Sarr was sooo friendly. Found a mouse in my apartment and called a few other guys and Sarr was the only one who could come right away. Came to my apartment earlier than the time he requested, and pointed out a few of the potential holes in my apartment and filled those holes. It's been 6 days since Sarr came and so far, no sight of any drop. Great guy! highly recommended.

I found a wasp nest one early morning outside the kitchen door To the balcony which is on the 2nd floor of our house. It was gross, it was nature, but it was just disturbing. So I googled around and found Alpine. I left a mesg at first (cuz it was like 6am) and Sar returned my call less than 2 hours later. He was able to arrange a time to come that same morning to help between 9 to 10 am. Very friendly nice guy and professional, quick and neat. The cost was extremely reasonable and the work is guaranteed for 6 months (i.e. if any wasp nest comes back in that timeframe, they will take it down again at no charge). I am very satisfied with this company’s work and would recommend them for wasp nest removal to anybody.

I appreciate that the owner picked up the phone after hours to service a potential client. While I was looking for after hours help for an immediate issue, and the business was closed for the day, the owner was sympathetic that he couldn't immediately help but offered a visit when he had someone available. I needed immediate help so unfortunately I had to move on to see who else was available but found the owners helpful customer service well above what I'd expect for an after hours call. In a normal situation I would give this company a call. Thank you for updating your service hours on Google as well, this will definitely help someone in my situation next time from calling those who are closed.

I live in East Van, and looked up Alpine Pest Control on the BBB website with good reviews so I called them up after finding a huge rat inside our garage. Called up Sar and he was very punctual at the appointed time. He was professional, courteous, and re-baited my rodent traps that were put out by a large national company, whom I originally had called to come out but after 3 voicemails with no callbacks I found Alpine. I wished I had called Alpine way earlier when I had a mice problem and not bothered with the big company. We weren’t imagining those sounds, we had squirrel making it way between the floors. Luckily Sar was very prompt and responsive to first make sure the squirrel was out then to seal the entry way. I received a call within a couple hours from the time I filled out the online form. Sam talked me through what he would do and booked a time to assess and treat. We had a squirrel problem and found Alpine on google. They answered any questions and concerns I had. Sar took care of the squirrel issues immediately. He sealed up one opening but i still heard squirrel in the attic, so I called him again and he came within a day! In fact, he came on his birthday. Prices were VERY REASONABLE. Only use ALPINE PEST CONTROL. The Pet Detectives are majorly inferior. Sar leads the team with Alpine, he had attention to detail, will actually fix holes and access points whereas TPD only leave bait trays and do not actually fix anything. Sar has a great demeanor, super availability, knowledgeable and committed to getting rid of the unwanted critters. He is considerate of pets and knows exactly what to do. Seriously, do not waste your time with anyone else. Alpine gets the job done, for real.

What was an unfortunate situation turned into a better experience with the involvement of Sar from Alpine Pest Control. Sar was able to respond immediately to my call and arrived within 45 minutes. He is pleasant and informative and just what I needed given my current state of mind (large rodent...). He was able to create a wire mesh trap and enclosed that with a large snap trap and within 2 hours, the ordeal was over. I couldn't have scripted a better response or outcome. At the end of the day, Sar was as happy as I was! Highly recommend. Rates are incredibly reasonable, but the service went above and beyond.

A few days ago Sar came by even though he was headed to his last appointment of day. We had a football sized hornets nest, which he got rid of. However, the hornets decided to stick around and rebuild. I gave him another call and came by today (Saturday July 24th) and took down the slow growing hornets nest. He did it free of charge and now they are no longer flying around my backyard. Thanks again, Sar.

Sar didn't fix the problem. It has been a year already and there are still mouse problems. Paid $600 for 3 times service but still have mouse, rather spend a bit more to fix the problem instead. He is always rushing his work. Not recommended.

Sar is a true professional! Even though he was booked pretty solid today, he said he'd fit us in... and he did! Sar is incredibly knowledgeable about raccoons. He had a good look at the shed the raccoons live in. He said that no matter how he secured it, due to the nature of the materials (lots of thin plastic), they'd get back in even if we installed a one way door. Sar then gave us some suggestions on how we could approach this ourselves.. Not only is Sar very responsive, completely professional and knowledgeable, he's also an honest man as well! We'd highly recommend him for any of your pest control needs!!

