After having just completed our second year of service, we are completely disappointed in both the customer service and the way our lawn looked. By far our lawn was the worst looking on our street, even people who do nothing but mow their lawns looked better. Not sure what happened from one year to the next. Also, damage done to our house that was never rectified, was left to us to figure out what to do to fix it. And now for the next however many years we live here we have to look at the damage.
