I called for dead animal removal from my backyard where my 2 dogs run around and my son play. I was given a time frame and they arrived at the early part of the time frame which was great (less than 2 hours after I called they arrived) and took care of things quickly and sanitized the area after. Ben arrived promptly and told me exactly what was needed to remove my squirrel in the attic problem. After a thorough check and full repair, he showed me a picture of the entry point in my roof. A couple of hours after he left, I heard the squirrels running around on my roof, but of course now they can't get in. So far I'm a happy man, and the gnawing and scratching sounds in my ceiling and walls have gone.

Discovered a nest of what I assumed were wasps/hornets. Called around to assistance with removal, no way was I doing it myself. I called several companies and this company was really the only one that truly listen to me, and offered a next morning appointment (others were sometime the following week). On the day of arrival I was told that the technician would be at my home between 10-12. At approximately 930, I got a text telling me the tech was on his way. We had a squirrel that was starting to make a nest in out attic/roof. We contacted Pest Protection Plus Inc. and had Ben come out to take a look. He was extremely professional and explained the process to us. He came back the next day with help as the location of the ingress for the squirrel was a bit difficult to access on his own. They came back the next day and installed the one way trapdoor and have not had any issues since. Ben was fantastic and would recommend him anytime for any of your pest/wildlife issues. Very thorough job. I had mice and raccoons. They explained to me that the raccoons needed to be evicted before any mouse treatment was used in the attic to make sure the raccoons did not get harmed. A litter of raccoons were born in our attic. Pest Protection was able to quickly locate the nest and safely and humanely remove the mother raccoon, followed by her babies. The apartment building I live in has been using Pest Control Plus for the past two years (2018 & 2019). They totally understood my request to use the gel and boric acid powder as an alternative to the Prelude Termiticide spray. The team were very professional and understanding both years they visited my building. They used the new formulation of gel to treat the kitchen and bathroom. The Prelude Termiticide gave me hives all over my body for 3-4 months, after I allowed another company to spray it one year (not knowing the side effects). On top of this, I have occupational COPD and cannot tolerate the fumes from the Prelude Termiticide spray.
