Had a technician from Bug Ninja come out and check my house for a bed bug inspection. Was friendly, fast and gave me all the information that I needed. Definitely would use them again.

Due to a hording neighboor and an improperly sealed building, we encountered a bad cockroach infestation in our rented property. They were very understanding of our situation and empathetic. The team contacted us directly with very important preparation instructions to complete before treatment. The treatment was discrete just like they advertised, and the cockroach problem was solved when we returned to the building. Five months later and we are still roach free. Wohoo! I'd definitely reccomend this company to anyone looking for a real solution. So glad the landlord chose to support an awesome local family run buisiness!

Bug Ninja was crucial to erradicating cockroaches in my rental property where other methods had failed. The heat treatment and their two pronged approach solved my problems. They were fast, cost effective and most of all discrete. They understand the stigma attached to bug infestations. My tentants were very relieved the cockroaches were finally gone and as a bonus the maple bugs were gone too. I would definitely recommend Bug Ninja and their heat treatment if you are dealing with Cockroaches, Bedbugs, Larder beetles etc.

Recently a bad tenant trashed my rental. Leaving the previously renovated home with enough garbage requiring a 24 yard Garbage bin to clean it up! Unfortunately due to the renter the home had become infested with Cockroaches, Larder Beetles and even flies in Winter! Bug Ninja identified all the issues, they treated my rental promptly. They are very kind, understanding and one of the most cost effective Pest control companies in Regina. I am happy to say there are no more signs of any of these pests and I can sleep at night knowing Bug Ninja has saved my property.
