I had a great experience with Pestend. I contacted the company through online chat, where I received a quick estimate and was able to book an appointment within a few days. The quote was very affordable ($100 less than another quote I received). The technician who came to our house was very polite and took care of the problem quickly and professionally (wasps). I enjoyed the convenience of using my credit card to pay, and the final amount was the same amount as the estimate - no hidden costs. To our absolute horror, we discovered bed bugs one night. I called Pestend at 8:30am the following morning and they arranged to meet me THAT day for a consultation. Everything was explained very clearly to me and my mind was put to ease that our problem would be gone soon. Zafar, and his team showed up the very next day and we received the heat treatment. I have 3 very small children and felt at ease that my kids wouldn't be at risk breathing in harmful chemicals. I didn't know such a treatment existed (heat). Zafar returned after 10 days for a follow up visit and treatment. I can't tell you the relief I feel by truly knowing they're gone for good!!!!!

Called this company and was satisfied by the level of information that i received and got an appointment the next day, ( which was very fast due to calling near the end of day). Kami and Ayaz from Pestend came to remove a wasp nest which was formed in the inside of our ceiling just outside the entrance of our house. Pest end is the worst company ever. We called them to come and they put traps that I could buy in Walmart. Then we waited 2 months and nothing happens the rat was still in the house. We called again put the same traps didn't work. We called again and they didn't do anything they just said close all cracks in the house. We called again and they put the same traps again. We finally said that this is not working out and we demanded our money back. This company is really bad and I don't recommend it to anyone

The work involved installing wire mesh at the base of the deck as well as a one-way door to allow any animals under the deck to exit but not return. Pros. : they’re responsive and we’re hard working. They showed up when they said they would and communicated well. Cons: they managed to kill a family of baby squirrels living in my walls. They cut open my walls and set rodent traps (not squirrel traps) and a one way door for the squirrel where they think it was exiting/entering from a dryer vent. but the mamma squirrel was actually out of the house at the time. Effectively not letting her back in to get her babies out. We could hear the babies crying after a day or two and asked them to come back and remove the one way door so mamma could retrieve the babies. Unfortunately they removed the gate too late after a few days and the babies died. We could smell them rotting unfortunately. The smell was unbearable. Eventually the came back a few times and tried putting up new traps and gates. But it was too late. .

These guys are excellent! Kami and Ayaz conducted a thorough inspection of my home, especially the chimney, and discovered a family of squirrels living there. They were very careful and mindful of the squirrels' safety and decided to wait a couple weeks before taking action on removing them so the babies can mature enough to safely get out. When they came back, they installed a one way exit door for the squirrels to safely use and not return. Then they secured and protected the chimney, roof and all other possible entry ways into the house. They took the time to explain what is happening, what they were planning on doing, showed me close up photos of the problem and provided me with all kinds of good advice going forward. They were kind and professional and I would definitely recommend their service.

Excellent service by Pestend. We discovered some mice droppings and called Pestend. They responded to us on the same day. We had Moe, the technician come out and investigate how the mice got into our house. He then placed traps and gave us some recommendations...some things that needed to be fixed. We fixed everything Moe suggested and we called Moe for a second inspection. Moe came back and was pleased that we fixed everything and informed us the our house was officially mice free! We discovered the mice in our basement 6 months ago. We called Pestend and technician was in our house within 24 hrs. Mr Mahmood was very proffecional and polite. Explained possible entry points to cover etc. Mice was gone in less then a week. 5 months latter I cough the mice with a trap which I setup for just in case. I callled Pestend today asking if we can get a follow up as soon as possible and they arranged it. Mr Mahmood is back again within the hours dealing with our problem. Living is the townhouse gets difficult if you are taking care of the problems but your neighbours are not. So with a help of Pestend and Mr Mahmood we don't have to worry. Excellent Company that offered a reasonable price for treatment of ants infestation. The worker, Salman, was highly professional, respectful and knowledgable. The treatment to exterminate the ants included applying environmental friendly gel, baits and also sprayed external area of our home. He came back to do a follow up after 4 weeks, and did more treatment in areas ants could still be seen. He then did follow up with us again. I am very satisfied as a repeat customer(for different unrelated issues). Starting with the courteous reception on the phone when you call in to the booking process - they have their operation running as a well oiled machine. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called and even received a call a few hours later from the technician to understand the situation well. Next day, the technician called to say he was on his way as scheduled and the duo were very professional in their inspection and remedies offered. They wore plastic booties to protect the floors from dirt entering inside. They were also very cautious with the ladder to ensure they dont cause any damage to the property. They were able to notice an entry point behind the stucco and footprints of birds and possibly some other rodents on the insulation in the attic. They applied the treatment and also affixed a mesh taking care not to damage the stucco and the aesthetics. In the end they even swept up the little insulation that landed on the floor in the closet while going in/out from the attic and left the entry area to the attic neat and tidy again. Good job by Luke and Kamran - You guys are awesome and did a phenomenal job.

