I approached Ward with Pacific Decon because over the winter we had some rats make a nest in the engine in our car. They eventually chewed right through into the interior of our vehicle. The smell was sickening! This is our daily driver and we drive our three young kids around in this vehicle every day. I was very worried about the contamination affecting my family's health. Pacific Decon came out and sprayed my car twice. The second time Ward really got into the engine block and air ducts of the car. The result was amazing! After 24 hours the smell of the product was gone and I couldn't smell the rat urine any longer.

We were so very grateful to Ward for coming at a moment's notice to remedy a situation at our rental house. The previous tenant had a puppy that had peed on the carpet - clearly many times - and the carpet needed to be fresh and decontaminated for the next tenant. My husband contacted Ward late on a Friday evening and they were at the place, in Duncan, dealing with the issue before lunch time on Saturday! I was referred to this company by another company that did advanced cleaning services as well. I had contacted numerous companies and some never bothered to call me back, some quoted really crazy prices to do one room! And others just declined to quote! The owner Ward called me immediately, visited site , did assessment and quoted on the spot , quote was incredibly fair too. They were in and out doing a very thorough job and follow up. The owner of this company is a very interesting guy too , wealth of experience being a 30 year member of the RCMP and someone that ensures you feel comfortable and are 100% satisfied with the outcome. After the decontamination that Decon performed it smelled fantastic and had great readings The process eliminates bacteria and other dangerous contaminants and left my car smelling like new. This is a company you can trust. The tenants called me on Saturday. I chose Pacific Decontamination from the positive reviews and I had the same excellent service. I called Ward on Sunday morning. He scheduled a time with the tenants for Tuesday. He decontaminated the whole house, sent photos of the moisture problem and recommended a contractor to deal with the leaking roof which was a slow/hidden source of the problem.

We were so impressed with Ward and the service that he provided. We had purchased a home from a very heavy smoker. We totally gutted and replaced everything, right down to a new furnace and a complete kitchen and bathroom reno. The walls and ceilings were professionally sealed and painted. But the smell of tobacco was still evident. We were devastated and completed baffled. We found Ward's company on the internet and it was uphill from there. Turns out the smoke was imbedded in the duct work. He performed his magic and the smell is totally gone! :) Highly recommend with full marks. Thanks, Ward!