Never requested services from a pest control company before. This time, with a family of raccoons, we figured we needed professional help. Googled "raccoon removal Vancouver" and Alpine Pest Control was on top of the list. I called the number, the person on the other line was very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The quote given I found was reasonable as well. The technician arrived was actually the person who answered my call and apparently the owner. Sar has shared his knowledge of raccoon behavior and explained how he will deal with the raccoon problem. The process requires Sar to come back to our place multiple times to make sure all Raccoons, including the "kids" are out of the garage attic. Also he made sure all possible entry points are sealed. Sar was friendly and responsible and therefore give me a great degree of confidence that I highly recommend his services

My roof is leaking water, I thought there is a hole on the roof that it might be made by an animal. So I called a roof man first. The roof man suggested me to remove the animal then he will fix the hole. I found Alpine pets control company by google search. Alpine man came today. He checked the whole roof and 4 corners, and he even checked the suspended ceiling inside house.. In the end, he only took very low service fee. He is a nice person! Squirrel in the wall, trying to chew its way inside. Phoned Alpine and they were here in 20 minutes, assessed the situation, took the short term measures to keep it out of the house as well as longer term to get it back outside. This is the second time in four years that I have had Alpine Pest Control come to the house to remove wasp and/or hornets' nests. The owner is a wonderful guy; courteous, prompt, and efficient. Wasps and hornets seem to love my property and what a problem it would be if I didn't have Nizar to call upon. It's kind of fascinating to watch him work. Today he removed a big hornets' nest. While I watched from the safety of my home, Nizar had on his 'superhero' protective clothing, got the nest down, and solved the problem. I'll undoubtedly have to have him back in future years because, in spite of hanging those 'decoy' wasp's nests around the property, the wasps and hornets ignore them and build their own hives. I'll be happy to have Nizar back because he offers a first class service at a very competitive price.

We had a mouse problem in our apartment that, despite our best attempts to control on our own, was beyond what we could handle ourselves. I called Sar at around 7:30am the morning after another mouse sighting and was surprised that he picked up right away and offered to be at our apartment around 10:00am. He arrived on-time for the site visit and very quickly identified the problem areas. Sar was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He wore a mask the entire time he was inside our apartment. We felt very safe with him and trusted him immediately. The cost for the mouse treatment was very reasonable, and Sar guarantees his work for a certain period of time. This morning we had a follow up visit. Thanks to Sar, we are (hopefully) mouse-free after a month. His treatment worked like a charm, but he told us that we can call him any time if we see another mouse. We had a rat in our attic for about 4-6 months. Before calling alpine pest control, I tried using different products from home depot to catch him but had no luck. Sar was able to offer same day service and promptly took care of a large wasps nest at our house, despite the nest being located at a very challenging and difficult to reach location. Sar did a very thorough job and we could not have been more pleased with the result. On completion of the job, Sar even went out of his way to help our neighbours clean up the bits and pieces of leftover wasp nest left at their unit caused by a subpar job done by another pest control company. I contacted Nizar of Alpine Pest Control for a carpenter ant and squirrel issue and I have to say Alpine provided great, professional service with good followups. Alpine was very knowledgeable in pest control and was able to effectively tackle the issues. For the carpenter ant issue, Alpine located the ant nests and thoroughly sprayed it down to cease activity. For the squirrel issue, we heard scratching noises in our attic which was a huge headache. Alpine effectively got rid of the squirrels by conducting a very thorough 360 inspection around the house, which involved closing all the holes and locating the main hole where the squirrel was entering. At the main hole, Alpine installed a one-way doorway. Soon, the squirrels were out of our attic which was such a huge relief. Alpine also set a cage outside our house to get rid of the squirrels that were still lingering. I truly thank Alpine for their great help and I strongly recommend Alpine to anyone experiencing pest issues!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just want to say that Sam is amazing! he's friendly and very knowledgeable. We've been experiencing rodents for the past years and we've definitely seen improvements since Sam's first visit. They offer a six-month process period, Sam comes back every month to perform a check-up/progression on getting rid of the rodents. Sam reached out to me a few weeks prior to the next check-up to schedule for an appointment, his service is outstanding. We haven't had a check-up yet, I will update the review as we progress. Sam is also very observant, detailed oriented and he leaves no mess. The price is also very affordable. I highly recommend Alpine Pest Control, they'll fix your pest problems!

I called Apline Pest Control about a wasps nest that was in a vent in our house and the wasps were getting inside the house.
