This guy is simply incapable of showing up when he says he will. He was supposed to come every week to deal with my rat infestation. 6 weeks in a row he didn't show up when he said he would. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for a few weeks thinking maybe we just had a miscommunication but now I see it is chronic. Every visit had to be rescheduled. On each visit when we agreed on a next time, at no point did I ever see him actually make note of the date and time we agreed upon. It seems he doesn't think my time is worth consideration. I give up. I'm going with someone else.

No showed 3 times after initial appointment would not recommend to anyone. First no show I called he said pet proof boxes were on backorder, rescheduled. 2nd no show- when i called he said he didn't have it in his calendar- that was on Friday- rescheduled for today Oct 4th and once again no showed, I am done, hiring someone else to do the job.

Seann at First Class is first class. I had Carpenter Ants in my house and he came to give me a quote with a couple other businesses. I went with him because he actually showed up on time and gave what I thought was honest assessment of my issue. My ant problem came with a three year warranty which I thought was quite impressive. He again showed up on time to do the work and all I've seen is dead ants since which has been great. Thanks Seann

I called Seann at First Class pest control late in the afternoon on Wednesday. I also called four other local pest control companies to get time and price estimates to get rid of a wasp nest that was about 18 feet high up on my wall. Seann answered my call right away, whereas three of the other four pest control companies only took messages on their message machines. Seann arrived on Friday before noon and spent about 45 minutes getting rid of two different wasps nest with two different queens, one high up on the wall that I had already mentioned, and a second one he discovered beneath a plank on my deck that he spent about 20 minutes gaining access to. He did an excellent job of getting rid of both wasps nests, showing me one of the queens. Before his arrival, three of the other pest control companies had called me back with estimates to do the job, all of them between $25 and $95 higher than Seann. I have since walked around the areas involved and seen no signs of any remaining wasp presence. He also gives a 90 day warranty for further wasp removal if any proves necessary. I was totally pleased with his price, his quick response, and his efficiency and willingness to do the extra work necessary to get the job done. I will certainly use his services for any pest control work in the future.

I have used this company 2 times now and will definitely continue to do so. Their name says it all....first class all the way! Sean gives great customer service on the phone and in person. His rates are extremely competitive, he is reliable, on time, is very accommodating with making quick appointments and does an amazing job! Last year I had a problem with carpenter ants and Sean came and located the area, sprayed and I have not seen any since. I just had a follow up visit for maintaining this service around the whole perimeter of the house so I never have to deal with these pesky pests again.....thank you Sean. :) Bri