With no prior experience with bed bugs infestation at home, and not knowing how to deal with it, it had somewhat affected me emotionally and mentally for some time. To make matters worse, it all happened in the midst of COVID lockdown. My house had mice, I tried taking care of it myself but they came back so I gave up and called a bunch of pest control services to shop around. I chose Pestend Mississauga and was satisfied with their service for several reasons. They were by far the friendliest on the phone. Most of the other services were straight up rude or condescending and wanted to charge me more or tried to insist on unnecessary services I didn’t want. I called them Sep. 1st, got an appointment for the next day. Salman came, put the black boxes in problem areas, and best of all he was willing/able to explain everything he was doing and answer all my questions. He could tell I was really anxious about having mice and he was really nice about it. My boyfriend and I enjoyed talking to him, in fact I don’t usually write reviews but Salman felt like a friend after the appointment, so here we are. In general, these pest control services are expensive but I found it to be worth it because Salman was willing to teach me what to look for and which measures to take to prevent mice from coming back. After about two weeks I hadn't seen any mice droppings, which put me at ease. I called Oct 5th and scheduled a follow up so they could check the boxes and verify if it got any mice, and got a follow up for the 8th. Salman came by again and was again friendly and informative. He took us through all the boxes, opened them and assessed them with us. We’re very happy with the attention Pestend/Salman gave us.

Had rodent issue in the attic. Pestend came out several times to my home after I reported the noise in the attic never went away. This back and for went on for 5 months. followed all of their recommendations. they then said i need to cut my wall open, which to me did not sound like a reasonable request. called several other companies to ask if they ever recommend opening up customer's walls, they said no. I went with another service and the noises went away immediately. Called Pestend regarding their money back gaurantee and they refused to issue a refund since they failed to resolve my issue. I feel like i gave them a reasonable amount of time to eliminate the rodent issue. They did not resolve the issue and they lied about their money back guarantee. They said I was lying and they would just deny my claims of their fraudulent advertising. I would never recommend them.

Hired Pestend, at first the service was fine. They guarantee their work for 6 months and came by for 3 visits. I found that the problem was never resolved, hence why they were here multiple times for the same issue. When I called them for the forth time they said my guarantee was over. But the problem was never solved, so I’m not sure how the warranty can be over? In the end it was about $500 for a walk through of my home, and some bait boxes. I hate to leave a bad review but it is what it is.

Based on the good reviews I found on the Internet about Pestend I called them about an issue I was having (mounds of saw dust were appearing below my wood deck). After a short conversation with an expert they quickly diagnosed my problem (Bees drilling into the wood to create a nest). The very next day they Kami and Ayazup showed up at the agreed time and within 30 minutes had resolved the issue. I will definitely call them again should I encounter other pest issues. A technician (Could be Salman) came by and dropped a pair of poison boxes and left. This was it. The service was approximately $250. It is quite ludicrous that they would have the ratings they do here. One would think that there would be thorough inspection or a more creative approach. Update (Pestend): Rightly, the initial visit was provided freely due to the failure of Pestend's employee(s) to communicate with their technician that given the exceptionally hazardous weather conditions, the technician was recommended by the customer to stay and that the appointment would be re-booked. It is important to note that this visit, ultimately, was not charged for because no service was provided - something the technician admitted. The second time: the service itself - as mentioned in the original review - does not warrant the fees paid for it. To state again, the technician came by and after having a conversation, dropped two boxes and charged approximately $250 for the visit. Pestend, your customer service was never the issue as I am sure the technician that came by is of good social character. Surely, Pestend does not expect a customer to remain in contact after such an experience, bar the $30 or so fee that would be charged for further visits.
