Very poor experience today. Owner Pat has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. Have shopped here for 30 years but no more. Was always ready ro pay a little more for good customer service but that is not happening now. On top of this, prices go up every week on items other than in flyer.

Safeway has the best produce in Moose Jaw. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it is a bit expensive around there compared to other places but they do have a better selection of gourmet foods.

I like that they carry some unique brands that other stores don't. Like Flourish protein pancakes. They are awesome. I wish their sandwich counter would open up tho.

We found what we needed easily. I bought a pre-packaged salad and my fiancé had one of their subs. I loved the ingredients in my salad---fresh strawberries, blueberries, dried cranberries, slivers of almond, lettuce, and bits of goat cheese with poppyseed dressing---delicious!

Very helpful. Have you ever asked a sales clerk where a product was and all they could do was point a finger in a vague direction? Well the clerks here don't do that. Not sure of her name but although she didn't know which aisle the raw pumpkin was, she walked me right to the lady who did know. ( thanks ). Then the 2nd lady took me right to it. I informed her it was for my dog's upset tummy...hopefully she can share that tidbit with others. Btw it works well for both diarrhea and constipation in dogs and cats. Anyhow thanks for the great service ladies. You know who u are. Give them both a raise Boss!

I always like shopping here for meat, almost every time I shop here they always have discount stickers on meat, who doesn't like saving money! I also like there variety of hot sauce, the ghost pepper sauce is my favorite I wish they could get the California reaper hot sauce.

Poor staff and resource managment. Long lineup to the checkout and only one checkout open at 5 pm. They opened a second till and selected the last person in line .. instead of next in quo. The person assigned to open the second till was inexperienced or otherwise unhappy .. as he was surly and unfriendly ... made numerous errors. No evidence of anyone cleaning and disinfecting the self checkout terminals between customer (no one in the area to assist customers with self checkout). The management has failed to provide anything close to reasonable customer service. They also have failed to train, mentor and coach the staff .... and schedule the appropriate level of staff to keep the self checkouts clean and have enough tills open to service the needs of customers! Overall they get an "F" ...!

There are some good deals. Especially buy one get one free which are rather rare deals this day and age. Convenient access/location friendly staff, good quality of food. My go to store if I need something extra!

Clean store. Prices are a bit higher than other retailers. Never have luck with good fruits lasting (ie raspberries, toms, strawberries, etc). Enjoy the meals to go and salad bars ... When they are refilled!

I used to do mosg of my shopping at safeway except for most of my meat but now that sobeys bought out safeway i barely shop there since they eliminated most of their selections. Safeway lost 95 percent of my business

Ordered flowers well in advance for delivery over a two day period and they missed both days. When I called to find out where the flowers were, they were very rude and said it wasn’t their fault. Not sure whose fault that make it! Mine?!! I guess so. For trusting them to do what I paid them to do. Don’t order for an important occasion. You may well be disappointed and they will be rude to you as well. I cannot recommend this place for flowers. Very disappointed.

Was using them for groceries after Coop lost my business in May.2019, but after hearing about the owner yelling at seniors for not using carts, since they can't count people for capacity limits and then staff berating people online for supporting the senior and questioning their counting carts versus actual people for capacity limits. Rude staff ruin a business and cause customers to leave.

We were chillin at Temple Gardens and wanted some snacks late in the evening. We took a stroll to Safeway. Found some sales, place was super quiet and clean and staff were friendly. Would go again if I am in Moose Jaw and need snacks.

The staff in the floral department were incredibly personable and helpful. They had to deal with flower and plant delivery trucks being delayed to nasty weather and therefore a lack of stock. The turnaround delivery time for the flowers and fruit basket I ordered was so appreciated. They deserve to be recognized for their customer service.

Only four stars due to its expensiveness. But I like the Starbucks here. Usually it is easier to find stuff here than Superstore and unlike other grocery stores, you can get the Globe and Mail here. The renovations look good! Due to a price label mistake on a pie, they gave me it for free. Have not had a problem with self checkout. One of the staff is good at recommending wines!

For years I have called in orders for my parents... never had a problem... Today June 20 th.. 2020... the lady working in floral... said she could not do my order of junk food for my dad... I wanted 50 dollars worth... she said she would have to charge 20 dollars for cello wrap and a bow... I did not see her reasoning at all.... I have worked at a Save On floral department for years... it is never a problem not to give the customer a basket and to wrap the product in a cello bag... tie it with a raffia bow.... the supplies are always there...Absolutely ridiculous... I am done with Moose Jaw Safeway forever.... extremely angry...

This store is clean and presents well. Found our personal on the till wasn't in the best of moods nor was she helpful when asking about Moose Jaw and places to try or go. Seemed like she was having a really bad day. Other than that the stores shelves were stocked and the store was encouraging covid proticals.

We always go to this grocery store as it is very clean with great products. The staff is always attentive and inviting, willing to go the extra mile. I do wish they had more options in the way of meat but the produce section is always amazing and the kids love the bakery. We will continue to shop here.

The young man at the entrance was extremely conscientious at wiping down the carts and making sure social distancing was enforced. Inside the shelves were well stocked and the workers very helpful.

Needed some quick things for a lunch and always go to Safeway. Still have the Covid protocol occurring, and were told to use a cart so to keep track of people. I had no problem with what they wanted, and was able to find what I needed. As always, clean, bright and courteous staff. Next time in Moose Jaw, will be back again. Everyone take care and stay safe at work
