Now, I find myself with two problems: other mice in the building because the problem has not been identified as well as dead mice that are found everywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all. Ils ont mis du poison malgré mon désaccord car les souris dégagent un odeur lorsqu'ils meurent empoisonés. Ils n'ont pas aussi pris le temps de localiser l'endroit ou les souris pouvaient entrer. J'avais mentionné que je ne désirais pas avoir du poison selon la recommandation fait par un autre exterminatuer. On m'avait dit aucun problème; les souris retournent à l'extérieur et meurent là. Mainenant , je me retrouve avec deux problèmes: d'autres souris dans l'immeuble car le problème n'a pas été identifié ainsi que des souris morts qu'on retrouve un peu par tout. JE NE RECOMMANDE pas du tout cette compagnie.
