Orbis Pest Control responded quickly and efficiently to a problem in my apartment complex. They assessed each apartment and explained what they were going to do to prevent an infestation. They only recommend certain services based on current state and luckily this was caught early! Highly recommend them!

If you live in downtown toronto the chances are likely that at some point, you are going to need the services of someone to help keep the critters, of all sorts, at bay. Our neighborhood had a lot of demolition of old warehouses and suddenly after decades of bliss, the whole neighborhood was confronted with pest challenges. After calling a lot of places and interviewing people I chose Orbis for a number of reasons. I appreciated that they had many years in the business. Sam and Hez came and were so thorough and helpful and kind. Sam knows EVERYTHING and offered a lot of explanation for how he was handling the situation. This was very helpful and comforting. Even better - as promised, within a short amount of time everything was taken care of and no more problems. They came back to confirm this, and were very responsive when I reached out. I loved these people as people, they were so sweet and lovely. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They weren't the cheapest, but I feel confident that they were the best and I have no regrets and only gratitude! Thank you Usman (owner, I think) Sam (the pest whisperer extraordinaire and LOVELY human) and Hez, dear. thorough, kind and a great person. Wishing all you kind people, all the best!

They have a warranty for the event they can't exterminate your pest. Ours wasn't exterminated and we contacted them. They ghosted us and haven't returned to fulfill their obligation. Update:. They reached out to me after I posted the review. They had been backed up due to a variety of factors and fulfilled their obligation to follow up on my warranty.

The people were nice, and knowledgeable, however they are very unresponsive once they have your money. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of them and schedule follow-ups if you need to. Wouldn't recommend since they aren't professional

We were having a bad smell in our basement ceiling/walls that was clearly a dead rodent of considerable size! We called other companies that were useless and told us to take out walls and left us with a charcoal bag and a bill. Orbis was amazing. They tackled the problem from 4 sides, providing an enzyme spraying to help the decomposition, perfume machine, bait stations, external fencing and a one way door. They were knowledgeable, responsive, polite and incredibly professional. I am so glad I called them and would use them again even though hopefully they were so good I won't have to!

Had a painful chipmunk issue in our backyard, holes everywhere with the landscape caving in. I had originally called a couple other pest control companies, but no one wanted to help - I almost gave up when one of them told me to "just use mothballs because you can't do anything about it". My wife found Orbis and they asked some smart questions, came by, took a look at the situation and brought a couple options to the table. The team was friendly, experienced and trying to help me solve my problem. The critters have been evicted and all that's left is to fill in the landscaping. The team pointed out a couple more potential risks and gave me some tips on simple things I can do to avoid any further problems. I hope I never need these guys again, but they are good at what they do.

Extremely poor work. Not responsive when you recall for the work. Not recommended to use them again. I don't deny that they did remove one wasp but they didn't check the othe location properly for which we paid already. Now he is asking a price of 120 dollars to remove the bees from the same area, he has checked before and said nothing there.

I usually don't write reviews but the service we received was exceptional. We had a hornet's nest in our front porch and several of them stung my husband and younger son... we called late in the evening and they came out in about 1 hour ... they removed the nest, and checked around the house. They took the time to let us know how to help prevent them and set up traps in the front and back yard. I was very grateful of the service and reassurance they provided.

The service was on time, within the time range stated. The technician, Sam, offered professional advice and knowledge. He offered to assess the entire outside of my house for any other pest problems. The only clitch was the booking procedure. Usman, the person answering the phone, said that he would text me, when I contacted him on Tuesday. I didn't receive any texts until I got Man's call on Friday, the day before the appointment was scheduled. Other than that, Usman was informative, telling me what kind of hives I had, the risks of not removing the hive, the costs, what to expect etc.

I was having a terrible problem with pigeons on my 21st storie balcony. Worse than other years. The droppings were so bad I couldn’t clean up due to a handicap and couldn’t enjoy my balcony. Orbis pest control came out and not only cleaned up the mess but suggested that the only solution was to install netting which would prevent the words from landing. Another company had suggested remedies which were useless. They arranged to have the netting installed and it’s been wonderful and pigeonless ever since. I found the company competent and reliable and the technicians effiecent and polite. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Had a baby skunk trapped under deck, called Orbis and they had technicians dispatched within 45 minutes. They rescued the baby skunk and removed it within 15 minutes! Orbis Pest Control provides important and valuable services to the community and to home owners. Anyone having a problem with raccoons knows how stubborn and difficult to get rid of they are. In the past I had tried everything on the market from ultra sonic repellents, predator urine, pepper, to spraying water and chasing the pests which did not work. My experience with this company has been very satisfactory. Their pricing is fair. They are thorough in their work and they get the job done. Usman, the manager in charge is reasonable and easy to talk to. He listens, communicates well and will make a plan that actually works. The technicians that Usman sent to my home were professional. They knew where to place the traps. They knew the right bait to use and the traps worked immediately. Orbis caught and removed 5 raccoons that were leaving messes on my property and on my surrounding neighbors properties. They also caught and removed 2 possums. They even do disinfection. Orbis met and exceeded all of my pest control expectations. They humanely removed the animals they caught and have alleviated the serious threats they pose to property and health. I highly recommend the services of Orbis Pest Control.
