Inquired about sod in March and was told they would call us when the first shipment is ready. They were friendly and took our name and number down. Came in today to ask about the sod again and was told they never took our information down, even though I watched them write my name and number down the last time. Now I can't complete my yard project until end of July as most sod shipments are claimed already. Very disappointed with this experience.

We ordered sod and it has turned out great. The only downside was about a week after we placed our order they called to tell us they couldn’t deliver to our area which then left us scrambling to find a way to haul 4000Lbs. It wouldn’t have been so bad but when we were in placing our order we were told it could be delivered for a fee (that we were more than willing to pay). If we would have known they wouldn’t deliver we would have gone somewhere that did.

The staff are all ectreamley helpful and are focused on your needs. The store was very clean and well organized. The Christmas season decorations and trees they sell are the best quality that I've seen in a long time. Keon's is a family run and own business and you can tell by how much care they put into their displays layouts and customer service I will definitely keep coming here.
