps in the crawl space, garage and around the house. Eradicated all and no signs left after week 3.
