Contrairement à certains autres exterminateurs utilisés, ils cherchent à régler la source du problème au lieu de simplement utiliser des produits à répétition sans fin. Ils ont aussi fait preuve d'une grande patience en laissant leur équipement en place plusieurs semaines en attendant que je puisse coordonner des travaux avec un entrepreneur. Before leaving, Pascal immediately set me the date of the next meeting for Wednesday, October 20, 2021. I was very satisfied with his work, very welcoming, very courteous but above all hard work. He took the time to do his job and gave me a very positive impression and I expect to see Pascal again for future visits! So to date there have been three visits, the first two made by Dominic and the third by Pascal. (Original) Visite #1 (le 02 juillet 2021) Ce jour-là, Dominic se présenta pour la première fois à mon domicile en fin de journée et effectua les actions telles que citées dans son premier rapport du 2 juillet dont copie m’a été envoyée. Aux environs du 16 juillet, soit une semaine environ avant notre RDV du 23 juillet, j’avais appelé Dominic pour lui demander de reporter notre RDV pour raison médicale et il m’a fixé alors la date du 30 juillet en remplacement de celle du 23. Malheureusement il ne s’est pas présenté au RDV du 30 juillet et n’a plus donné signe de vie depuis qu’on s’était parlé le 16 juillet lorsque je l’avais appelé pour décaler le RDV du 23 juillet. Nous sommes le 20 août et n’ayant eu aucune nouvelle de Dominic depuis notre dernière conversation du 16 juillet 2021 et voyant une recrudescence de nouvelles fourmis à l’intérieur de la maison, je décidai alors de l’appeler pour savoir pourquoi ce long silence car il était supposé s’être présenté le 30 juillet. On échangea quelques mots et il me fixa un RDV pour le 31 août. Visite #2 (le 31 août 2021) Dominic s’est présenté le 31 août comme convenu. Sa visite n’a pas dépassé 10 minutes, il a mis quelques points d’appâts dans la cuisine et au bas de la porte d’entrée et c’est tout. Pas vraiment d’explications et je dirais que c’était une visite un peu bâclée. Durant cette très courte visite, il me donna l’impression d’avoir hâte de finir, je ne fus pas vraiment satisfait de cette rencontre. Dominic aurait pu mieux faire ! Avant de quitter je lui ai demandé à quand le prochain RDV et Il m’a dit que la Centrale m’appellerait pour me donner un RDV. On m’appela effectivement pour un RDV le 14 septembre. En fin de journée de ce 14 septembre, à 16h24 exactement, n’ayant encore eu aucune nouvelle de Dominic, je décidai donc de l’appeler pour lui rappeler notre RDV de ce même jour et là il m’informa que celui-ci avait été reporté au lendemain mercredi 15 septembre 2021. Décidément de surprise en surprise, je remarque qu’il y a toujours un grain de sable dans l’engrenage ! Je reste toute la journée du 14 septembre à attendre la venue du technicien et voilà que celui-ci me dit tout simplement que mon RDV a été reporté au lendemain 15 septembre. Manque de sérieux ou de coordination ? Je trouve cette situation pathétique et tout simplement lamentable !! Dans son rapport du 31 août, Dominic a mentionné que c'était visite#3 alors qu'il en était à sa visite#2. Visite #3 (le 15 septembre 2021) Pascal s’est présenté ce jour du 15 septembre en remplacement de Dominic. On est à ce moment-là rendu à la troisième visite. Pascal a fait de l’excellent travail et a rectifié sur son rapport que c'était visite#3. Arrosage extérieur complet y compris sur le terrain, appât à l’intérieur (cuisine + salon), perçage de 3 trous sur le poteau avant gauche et injection d’une poudre blanche à l’intérieur des trous. Avant de quitter, Pascal m’a tout de suite fixé la date du prochain RDV pour le mercredi 20 octobre 2021. J’ai été très satisfait de son travail, très avenant, très courtois mais surtout fort en besogne. Il a pris le temps qu’il fallait pour faire son travail et m’a donné une impression très positive et je m’attends à revoir Pascal pour les prochaines visites ! Donc à ce jour il y a eu trois visites, les deux premières faites par Dominic et la troisième par Pascal.
