I woke up this morning to the terrible sound of scratching inside the wall of my bedroom, and, in an absolute panic, I reached out to Speedy Pest Control. They were so understanding, and sympathetic, and were able to come to check out the situation in less than an hour. They immediately found the source, inspected the rest of the walls and roof for any other problems, and helped resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise them enough for their kindness, their patience in explaining everything, for calming me down and helping in every way that they could. In very short order, they inspected, found the problem, set up traps, and had everything completely under control, all for a very reasonable fee. I am very satisfied, and confident in their service - I think they went above and beyond. I found them to be extremely professional, quite knowledgeable and obviously experienced, and they were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend, five stars.

It’s been about 6 months since they took care of the problem and I have not seen one cockroach yet. Would highly recommend to anyone. I cannot express my disappointment enough. My fiancée and I are new home owners and are planning a wedding so we are not able to spend alot of money right now however we mutually decided that our ant problem in our house was driving us nuts. I called around and so did he and he was so impressed with the price of speedy and the reviews. Steve came out to our house to treat our pharaoh ant issues and just laid bait traps. They disappeared and we didn't see any until about a month after they started showing up and triple the amount, and in almost every room in my house when they were only in my kitchen and bathroom before. I quickly emailed speedy and no one got back to me for a WEEK. I finally called them and they pretty much told me there's nothing that we can do. They also mentioned to ask my neighbors (as we are in a semi so attached on one side) if they were having issues and funny enough they had an inspection done and nothing. Not a single ant nor other bug. My fiancée emailed last night expressing our concern and frustration and we still haven't heard back. I called over an hour ago and sent a text and still nothing. We've had to call another company who has a one year guarantee. Do not use this company spend the extra $100 that Orkin is charging and get good customer service with prompt replies and a service that works. Beyond dissapointed.

We contacted speedy for a squirrel that got into our roof! Adam explained the course of action and trusted him from the get go. Jesse came to our place to inspect our home and roof. He installed a cage door by a hole in the vent and replaced it once it was out. Everything was done within a week and the guys were so pleasant to deal with. Big fan of speedy pest control! They've taken care of a couple of issues for us--first a family of raccoons that made their home underneath our back patio, and mice that had gotten into our kitchen after construction work was being done on a nearby street. Their field technician Jesse was professional, social, kind, and helped us understand how they were taking care of the pests. Both issues were eliminated--now we can use our patio again, and our kitchen is mouse free! Highly recommend.

Had a Raccoon in my attic, Adam came and put a one way trap door in. A couple days later the raccoon was caught and they came and took it away. He sealed the hole up that it got through. Excellent service!

Where should I start? Adam taking my phone call and sending me a quote via email. Steve showing up on site and explaining the process. I have to mention that Steve treated me like a person and that resonated well with me.. The level of customer service, professionalism and attention to details was top notch. The response to emails, texts and phone calls was also great. The raccoon removal service yielded 8 raccoons trapped and relocated. 2 skunks caught and released. All this in the span of a week. Special mention Jesse who worked on this project as well. My neighbours and I are very satisfied with the service provided. We highly recommend Speedy Pest Control for their quality work and pricing. Speedy was actually SPEEDY, and came to help us get a bird that was stuck in our dryer through the vent. I called numerous companies, and Adam was able to move things around and help get someone to help me immediately (other companies told me I'd have to wait that night or the next day). Jesse and Steve were incredibly nice, respectful, and were able to safely remove the bird and release it without any damage. When you need help right away, these are clearly the guys to call. I was waiting on permits to tear down my house and the land/house was vacant. A family of raccoons thought that meant they could live there. As they were causing havoc in the neighbourhood (keeping the neighbours up with crying etc), I called speedy pest control for help. Immediately, they devised a plan to capture, relocate the raccoons and ensured they were safely transferred to a better life in a forest. Thanks to the team, they were able to relocate them over a 2 day period (4 raccoons). They were quick, knowledgeable and compassionate for the animals. The raccoons got an upgrade in a forest together and the neighbours finally got a good nights sleep.

