We recently had the help of Titan Pest Control eliminate carpenter ants in our kitchen during renovations. Chad's promptness and efficiency was a big relief too us. He & Stan are very well versed in the issues that can arise which was very helpful. We found their prices are very reasonable compared to other names out there. I called Titan Pest Control on a sunday evening after I saw a small mouse in my basement. Chad had come out that same evening, he walked through my basement and put quite a few bait stations in the basement, kitchen, laundry room, and garage. Even though we refused to go into the basement until we were sure everything was gone, Chad had ensured us it would be okay too, but still offered to bring us up the things we needed. We scheduled a follow up appointment for two weeks later. He walked through the basement by himself as I was not coming down, he found a dead mouse and threw it away for me. He opened the bait stations for me to see that were there a few nibbles and that he thought we had more than what we had originally thought, he didn't want to scare me but he had to tell me. I asked him to come back again, no matter the cost. He changed around the baits in the stations for the next time he came. When he did come back for the third time, he showed me the baits again with no nibbles, he went through the basement, the kitchen, laundry room and garage, looked through all stations and found nothing. This whole experience has been something new for me and Chad made it as easy, reassuring and less scary as possible. I would most definitely recommend Chad and Titan Pest Control to anyone! I appreciate all of Chads help and understanding throughout this ordeal! I will call him back for any type of pest issues I may have in the future (but I am hoping not too) Thanks Chad for everything. We do now go into the basement and have removed the towel from the door!

Safe and reliable service. Excellent Titan communication. Pest Control came and destroyed a very big and healthy wasp nest that was not easily accessible. They inspected the perimeter of the house for any others I didn't notice. They found another hard to reach one and took it down too. They also sprayed areas where wasps might decide to nest in this ripe nesting season.. Very thorough. I know I would call them again if any other pest problems arise! Thank you.

Very clean and discreet. I call 3 pest control company and everyone pushes me off. This nice man he come to my house and sprayed for bed bug same day and later he take care of spiders at my cottage! They drive all the way 2 hours! I highly recommend!
