I recently had Pesticon Pest Control Mississauga come and did the initial maintenance. They are very nice and professional. However, after the 3rd wk into the initial maintenance, I still noticed that I have small bugs in my house. I called Pesticon Pest Control Mississauga and Ali came out and re-did the area I was seeing the bugs (NO CHARGE!!!) He was very nice and had explain what it is and what he'll be doing that day for the service. Furthermore, I mentioned to him about the rat/mice I've been hearing coming from the bathroom wall. He also explains to me what need to be done/costs etc.. Ali was very helpful on his explanation! I have asked them to come and help me get rid of the rat problems I've been having. Will follow up later on how that story end!

I highly recommend to at least schedule a free estimate with them, as they were fast, friendly and honest! They quickly responded to my request for a quote which was affordable. We quickly scheduled a free inspection in which the inspector arrived early and was a very friendly! He advised me that it would be more cost effective and a more permanent solution to remove the wood and replace it. He did offer to treat the area if I wanted for the time being, but I opted instead to replaced the wood myself, and it ended up only costing me a couple bucks. I was extremely satisfied with their service, and they gave me the best advice at no cost!

They’d arrive hours after I told them to be there, constantly made excuses, suddenly upped the price in the middle of the job without telling me, and even did a poor job since the bats would always return soon after. In less than four hours after giving them a call about my rat problem, the technician arrived at my doorstep! We had a water leak coming from our second floor and discovered it was probably due to a rodent chewing our plastic water line! A few hours later that evening I heard a loud noise and suddenly banging and thrashing and perhaps screaming (but that might have been me freaking out!). I patiently waited until this company was open this morning and called to setup a return visit. He was able to locate and dispose of the giant rat that was partially caught and tried to run with the trap! in the garage attic.