He was able to accommodate a day that worked with my schedule. Steve was the guy that came and he was amazing. He came in asked to be walked around so he can see the rooms and then asked many questions to identify the area with the problem. Then he showed me the equipment that he would be using one by one. Speedy Pest Control was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad it was! I had multiple wildlife issues with raccoons in my attic, and skunks in my backyard over the last few weeks. Adam and Jesse were great to work with. They were out here within a day for both issues. Multiple skunks were trapped almost instantly and they installed a one-way door system for the raccoon, and it worked great. Highly reccommed!! We didn't even know where and what caused these extremely tiny bugs climbing our walls and we called Speedy. Even though they were swamped for the week with other appointments Adam understood how frustrated and paranoid we were. He sent an extremely professional exterminator the same day and he figured they were bird mites and flushed the entire house. Jesse also cleared the birds and it's nesting material from the vents. Best possible experience we could have had; our genius level raccoon had established a permanent residence in our attic... and had it not been for the extreme level of persistence and professionalism from Jesse and Steve, I’m afraid we’d still have him as a tenant. Talk about a company that takes pride in their customers' satisfaction. I'm from Cambridge and tried numerous other companies in the area in regards to a mice problem I had a few months back. Nothing seemed to put a stop their menacing little ways. A friend recommended Speedy Pest Control from Mississauga and I wasn't sure if they were willing to drive out of the city to come help me but a gentleman by the name of Adam was more than willing to come take a look at my problem. I set up a time that was convenient for me and he arrived right on time. After a short walk around my home and few general questions, he went to grab a few things from his truck and went straight to work placing industrial strength traps at all possible entry points leading from outside to the inside of my house. Within a week my problem was completely gone! I couldn't believe it! He had called after 2 weeks and again after about a month just to verify that he was able to solve my problem (not a lot of companies do that anymore). I am very happy with their fast and professional service and have recommended them to many friends and family and all have been completely satisfied with their services. Excellent service, we had tenants in our detached home for 6 months and in the 6 months the house had a cockroach infestation right throughout the home. As soon as the tenants left we requested Speedy Pest Control to come in, Adam walked me through the process of the treatment and what to expect which increased my confidence in what they were going to do. Jessie arrived when he said he would and performed a very professional job, in 4 weeks there was not one sign of any cockroaches and just to be sure we requested another treatment and not even one cockroach was in sight. Its nice to actually speak with a knowledgeable technician and not a secretary. Had carpenter ants over the last month and it got to a point where I could not control it. I had a skunk issue in my backyard. They were digging up the lawn, and even sprayed my dog! They were a nightmare. I called Speedy on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about setting traps, and they came to my house within the hour! They set up traps around the house, and the skunk was caught within 2 days! When I called to let them know the skunk was in the trap, they came to my house within half hour to take the animal. Just want to commend them for their speedy, polite and amazing customer service. I had a bit of a bug issue a few weeks ago. I called around to a bunch of places for pricing and info on what to do next. speedy pest control was one of my last calls. I originally spoke to Steve who was very helpful. took the time to answer all of my questions and was very detailed about what I needed to do. I was very comfortable and felt like he was going to do an honest job for me. Steve and his team were very prompt making my appointment and answering my multiple calls prior to my service. when Adam and jessie arrived they too were very friendly and easy to talk to. they went thru what was going to be done, did a little inspection and started the job! they were quick and detailed and very professional. I'm really happy that I used speedy pest control. I can honestly say that my bug situation is cleared. definitely a happy customer and would recommend saving the time of calling around and just use the best!

I had a birds who nested in my stove vent. I called Adam and he was very friendly and gave me a quote. Fast forward 2 weeks later due to circumstances out of my control - but called Adam back for help! He said his team would be here same day and Jesse showed up in no time! I found Speedy Pest Control from the yellow pages and Steve came to our house the same day within a few hours. We had a house fly problem and all the flies were gone before he even left our house. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the job. He even did a follow-up call with us to make sure everything was going well. I own a triplex that I rent out. I had a problem with mice in late fall of last year. Jesse came by the same day that I called and set up a bunch of bait and traps throughout the garage and basement. Within a week, no more mice. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Of course when I had a major ant problem in one of the units this summer I had him back out and he took care of that issue as well. Just had Jesse back to the unit today to do an assessment for rodent prevention as I know I need to be proactive this time of year. He replaced the bait from last year and wow I couldn't believe how much of the old bait had been fed on! He also found a few holes in the foundation which he was able to patch up. I used Orkin in the past and never got this level of service from any of their technicians. To top it off they charge more for an inferior service! I will continue to use Speedy for all my pest control needs and highly recommend them to anybody. In fact they did a raccoon job for one of my neighbors and they were also pleased with the service. 5 stars all the way

I love speedy pest guys, I found them when I moved into my first apartment and I later found out the building had a roach issue, so Jesse came buy and I’ve never seen a ???? since. Unfortunately I needed to use their services again because of bed bugs it was an emergency and speedy pest literally rescheduled their schedule and sent two gentlemen over right away to make it safe for my family again. Anything pest related they’re the first ones I’m going to call probably for the rest of my life.

I recently had a mice issue in my house. A few mice were spotted running around, and we found some droppings. Not a very safe environment for my 5 year old! They made so much noise at night in the walls. I tried getting rid of them myself- and no luck. We called Speedy, and they answered all questions my wife and I had. They were able to come out the next morning. Jesse was very kind, patient and knew what he was doing. He set up a bunch of stations, and filled/blocked off some entryways. It has been a week, and I have not spotted a mouse, heard any scratching at night, or have seen any droppings around. They were nice, professional and definitely speedy.
